The hotel was clean,very nice rooms&nice pool area.The staff was very nice&friendly.the only thing that was disappointing was that most of our stay,which was 9 nights,the bar/restaurant was not open.that was the main reason I booked at this hotel,very disappointed it wasn’t open all the time

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and value of this hotel. I booked a room for about $120/night plus taxes in the fall. I wouldn't call this a luxury hotel, but it's definitely upscale. I booked via their website and received an upgraded double-bed room. The bathroom was large with nice materials and a large shower with a separate bathtub. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice. Most of the staff was friendly. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the A/C was not great throughout the hotel. I'm guessing it was 77 or 78 in the lobby and corridors. The A/C in my room was also struggling; it was probably 70 next to the unit and 77 in the bathroom. I thought about changing rooms but decided against it. Overall, this hotel was a superior value to the rest of the hotels in the area and well worth a little extra distance from Naples. I would stay here again.

Kakitangan di sini adalah perkara terbaik yang dilakukan oleh hotel ini. Itulah satu-satunya perkara positif yang saya perlu katakan tentang penginapan saya di sana. Pengangkutan ulang-alik tidak mula beroperasi sehingga 10:30 pagi. Apabila saya tiba sekitar 11, mereka tidak mempunyai bilik jadi saya pergi ke kolam untuk duduk dan menunggu. Kawasan kolamnya bagus, tetapi perabotnya cukup kemas. Saya masuk semula ke dalam selepas beberapa ketika dan mendengar orang demi orang keluar mengeluh tentang bilik kotor, bau dan bunyi yang kuat pada waktu malam. Menjadi jelas bahawa ini bukan hanya hotel di lapangan terbang, tetapi juga keadaan tempat tinggal sewa rendah untuk beberapa orang. Kakitangan meja depan akhirnya membersihkan bilik untuk saya supaya saya boleh mendaftar masuk awal. Bilik saya pastinya tidak seperti yang saya harapkan berdasarkan foto. Cat terkelupas, pancuran mandian tidak bersih dan terdapat cendawan di sekeliling jahitan. Bilik itu berbau hapak. Bantal itu adalah sebesar bantal lempar yang anda letakkan di sofa anda. Sangat pelik. Saya menyedari bahawa ia murah dan ia berhampiran lapangan terbang jadi seseorang tidak boleh mengharapkan pengalaman kelas pertama dan saya tidak melakukannya dengan jangkaan tersebut. Walau bagaimanapun, saya tidak akan tinggal di sana lagi.

Full disclosure - we are HRC owners at a mountain resort location. This was our first visit to HRC in Bonita Springs. We stayed in a studio unit. I was really impressed by this resort property. All the amenities were top notch even with the Covid protocols still in place. The studio unit itself was spacious and well appointed, super quiet and private. We had plenty of room for our family of three and could make a good breakfast in the kitchenette. We all loved the pool and lazy river. One day we took advantage of the boat ride and private beach island opportunity - the boat ride was excellent. There isn't much shade on the island, and the maintenance team pulled the beach umbrellas early that afternoon at 1 o'clock making it a challenge for me to continue to enjoy the location since I can't sit in the sun too long even with a high SPF. PRO TIP: If you go to the island, plan to take an early ferry to get chairs closer to the main path - the later in the day, the farther down the beach you have to go for available seating. The next day, we drove to Bonita Beach instead and used our own chairs and umbrellas - it was far more relaxing. The staff was friendly but not obtrusive at the HRC Bonita Springs - attentive and accommodating. We definitely will be back. Oh, and the area is excellent - tons of great restaurant options, evening activities for the whole family and shopping.

It is unfortunate that I must write this review publicly as I did submit my concerns to the management team over 2 weeks ago on their website. I did not even get a generic, ”sorry, we will address the issue” response. Nothing. So, with that being said, I want to warn others of this establishment. Though the entire hotel is in need of a serious renovation I am able to overlook outdated furniture if well maintained and cleaned properly. However, upon immediately entering the room the smell was off putting. It was so bad at night that I had to sleep facing the wall with my head under the covers in order to avoid it. I am sharing a picture of the wall next to the bed just above the lamp where you can see the amount of dust that has accumulated over time. Clearly housekeeping and maintenance do not keep a regular deep cleaning schedule of the rooms and carpet. When paying nearly $400 a night, I find this absolutely unacceptable. The second picture is of the sign on the back of the door and in red at the bottom lists the max price for the room as $299. Clearly management is taking advantage of the recent major hurricane that hit and are price gouging now that there is limited housing and rooms available. What a shame too because the staff is fantastic, and I hope they know they deserve better. I can't imagine the number of complaints they must have to deal with onsite due to the manager/ owner not maintaining the property. They can easily go elsewhere and honesty they should.
