My stay at NY, NY was great. The ease of checking in was great using the kiosk because lines were long and we had a long flight. Though our room was down the hall, and around the corner and down the hall and around the corner, it was worth the walk. The only thing was we did not have a microwave or a frig which I believe is because we booked through a 3rd party (not sure). I have stayed at other MGM resorts and never had this but it was okay because we were never in the room due to the convention. The only 2 complaints that I have one which is a minor one is the service we received at the Starbucks near the concierge desk/main lobby was not the best. They forgot my lemon loaf and was confused about it when I asked for it (she was concerned about the points we were using and never took our name). However, the one near the Swatch store was much better, less crowded and more friendlier. Secondly, the feeling I received from one of your guests members at the concierge's desk. I was standing in line waiting to ask a question about airport transportation, and the clerk made eye contact with me and then proceeded to look down at his computer. This went on a few more times. A caucasian couple come up behind me, we spoke and stood patiently waiting our turn and the clerk never addresses us. His colleague walked over to get something from the printer and glanced at him. When he finished, I was motioned to come up to the desk, and immediately the other caucasian clerk called the couple up to the desk. I was a little offended but I simply whispered a prayer that God would soften his heart. Now back to a more positive note....We also ate at Tom's Watch Bar, service was great, food was delicious and the vibes were good. For the little ones and the little ones at heart, visit the Hello Kitty Truck located outside between NY, NY and The Park MGM. I would definitely recommend staying here if you can't get into the MGM or Signature.

The room is clean. I asked for a daily clean-up, and the room was cleaned up every day; of course, tips are expected. I booked a ***** view room. I could see the Ceaser Hotel right in front of my big window. The downside of having such a ***** view room is ”disco” noise all night long. I stayed on the 12th floor, but I was woken up by the music every night many times per night. There is no coffee pot as expected. A mini fridge is very cold, enough to keep ”drinks”.
Check-in is about 30 mins on the line, the check-in procedures are quick, about 10 mins. I did not use the check-kiosk to do self-check-in. I used the self-checkout kiosk and it was quick.
The location is at the center of the *****. Very convenient to get everywhere. Food and restaurants are plenty around the hotel.
Please note that if you stay in any hotel on the ***** with ******, you will have to pay additional tax on top of the room rate.

Good accommodation location in the middle of the ***** .This makes it easy to walk to other hotels, but the disadvantage of the hotel is that there is no refrigerator, but there is an ice maker and a beverage dispenser in the hotel corridor on every floor. Depositing your luggage after checking out of the hotel is quick, but the downside is that the waiter who collects the luggage asks for a tip both when dropping off the bag and when collecting the bag back.

Typical Vegas Style ****** resort - Pyramid/Egypt themed. Got upgraded which was a plus and room was a corner suite which was spacious. Great food options and pool was closed since it was winter.
The good: Price point is favorable and resort fee plus parking is standard if Vegas. Location was end of the south ***** and great access to tram and Las Vegas Blvd
The bad: Check in was long as there was a long line and not enough staff. Elevators were slow and 2 were not working so long wait. Rooms were a bit dates but ok for price.

READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING! This hotel tries to charge you double resort fee hoping you don’t notice. We were told we can express check out and just drop the key, and then they will automatically charge your credit card on file. Thank goodness we clicked into bill details at express checkout before we left and found the double charge. We had read reviews ahead of time that they double charge resort fee, but just didn’t think it could be true for a 5 star resort. We had to line up at the check out desk to inquire the situation. The manager at the check out desk, Tony was very rude and blamed it on a system glitch, which sounds like complete BS since why would it even be a possible selection to double charge a room for resort fee in the first place, it’s highly suspicious. We are extremely disappointed in this hotel, they wouldn’t even acknowledge an apology and said that even if we paid they would catch it afterwards and refund our money, lots of walking around the double charge and how it’s not their fault. Even though there’s a bunch of reviews saying the customer has called and called and the resort wouldn’t give back the double charge. If they had just apologized and said it was their mistake, it would have been okay. The manager made it seem like they were doing us a favor by reversing the double charge. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel for this obvious scam and poor service from the manager.

The valet and bell hop service was spot on! Parking and luggage was not even a problem. Check in was fast and easy. Even though we booked separately from our cousins, they put us on the same floor close to each other. No problems with the room at all, we had a decent view of the *****. Every place we ate there was good.
We hadn’t been to Las Vegas in a few years but we will definitely return and stay at the TI. We all had a great time and would recommend it to everyone!

Overall experience was ok. The lobby was beautiful, there was no odor of smoke, and everyone was very nice. However on the first two days, the TV and internet wasn’t working. I called to have someone come fix our TV, but no one ever came. Then we figured out that the network wasn’t working however we weren’t notified about it. The pillows were awful. I had to fold them in half in order for it to have some type of firmness. Even using the extra pillows didn’t help either. One side of the bed was saggy. One of the bed side table lamp kept flickering on/off the entire time. The shower didn’t drain the water while using. The hallways wasn’t really clean either. There was dust balls on the ground.

When I arrived to our room I noticed a towel hanging over the shower curtain dripping wet . Had to ask numerous of times to have the use towels removed . It took the whole day before housekeeping to come clean the bathroom . The second day I requested housekeeping to clean the room left for hours came back to my room still not clean. Then was told we don’t clean the rooms daily . I had to request new towels each day and the amount of people I talk about housekeeping is ridiculous. I finally just gave up and clean the room myself .

Good. The breakfast was served from 6am~10am. It was convenient for us to take it easy in the morning. We had booked a room for 3 people, but there were only two bottles of water provided in the room. It can be improved when the guests ask for one more bottle of water at the front desk and the request shall be satisfied easily.

The hotel made a mistake and charged us more than it should have. When we noticed this, the hotel took care of it and when we checked out we received confirmation that the matter was taken care of.

PPengguna TetamuI can't possibly express how extraordinary this property and its staff are.. I took a big gamble and placed 6 of our business team here over a conference week even though it was a brand newly rolled out hotel and ****** (which can be problematic typically until they can smooth things out with a bit of time under their belts) but not here! From the very moment we arrived we have been treated like VVIPs in every single way by each and every staff member across the board starting with extraordinary automatic upgrades for our entire team by the utterly charming front desk clerks to absolutely beautifully appointed two room Royal Suites with fantastic views of The ***** and Sphere. The location for anyone attending the Convention Center is one of the best possible placements on the entire ***** and is an easy convenient walk back and forth. The ****** is one of the nicest that we have ever gambled in with gorgeous custom made and super comfortable table seating (just 5 to a blackjack table vs being crammed with 6) with high caliber dealers and pit bosses. The dining options are absolutely first class and exceed expectations in every way with an incredibly varied selection of options that did not disappoint a single time throughout our weeklong stay. Dons Prime stands out as not only the best steakhouse experience in Las Vegas but was voted by our group as one of the top ten restaurants we had all dined in EVER (and that's a high bar with this well traveled group)... Even the food court was exceptional with fantastic made to order bagel sandwiches in the mornings and fabulous pizza as a quick afternoon snack. The cocktail staff was also some of the best that we have experienced as well .. Special mentions go to the lovely lovely ladies at the utterly stunning Bleau Bar positioned at the epicenter of the ******. The girls that assist you with finding a table at this bar go above and beyond to accommodate in even the most hectic of circumstances and work really hard to stay on top of the table turns to move patrons through swiftly and flawlessly to make way for new guests. We experienced them twice and were blown away by how hard they worked to secure lovely seating for our group both times. I truly can't say enough good about this entire experience and we are now firm converts from our previous favorite Aria and are now 100% Team Fontainebleau any time we are in Vegas. Can't wait to return ! Well done on what had to be one very difficult road to get open and staffed to such a flawless effect.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was average. The room was a bit like a Premier Inn but not as good as there were no tea or coffee making facilities. Water was provided but only in two very small bottles - apart from being stingy this uses a lot of plastic, why can't water be provided in a large glass bottle or have places where you can refill your water in the hotel? I had to move rooms - I was in 20777 Canyon Tower and the fire alarm had a green flashing light which lit up the whole room and kept me awake, it was also cold in the room, I tried turning up the thermostat but it didn't help, and then the light on that kept going on and off too. It would have been nice if there were extra blankets in the rooms. There was also chewing gum in the bathroom bin making me unsure of how clean everything was. The second room 20877 was fine, no flashing light, clean, and warm (photos are of this rooms bathroom). The hotel staff were friendly and moved me with no problem. Also, bear in mind the hotel is close to the airport and the planes are very loud, not the best for a good nights sleep. The Kitchen did a good breakfast.

PPengguna TetamuHotel room in general is alright, just to keep in mind that No water bottle will be provided. You will have to pay for anything you touch (I.e Moving any items in the fridge or to place your items in the fridge. If you need to use the fridge, you will have to rent it per day.) They provided body wash and shampoos but the bottles were empty. No one at front desk ever picked up the phone.

DDeanThis is one of the most confusing, poorly signed hotels I've ever been to. Vegas is a busy place and there's so much confusion as to where to go, which section your room is in, and how to get to the parking. The parking is like a maze of poorly signed confusion. The staff are also overwhelmed and don't always have time to help you properly. No room cleaning unless you specifically request it. The one good thing is its location North ***** opposite Ceasers Palace which has better signage and isn't as confusing.

MMizz KWe had a really great time. It was just me and my 12 year old daughter for a little staycation. There were a little things here and there and I’m not trying to be a Karen. The tall lamp near the window didn’t work. There were fingerprints on the windows, there was dust everywhere. The mattress was not that comfortable. It seems very stiff to me however, it’s probably because I’m used to my premium mattress at home . I woke up with an extremely sore back . They have a coffee machine there for you to use and they put water next to it but they want you to pay three dollars to use that water to make your coffee which doesn’t make sense and then when I asked the maid down the hall if you have the small little bottles of the Aliante Water. (which were placed in a previous room when I stay there a month ago.) they said no there’s the life water there for you to use- again three dollars. Yes I guess I could go to the bathroom sink and use bathroom water to make my coffee.
 then of course the pool -we get downstairs to go in the pool and the water was so cold. My daughter refused to go in it., the reason why we booked a staycation was to have a nice pool day before it started getting cooler in Vegas. Like it wasn’t heated at all. We ended up staying in the Jacuzzi spa the entire time. And it’s funny because I noticed everyone that showed up that day to use the pool took a step in the pool and took a step right out of the pool and looked around like this is absolutely freezing and there was hardly anybody in the pool—I’m sure it ruined a lot of peoples day.
Other than those minor little issues we had a really great time. The food at FARM was really great, my daughter loved the robot bringing us the food. And they make really good freshly made chocolate chip cookies ❤️

KKazplymFabulous stay in the heart of vegas. We loved our stay here, the staff are all friendly and welcoming, the rooms spotlessly clean, the beds so comfortable, the showers hot with great pressure. Location is perfect, literally 15 mins walk into the ***** and because of this really quiet at night.the rooms must be soundproofed, because I haven’t heard any noise from other rooms, the occasional bit of traffic noise or someone talking in the corridor is all i have heard but we are on the 3rd floor so maybe its noisier downstairs, im not sure. There is a 7 11 just 2 doors up and with a fridge and coffee maker in the room this was perfect for us.
The ****** is a building beside the hotel so no noise from there either. It was my first time in a ****** and the staff were really helpful at the tables giving me tips and were so patient with me until I got the hang of it. The clientele appear to be a lot of locals who are also really nice and helpful. I would strongly recommend this place to everyone, especially first timers.
The food and drinks are reasonably priced for the area, $4 -$6 for a beer compared to $9 _ $12 everywhere else. You also gets a discount in the restaurant if you are a hotel guest. The steak special was delicous served with greens and potatoes with soup or salad.
Isabella the manager on reception was especially helpful when we had a problem with our bill which was a system glitch that had already been identified. They were aware of the problem and it was being sorted but she was so sweet and set our minds at rest. We didn’t get any maid service while we were here, maybe it needs to be requested? We didn’t mind though and reception were happy to hand out extra water, coffee cups etc.
Every staff member from security, reception, ****** employees were friendly, helpful and chatty I can only think this is also a great place to work.

EEricI recently had the pleasure of staying at The STRAT Hotel, ****** & Tower, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the vibrant atmosphere and the iconic setting. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, setting the stage for a fantastic stay.
The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views of the Las Vegas skyline. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge after a day of exploring the *****. The room’s amenities, including the large flat-screen TV and fast Wi-Fi, added an extra touch of luxury to my stay.
One of the highlights of my visit was the incredible range of dining options available at The STRAT. Whether I was in the mood for a quick bite or a gourmet meal, there was something to satisfy every craving. The STRAT Café offered delicious, well-prepared meals, and the Top of the World restaurant provided an unparalleled dining experience with 360-degree views of Las Vegas.
The ****** was lively and full of energy, offering a wide variety of games and slots to keep me entertained for hours. The hotel’s entertainment options were also top-notch, with great shows and attractions that added to the excitement of my stay.
Of course, the absolute highlight was the SkyPod and the thrilling rides at the top of the tower. The views from the observation deck were simply stunning, and the adrenaline-pumping rides were an experience I’ll never forget!
Overall, my stay at The STRAT Hotel, ****** & Tower was everything I could have hoped for and more. The combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining, exciting entertainment, and world-class views made for an incredible Las Vegas experience. I highly recommend The STRAT to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Las Vegas, and I can’t wait to return!
