Nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits de notre séjour ! La chambre était spacieuse et propre, l’hôtel également. Son emplacement est clairement le plus gros atout, puisqu’il est en plein coeur du centre historique et a quelques mètres seulement de Santa Croce. Nous avons également été très bien accueilli! En bref a refaire sans aucun doute.

The rooms at Santacroce are clean and comfortable and well arranged. Bathrooms are great. Alessandra was very helpful in organising a parking place and getting us a pass to stop on the street nearby to unload the car. She also gave us several restaurant recommendations, even sending a message with an alternative when she realised the one she had given to us was closed.

I have been traveling solo for over 20 years and this is by far the worse experience I’ve ever had in Italy. Aggressive messaging for a week to know the exact time of my arrival, which I did. On the day of arrival, they proceeded to messaged me again to negotiate my arrival time to suit their needs. I was 1h30 min drive away and they wanted me to arrive an hour earlier than I had told them. Why?! there is nobody when you arrive: the key is in a locked box & they give you the combination. So what was the purpose of all those repeated useless communications? Just to annoy people on vacation I guess! Getting to the location is miserable, the old town is a maze of one ways and the only streets with access were blocked by tables and chairs from nearby coffee shops, and another was blocked by city vehicles. Called the reception to get assistance, but they could neither guide me or send me the directions. I was literally one block away! It’s so ridiculous you get the craziest fluff et of messages from this place, eating up your phone data but not one of these messages was about the precise way to get to the house without getting stuck. Ended up going outside of the old town to park and came back on foot. The room was hot and smelled a bit like a sewer on arrival.

The apartment was beautiful very spacious with a balcony. Very comfortable large bed. Has a kitchenette where we were able to cook. Great bathroom. It has a dressing room. Anything we asked for was sorted straight away. Defiantly recommend to stay and great value for money as we were in the heart of lecce.

Location is downtown, in front of Santacroce, great. My room, the suite, was very large, with a window on piazza Riccardi, nice furniture, nice bathroom, corner with coffee/tea, great. Wifi fast enough. Personnel very nice, room properly cleaned every day. The square in front of the room may be a little bit noisy since the room is at a first floor.

Perfect situation close to popular sites but quiet. I was pleased to see a kettle and fridge. Perfect for a couple of nights.

Santa Croce is tucked away in a quiet corner in an otherwise busy jewel of a town. The room was compact but very efficient. Pretty, all white and minimal / it was very clean and upbeat. It was thoughtfully designed down to every detail. We loved it. Francesca, the reception person taught us a new word to describe the hotel - it is a bonbonieri. ❤️

Esperienza positiva La location è perfetta in pieno centro di Lecce . Check-in molto facile con le istruzioni inviateci per whatsapp. Sono stata una notte nella Camera chiamata Mirto , molto grande il bagno mentre la camera un po stretta per due , ma io ero da sola . Bene per una notte non tanto per molto giorni perché non c’è armadio . Molto bene la pulizia e l’accoglienza
