The accommodation was very clean, and they offered luggage storage. The staff were very helpful. I was so impressed that I bought some snacks from Kamikochi for them. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again.

Unable to get a weekend room so booked this room.it was expensive for the full Saturday booking but the cheapest amongst all the other rooms. Location rather near to train station actually. Room is small and small bed for .2. Other than that mo complains. Didn’t put full for amenities as didn’t use any.

The triple room is very spacious with plenty of space to open up our 3 luggages. The beds are comfy and very near to Matsumoto Station and bus terminal. It’s a perfect location and near to restaurants and convenience stores. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located very close to matsumoto train station and it is easy to find.the room was very clean and equipped with basic necessary utilities. What make our stay is very comfortable is the hospitality from the staff.

The location is incredibly close to Matsumoto Station; you could practically sprint from the hotel entrance and catch a train in 4 minutes. All the staff members were exceptionally friendly, and I was genuinely surprised to see them bring my luggage to my room before check-in – that's a first for me in a 3-star hotel in Japan. However, the room was a bit on the small side, even for a typical business hotel, and there was a musty, damp towel smell coming from the bathroom. Also, having only one elevator was a bit inconvenient. Despite these minor issues, the great location and the staff's kindness left me with a positive impression.

Great little hotel near the Matsumoto station. The staff are friendly and very nice. The room is clean and are a good size relatively in Japan. Highly recommend this hotel

Great location, close to the train station.

Location is good. Hotel and Room is small and minimum amenities and toiletries supply. No daily clean up but has towel changed daily. Overall just a good place to sleep and rest. However, location is good and near the Matsumoto train station. Nearby have a few malls to shop and can find food easily.

Nice location, spacious room, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Very nice breakfast.
