Very good location in old town and can easily connect with many scenery points in Prague. Room is tidy and clean and staff is nice and helpful. Restaurant in the hotel, The Fat Cat, offers good food and service. Recommended!!

Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations. I booked a Deluxe Double Room, but in reality, the room was very small, old, and nothing like the photos shown on the website. The furniture looked worn out and the overall impression was disappointing. The only positive aspect was the convenient location. In my opinion, the price does not match the quality

Everything was great! The location was perfect for the tourist attractions. Just wish the staffs would be more friendly. Overall we loved the place!

The location is wonderful and very central in the old town. you can get everywhere in the old town within walking distance, and for the further places you can use public transport that is very accessible and convenient.
Be aware that it faces to a central place and it means that it might be pretty noisy at night due to the high traffic.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was very well located, just turn a corner and you will reach the Old Town Square and Astronomical clock. Just downstairs you will have shops open late for food, souvenirs etc. If getting a car to drop you off, it is a few minutes walk down the road to a zebra crossing. Upon check in, we were delighted and surprised to find the hotel had left us a bottle of wine and some chocolate almonds as we told them we just got married and were on our honeymoon. Hotel staff was pretty friendly and they kindly let us store our luggage at no additional cost before our bus when we checked out. The breakfast was okay but we felt it was a little overpriced. There is a bar attached to the hotel called Fat Cat but the food and drinks were quite expensive so we never dined there. The room itself was a bit dark but satisfactory. Beware of the wooden beams if you are tall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

On our wonderful 8-days-trip to Czech Republic we (couple, 50 years old, two children at age of 14/16) spent the last four days in Prague. When checking in at the hotel around 9 p.m. we noticed that we have got the wrong room (1 king-size bed and 1 sofa bed instead of (explicitly booked and already paid) room with 1 king-size bed and a separate room with 2 single beds), so we informed the reception desk. The stuff was very friendly and although not being able to offer us the correct room for the first night already, we were able to switch room early next morning and got free breakfast as compensation. The breakfast was very good and rich (bread, bread rolls, toast, scrambled and boiled eggs, classical cold cuts, grilled vegetables and sausages, fruit, yogurt, cake, coffee, hot chocolate, juices, cereals, etc.). Therefore we decided to choose the breakfast option also on our final day before check-out. BTW, the area, where breakfast was served (until 11 a.m.), belongs to "Fat Cat Burgers & Craft Beer", which made a nice impression and was well-visited past noon.
The rooms and bath were clean and although the rooms and the inventory might need a little refreshment on the one hand, the old windows and carpet fit to the historic center, where the hotel is located on the other hand. The location itself was ideal for starting tours to the old town by foot and enjoying night life. Next tram stop was appr. a 7-minutes-walk away, next metro stop appr. 10 minutes away. The room with the king size bed contained a LED-TV and was orientated to pedestrian street, but although night life just happens a few feet away, the old windows (two windows in a row) filter much of the noise. The other room with the two single beds was very calm and located between the formerly mentioned room and the hallway. Its windows were orientated to hallway and could not be regularly opened, which made airing this room out a little bit difficult. Each apartment contains its own WLAN-router, which had to plug in on our own as noticed on arrival, but then we had perfect signal and fast internet access.
A tip for those arriving by car: You cannot reach the hotel by car, because it is located in a pedestrian zone consisting of many pubs and bistros with outdoor seating. Finding a parking slot nearby is not easy, due to most part of the surrounding streets are reserved for residential parking only and you either have to pay the parking slot by app (virtual parking ticket machine only) or choose a slot in more distant streets where you can also buy a ticket at a physical parking ticket machine. Therefore I dropped my wife and children as near as possible to the hotel (2-minutes-walk) and parked our car in one of the suburban P+R-areas - I chose "P+R Skalka II" with contains a camera system and costs 50 CZK for the first 24hours and then 10 CZK per hour, which is (in June 2025), which is very cheap compared to parking your car in one of the central car parks).
Conclusion: A very nice place with friendly stuff and a good breakfast. If you do not mind walking a little bit with your luggage and if you like enjoying city/night life in Prague, this hotel is a very good option. I would always recommend this hotel for those who are a good walkers.

The hotel's location was great, the shower was a bit small but it was fine. The room was nice and big. Had a good view of the city.

Fantastic location of the hotel which is close to all the sights and attractions. There is a pub attached to the hotel which has good food and drinks. Our room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was in the attached pub and was great.
Unfortunately, due to a boiler issue when we visited the in-room heaters and shower were not heating up to 100%. We could manage but it wasn't great in the cold weather. Also, the room wasn't serviced after we asked the ladies to come in half an hour.
We were there for 2 nights so these issues didn't bother us so much. I'd give it an 8/10.

The room did not entirely match the pictures advertised online, although it was acceptable. However, I found some basic necessities missing in the bathroom, which was inconvenient.
One peculiar aspect was the hotel's cleaning policy. For stays of less than three days, cleaning only occurs once, leaving the room feeling less fresh than expected.
Communication from the receptionist was also lacking. They were unclear about breakfast times and check-out procedures. Moreover, there was a disagreement regarding the payment for breakfast. Despite my booking indicating breakfast for two, the receptionist insisted it was only for one. This discrepancy could have been handled more professionally.

I booked a hotel in the old town while traveling alone for daily convenience. The hotel rooms are divided into two areas, A and B. Only the rooms in Area A have an elevator, and it's newer. Area B doesn't have an elevator, and the stairs are old and unsuitable for traveling with luggage. I saw an elevator when I booked, but I had no idea there were different areas, and I had no idea this was the arrangement for the price I booked. I feel like I was deceived by the booking information. The bathroom in this room is large. Downstairs, there's a lobby and bar, with the bar being larger and the lobby occupying a smaller corner.

First of all, the location is really great! And the shower booth was convenient, and the water pressure was really good, so I was satisfied. When I arrived at the hotel, the hair dryer was broken, so I asked the front desk, and they fixed it in 20 minutes, so I was very grateful. And the front desk staff were very friendly. I asked about the Prague Pass, and they looked it up and kindly told me. If you don't need luxury and are looking for a hotel with a good location, I recommend it.
