Premier Inn Leeds City (Elland Road)

Check in was pleasant, staff were friendly. However the room was freezing even with the air con on the highest, standard rooms which are good for a last minute trip or business. I wouldn’t book this hotel if I wanted to wow my partner. The evening food was bland and small portions for the price, breakfast was ok but not amazing. Only 1 pillow per person on the bed but I’m sure if you asked they would provide with extra.

Josh was so helpful on check in we traveled from York heading home but sure to snow we thought was best to stay here for the night until the roads were better . It was clean Josh super helpful early check just a lovely guy Thankyou Josh …. All staff lovely but he’s a credit to use .

I’ve stayed at this hotel before for New Year’s Eve, it’s the perfect distance from the city centre that makes the pricing more accessible. I loved the fact that they still had all their festive decorations up, including a massive Christmas tree. You’re greeted by warm and friendly staff, the atmosphere is brilliant on New Year’s Eve as everyone is in a good mood and celebrating. The rooms are so spacious and lovely and clean. Staff were more than willing to accompany me to my room and show me how everything worked. After a long night of partying, the breakfast was exactly what I needed. With a selection of continental stuff and traditional English fry up, I was spoilt for choice. I also loved the fact that checkout wasn’t until late so I could go back to bed after breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel and would highly recommend, especially solo travellers as there’s usually loads of us at the bar in the evening and we all get chatting. The price of this hotel is unbeatable for the quality, for New Year’s Eve bed and breakfast paid £70, you really can’t go wrong with that price considering other places charge nearly £200 for new year.

Frequent stays here due to family connections in Leeds. Latest visit was in difficult circumstances, but as always, the team here is welcoming and helpful, and we feel less stressed. Particular shout-out to John and the chef on Xmas Day, as well as Sarah.

Fantastic service. John and Kyle was a fantastic person to ask any questions or any enquiries. John helped us to the very end of our stay and made us feel very welcome. ive stayed all over the uk this is far the best ive stayed in they are a major asset to premier inn

Great premier inn, stylish, clean and well kept, the staff are always friendly especially John, he always has a smile on his face whilst doing his duties Plenty of parking and close to elland road stadium, always use this hotel when I can get in!
