The hotel's location was great, the shower was a bit small but it was fine. The room was nice and big. Had a good view of the city.

Fantastic location of the hotel which is close to all the sights and attractions. There is a pub attached to the hotel which has good food and drinks. Our room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was in the attached pub and was great. Unfortunately, due to a boiler issue when we visited the in-room heaters and shower were not heating up to 100%. We could manage but it wasn't great in the cold weather. Also, the room wasn't serviced after we asked the ladies to come in half an hour. We were there for 2 nights so these issues didn't bother us so much. I'd give it an 8/10.

The room did not entirely match the pictures advertised online, although it was acceptable. However, I found some basic necessities missing in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. One peculiar aspect was the hotel's cleaning policy. For stays of less than three days, cleaning only occurs once, leaving the room feeling less fresh than expected. Communication from the receptionist was also lacking. They were unclear about breakfast times and check-out procedures. Moreover, there was a disagreement regarding the payment for breakfast. Despite my booking indicating breakfast for two, the receptionist insisted it was only for one. This discrepancy could have been handled more professionally.

먼저, 위치가 굉장히 좋아요! 그리고 샤워부스가 마련되어 있어 샤워가 편리하였으며, 수압이 굉장히 좋아 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔에 도착하고 헤어드라이기가 고장나서 프론트에 문의하였는데, 20분만에 고쳐주셔서 너무 감사했어요. 그리고 프론트 직원분들이 친절하십니다. 프라하 패스 관련해서 물어봤는데 찾아보고 친절하게 알려주셨어요. 럭셔리는 필요 없고 위치 좋은 호텔 찾으시면 추천해요.
