The hotel was very nice and had a good location, the problem was that I couldn't use the hair dryer because the electrical connection was damaged (it had signs that something burned) and for safety reasons from a fire I couldn't connect anything, but I had a concert and I couldn't do my hair š the bathroom faucet couldn't be closed and the whole night it was leaking water, very sad so much waste of water, I told the cleaning people, but they only said to close it tightly But I'm sure that wasn't the problem, and the electrical connection, which had already been reported but had not been fixedš¤·š»āļøthese problems are a priority in my opinion, and apparently the hotel doesn't care Even though I have such prestige, my stay was frustrating. I really hope that someone from the administration reads this comment and does something. My room was 309 on the 5th floor. Thank you

Apatah lagi lokasi, kemudahannya hebat!
Saya menginap di Eiffel View, dan saya dapat melihat semua kolam renang dan sekilas pertunjukan air pancut di belakang Menara Eiffel, jadi saya menontonnya setiap hari!

The room is clean. I asked for a daily clean-up, and the room was cleaned up every day; of course, tips are expected. I booked a ***** view room. I could see the Ceaser Hotel right in front of my big window. The downside of having such a ***** view room is ādiscoā noise all night long. I stayed on the 12th floor, but I was woken up by the music every night many times per night. There is no coffee pot as expected. A mini fridge is very cold, enough to keep ādrinksā.
Check-in is about 30 mins on the line, the check-in procedures are quick, about 10 mins. I did not use the check-kiosk to do self-check-in. I used the self-checkout kiosk and it was quick.
The location is at the center of the *****. Very convenient to get everywhere. Food and restaurants are plenty around the hotel.
Please note that if you stay in any hotel on the ***** with ******, you will have to pay additional tax on top of the room rate.

we celebrate our 30th anniversary at this hotel.. the room we booked is very nice, the newly renovated really good since many years before. and room is big with upgrade hi-tech control system.. lights is bright. and they give us breakfast credit for each room, that is surprised us..
but at the last night this hotel having a poor party by some guests, and the music is really load, makes me and my wife can't sleep all night long until 4 AM.. during 2 AM I called the front desk about this and they said they can't do any thing about this, but they can give a ear plug for help only.. it's so sad...because next day I need drive about 5 hrs back to L.A.
any way,. it is good experience during our stay.

It was my first time booking with The Venetian Resort these few days. Checking in was very smooth even though they were busy with everything was efficiency. Our room of double queen bed was spacious and clean, nice room view and a special shoutout to housekeeping who did very well. The hotel provided free and speed Wi-Fi. Fast and efficient service upon some special request. Easy for self-parking inside the hotel. It is a convenient walk from the hotel to the Las Vegas ***** instead of driving out. The unsatisfied was that the hotel room didn't free water bottles for customers.

What we loved most about this hotel was its central and super convenient location right on the Las Vegas *****! It is close to all the action, like the Bellagio fountains and plethora of bars and restaurants. The Linq has digital kiosks that allow you to bypass the lineups at the front desk and check in/out yourself. We even loved the check out email that was sent to my cell phone on our last night allowing us to start the check out process from our room. Speaking of room, we had 2 double beds which were comfy and the room was quite spacious despite not having a view. There were plenty of charging outlets conveniently located in the room; however, only 2 devices could connect to the wifi for free per room and that was kind of a bummer. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was hot; it also included liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. Our room lacked a fridge, even though there was a space for it. We didn't make much use of the safe. Overall, we had a great night's sleep and the sound insulation where we were was perfect.

Reception: the male staff is nice but he didnāt beg bugs as we are worry about it.Ā
He called to housekeeping and ask for it.Ā
Finally, we got the room and everything is fine.
For Car park/valet service: the valet staff said itās same price with self parking. Finally it was poor on his approach.Ā
Self packing is $18 per overnight (1 day). Valet is $40 per overnight.
Anyway, Valet area is more safety, if you wanna keep safety, I recommend it. Only the staff approach is poor.Ā
For room: excellent bedroom even though the Boulevard is little bit old wing. The size is good. The view we can see Paris hotel š nice.Ā
For house keeping: itās not good for the lady on house keeping, around 09xx, she entered the ring and check any people is checked in . Donāt know why she didnāt know the room has people. So annoying.Ā
The cleanliness: very good I can say. Suitable for people to pay higher price for recommendation.

Super friendly check in staff (Chris), clean and modern room recently finished in Spa Tower. Great location with easy access to public transportation. The only complaint I have is about the concierge text message system. Left something to be desired. And hotel front desk does not accept take away order on guests' behalf.

PPengguna TetamuI brought my family here after a long couple of days touring the Grand Canyon and other national parks. This was exactly what we needed. This place adjoins an indoor mall that the whole family enjoyed. Service was friendly. The pool hours are a bit limited. The view from the room was very cool.

You can shop in Ross Dress for Less, go to M&Ms, find a food court and many more nearby. Overall, this is an excellent and reasonable priced hotel and strongly recommended for families.

EExpatMade my annual visit back to the US, and this hotel was in the middle of where I needed to be. Once the former Lucky Dragon which did not have proper permits at the time, it seems that Ahearn family is utilizing the space as good multi-purpose. They ventured into a steakhouse, cafe eatery, chocolatiers, a performance dinner theater, and conference venue. The hotel rooms are comfortable, and the staff is quite friendly and professional. The lobby bar closes quite early but The Mint and Golden Steer are next-door, which brings in a lot of locals. I did not try the steakhouse in the hotel, though itās definitely a solid venue in appearance. There are shopping plazas down the street, but thereās no microwave in the room. Thereās not really a point to buy anything to cook. Food is available within the hotel during their opening times, and their breakfast is of a simple yet filling choice of three. I got the avocado three straight days in a row. Mimosas and Espressos blend well with bar options. One of the security guards gave me the background of their conference venue. I was able to buy some books from the very small gift shop. My suggestion is the gift shop can up a notch. I didnāt really use the pool, but the space itself is nice because itās shaded a good chunk of the day. The position of my own room allowed me to turn the air conditioner off. All the toiletries are in the room, and the housekeeping staff is accommodating if you need anything. I stayed here and the Jockey Club within the first week of the visit, and both hotels are within the same price range despite different locations. Definitely the most logical place to stay if visiting local friends, as I do so on Burner Mondays at The Phoenix. Ahearn has a comedy, singing, and magic show offered with their room. The classic cars near the front lobby were really nice to see. Great job so far, and I look forward to seeing what else they implement there for my next visit.

The bad: bathroom cleanliness upon arrival (better after first day room freshen up, though), the elevators (stayed in Purple Elevator sectionā¦ 2 didnāt work, the two that did were shaky and took forever), no in room refrigerator, phone didnāt work,
Overall good stay. Would return

EeM.MSuper modern place, with an amazing view of the sphere. Clean enough, quiet, downstairs full of options for entertainment and restaurants or shopping. The room is quite big and the iron was inside the wardrobe. Good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. Parking available close to the building, tricky to find something on Friday/Saturday but it's normal for all casino's in Vegas for those days

PPengguna TetamuThis is my second time booking this hotel because we had so much fun the first time we booked. I booked for 3 people this time, and my mom had a wonderful experience!
She was very pleased with how large the room was. She got her own bed, the TV was large, and she had plenty of room to do her activities without bumping into me and my husband. She felt so comfortable. My only issue with the place is not all of them are updated, so the bathroom is a little bit older, but nothing to gripe about. I love the couch by the window.
There are few things to do outside the hotel, but you will need to travel at least 10-15 minutes if you want to get to the *****. It is an off-the-strip ******, so account for time it takes for you to get to your destination. Overall, I will always book this place whenever I went to stay in Vegas for cheaper.

11blessedbraiderMy sisters and I met in Las Vegas for weekend and stayed at the Strat. We booked 2 rooms. My sister checked in at Kiosk and it was pretty easy. The kiosk wouldnāt take my AZ ID so I went to check in desk. Which was pretty quick I also received free 2 tickets to the Tower Deck. I gave to my other sisters since Iām scared of heights. When we got to our rooms my sister was on 4th floor and her room wasnāt too clean. Makeup on the sheets and towels. My room 5th floor was clean on the other hand. We just didnāt have many towels. Since we both worked housekeeping at Hilton we know how things go. We are at all the restaurants which was amazing. Unfortunately we didnāt see any shows we had other plans on our itinerary this trip. The Strat was very accommodating. The pool was a long walk down the 8th floor hall but the pool social was a vibe. Very clean. Sunny. Service was amazing as well.

PPengguna TetamuHit up this hotel in Vegas thatās pretty easy on the wallet and in a solid spot, just a 10-minute stroll from all the big shows at MGM Grand. Felt totally safe around there, even when stepping out at 5 AM for day trips, way before sunrise.
But, just a heads-up, during my weekās stay, housekeeping only swung by once, and they were kinda skimpy on the water, only two small bottles provided. Ended up feeling under the weather one day, stuck in my room feeling rough. Had to ask the staff for more water the next day, and they were super cool about it, hooking me up with five bottles right away.
