A good hotel in a decent location. Easy to walk to the station

Cheap and cheerful hotel, staff were nice and friendly. Location is the east of the city centre but is easily walkable. Rooms are clean. If you book ask for a room at the front on a higher floor for an excellent view of the city.

I’ve stayed here a number of times now and it remains my go-to pick for a cheap hotel in Leeds. All the rooms are uniform and functional, with no frills. It’s big, has lots of rooms and is almost always cheaper than its rivals.

The room is as description. Not so big but enough for 2 people. Toilet is small and not ventilated Location is nice. Quite near to leeds dock and Kirkgate market

Breakfast is not worth it. No good options. Room facilities does not have water , heating cattle etc Very compact washroom Room heating not effective
