Pretty nice newish hotel in a good location, although maintenance of the rooms seems to be a bit lacking. For example the toilet roll holder was broken. Experience somewhat marred by one rude staff member. On the morning of 29th February, at about 10 or 11 am, I found that my toilet was not flushing so I rang reception. I just managed to say ”Hi, I'd like to report ...” when the female on the other end of the line rudely interrupted and said ”I can't hear you, you're yelling into the phone”. I wasn't yelling, I was talking normally (why would I 'yell' on the phone??) There was obviously a problem with the volume or something, but she would rather nonsensically - and rudely - accuse me of yelling. This person is obviously not cut out for a customer-facing role.

As a lifetime Platinum Marriott Bonvoy member, I have seen my fair share of Marriott properties. Prior to booking this hotel, I was a bit jittery because the last time I stayed here it wasn't that pleasant an experience. However, that was before the pandemic. Upon checking in, nevertheless, my wife and I both knew this experience was going to be positively different. Crystal, the GM was there to greet us when we checked in. She went out of her way to recognize our status and show her appreciation for us choosing this property. The next morning, during breakfast, she was there, too. Making sure everyone in the breakfast area had enough food and was happy with the offering. The pandemic changed a lot of things including service quality in general. There's been a higher demand for better pay, but unfortunately, service quality went the other way. Crystal understands that and she is trying to make sure her hotel bucks the trend. That alone makes her stand out and her hotel one of a kind. I would come back and stay at her property again and again in the future whenever I'm in the area.

非博彩酒店,離**酒店區域大概10分鐘車程,酒店位置還是比較安靜的,但由於設施還是偏老舊了,電冰箱在響,空調機也很吵,房間隔音也很差,凌晨有環衛車輛來收集垃圾時聲音巨大,如果對睡眠有絕對安靜要求的,不建議選擇這個酒店。早餐比較簡單的西式早餐,可以帶上你的保溫杯打熱水或茶。

I only stay for one night because of my flight transfer coming in late. I’m staying with friends for the week, but I will book another room at the end of the week before my departure. It’s pretty views at night! Every corner of the hotel has a nice view from the windows. The breakfast and pool access our convenient, but I don’t quite understand up to four people up per room for breakfast (too busy). My son can visit to swim before I check out. I see all of the employees working very hard and politely with the traffic flow considering this aspect. Super clean spaces and nice room setups, which remind me of the flat I used to live in downtown. Kudos to the front desk and convenience station in the lobby. Trip.com stated resort fees, of which there are none (except overnight parking). My next trip will be long stay here for logistics.

Really great customer service. Upon check in we were told that there was a building with a broken elevator because on my Bonvoy profile we prefer higher floors. So she wanted to make sure that a lower floor would be ok. I appreciated having someone who was upfront. As noted by other reviews, it's a bit outdated and yes loud from the airport. But all of those things were manageable knowing them upfront. And there were a lot of options nearby for food, etc.
