Then pool was okay but the birds kept on flying in and drinking from it so I got out of there to avoid avian flu which would have destroyed my vacation. They need to really keep the birds out of the pool. They also don’t have a clothing steamer or irons so you might need to wear your wrinkly clothes or pay them and they return it back ironed the next day. The toilets had low water pressure so sometimes to took like 3-5 flushes to get rid of all the toilet paper and poop. The location is about 1 km from the city centre and a bit further from the Leece station. The breakfast was comprehensive and had the standard things like hams, cheeses, pancake machine and ice creams and gelato for 15eu . This is probably a good value since a pasta is about 10-13 eu nearby anndni nthe city centre including the taxes. I don’t know if I’d stay here again.

Credo che questa sia una tra le migliori strutture in Salento. Lecce è una meravigliosa citta e l'Hotel Ti offre tutto cio' che chiedi per soggiornare in tranquillità Ho avuto modo di apprezzare anche il ristorante, buon cibo locale e ben lavorato dallo Chef. Complimenti!

Very disappointing stay for two nights in June. Stayed as part of a Riviera tour of Puglia. Our room was fine but sadly the food and service were very poor . On the first night I ordered an Aperol Spritz which was served in a cheap plastic glass usually seen at a children’s party . I was told there were no clean glasses - consequently I refused the drink . I don’t expect to pay hotel bar prices to be served in a disposable plastic cup . Dinner was also poor . I had preordered the vegetarian option ( I’m not vegetarian) but I had read not very positive reviews of the other options . After waiting until most of my fellow diners had finished their meal I was finally ‘thrown’ a bowl of green salad leaves . When I queried where the zucchini was I was told it was finished . Our tour manager intervened and I finally got my vegetarian option . Service and attitude pretty poor . Breakfast was adequate can’t really say more than that . Disappointing that despite numerous poor reviews Riviera are still using this hotel .

All staff very friendly and helpful at front desk. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of fruit, cooked hot breakfast, juices etc. barista coffee amazing. We were thee in 38 degrees but some breeze in day enhanced the lovely rooftop pool. Comfy loungers with shade attachment. Great large room with balcony on floor 6. Good Aircon, kettle and bath/shower. Highly recommend we were there as a couple on easyJet package for a week . If staying that long you need to hire a car to see other sites and get to lovely beaches 20 mins by car. Zero public transport.

Good all round hotel that allows for a 15 minute walk into old town. We enjoyed the spa and rooms are quite spacious. Thank you to Marco and team on reception. A special thanks to Victoria for breakfast service, she is always happy and helpful. Also to Monika and Jade for a wonderful Thai massage. All the best.

I stayed here for 2 nights as part of a Riviera Travel tour,perhaps a week later than previous contributors.We had no issues with this hotel.On a later than scheduled arrival we found the food to be tasty and staff welcoming.Breakfast was fine..Rooftop pool was a welcome ,quiet, refuge from the heat- 37/38 whilst there.All in all happy to recommend.Some people will complain about relatively minor issues!

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of Riviera’s Puglia tour. Room ok, decent shower, but shower gel dispenser which was attached to the wall had not been replenished - poor attention to detail. Reception quickly resolved this by having a new one put in the bathroom, but just left on the side & not opened. It was really hard to remove seal & open! After a long day of travelling we were looking forward to a nice Italian meal. Sadly we were presented with an absolutely disgusting meal. 2 different pastas to start. One was described as being with swordfish. I didn’t find any fish of any description! Main course - chicken supreme - it was most certainly not this. I saw another review likening to a Bernard Matthew’s Turkey roll & that’s exactly how I described it, it was barely edible. I’m pretty sure the veg was tinned. Some people got several potatoes & carrots , others just the one tiny piece of carrot. Dessert was described as chocolate cake with caramel sauce. It was a dry muffin with a horrible chocolate sauce. All in all a big disappoint & not a great start to the holiday. Luckily the next night we ate in a lovely local restaurant , proving it’s easily possible to cook beautiful, fresh Italian food for 46 people. It’s sad to see that despite previous bad reviews about the food Riviera are still using this hotel.

Stayed 2 nights as part of a Riviera Tour. We found the room clean & spacious with a balcony but no chairs which reception soon remedied. The staff on reception were friendly & helpful. It's an easy 20 min walk into town with a lovely coffee/ice cream cafe on the corner near the hotel. Our evening meal was described as 'chicken supreme with roasted veg' but it was neither chicken or supreme. If you're of age to remember Bernard Matthews rolled chicken roasts, which had zero taste,well that's what 48 people were served after a long day of travel,along with two thumbnail sized bits of butternut squash & 3 barely cooked potatoes. Dessert was dried up sponge cake with a dollop of chocolate sauce. Totally unacceptable for a Hilton 4* hotel particularly when an Italian group were served a meal with plenty of green vegetables. Come on Hilton you should be ashamed of yourselves.

We were part of a Riviera Tour & our room was not overly large. The bathroom was fine. Good shower, potions & lotions provided & a good hair dryer. However, the most disappointing thing was the “welcome dinner” on our first night. It was basic & very disappointing.

Stayed for two nights as part of a Riveira Tour to Puglia. Quiet location on outskirts of town, about a 20 minute walk to the old town. Hotel generally fine - comfortable king size bed, tea/coffee in the room, reasonable size with a small terrace but couldn’t find any TV channels speaking English, and hand held shower into the bath wasn’t the best (an attachment to the wall would have been much better). Toiletries all in large containers, rather than small individual bottles, which seems the trend in Italy. Breakfast perfectly ok, but hot dishes were not that ‘hot’ after a short period of time, and limited choice of items like bread (no rolls or baguettes), and fruit (no apples, bananas, oranges, etc), although coffees made to order was a big plus. Comfortable bar area and waiting area.
