Unfortunately, the hotel staff provided inaccurate information when contacted. Given the modest price and less-than-stellar reviews, our expectations were not high. However, as our stay was intended to be brief, we were primarily seeking a conveniently located place to rest, minimizing our time within the hotel. On *********, it was indicated that the rooms were either a king-size bed or two single beds. To clarify this discrepancy, we contacted the hotel prior to booking, and the staff assured us that specifying our preference in the reservation would suffice. Consequently, we proceeded to make the reservation, clearly noting our request for two single beds. Upon arrival, however, the staff hesitated to accommodate our request, even disputing that we had made the initial inquiry. Despite presenting evidence in the reservation details, their insistence on a king-size bed persisted. Faced with this situation, they offered a room with a king-size bed and proposed the option of paying an additional fee for the requested two single beds. Regrettably, we had no alternative but to agree to the extra charge of €10 per day. The hotel, which seems more akin to a worn-out building than a proper hotel, leaves much to be desired in terms of upkeep. The sole redeeming quality is its strategic location.

Posto in un punto strategico in pieno centro storico. Il resto sorvoliamo, pulizia da rivedere perché peccava in molte cose. Lenzuola e federe bucate e copriletto macchiato. La stanza piccola ma per uno o due gg va bene. Lo salva il fatto che se si è a piedi è comodissimo.

La posizione è eccezionale, ma è l'unico pregio. Per il resto: 1) poca chiarezza nelle modalità di pagamento: booking NON chiede la carta e loro telefonano per dire che c'è un errore, poi dicono che la carta non funziona per costringere a pagare in contanti (la carta funziona benissimo); 2) nessuna ricevuta: l'ho chiesta e non funzionavano i sistemi ("gliela mandiamo via mail": mai arrivata); 3) mi hanno chiesto un extra di 5€ per tenere la valigia per qualche ora; 4) arredamento vecchio e datato; 5) pavimenti sporchi; 5) sanitari vecchi e macchiati; 7) asciugamani sbrindellati; 8) tende sfilacciate; 9) lenzuola non stirare (VOGLIO pensare che sia così: NON VOGLIO neppure ipotizzare l'alternativa!); 10) aloni di cattivo odore; 11) colazione in un bar delle vicinanze moooooolto spartano: non ci si può neppure sedere perché non c'è posto; 12) nessuna corrispondenza con le fotografie. Fortemente sconsigliato.
