The hotel was being renovated whilst we were there however it was all still accessible. The only issue was the air conditioning isn’t fully functional so we were provided with a fan. Great location, near the train station, and lovely modern room.

Lovely Hotel with close proximity to the railway station. The entrance has a few steps to climb to get into the hotel with no disabled ramp but there is a bell to ring for assistance Large room for function small bar area with limited draught beer on tap but does have a plentiful bottle option. DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH. The hotel is very clean and appealing. I can’t comment on other rooms but ours was ok , found it very warm due to an inoperable air con unit and window that wouldn’t open,but there was a desk fan to hand. Kettle,tea and coffee in room, large screen tv and a very comfy bed. Would I stay there again? Yes I would should the opportunity arise again.

Good staff and food; however, the hotel is now looking quite shabby in places - worn carpet and stained bathroom fittings. Note, soft beds and no USB Ports.

Loved staying at the Met. We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms. Really nice decor, loved the shower. Would definitely stay again.

Location is great .. city centre & staff were very nice ! It would have been nice however to have had a heads up that there is renovation work being carried out currently within the hotel !!!

Good staff, warm environment

The Met Hotel offers the most convenient location in Leeds, just a 4-minute walk from the train station. Additionally, the warm hospitality I received made my stay truly unforgettable. The hotel’s interior is beautifully decorated in Victorian style, adding to its charm.

Another great stay here ,can’t wait to return again and yet again great deals on this lovely hotel

great location, in 10 minutes walking distance from Leeds Train Station,with shopping centre, restaurants , pubs around. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Room is a little bit crowded but clean.

Second visit here now and both times the staff have willingly gone out of their way to be helpful which is rare in my experience. Good breakfast too which again is rare. The only hotel we'll be staying at in Leeds from now on.

I usually stay at slightly cheaper hotels than this when travelling for work, but saw this at a reasonable price. It’s a grand old place that is comfortable with great amenities. The decor is a bit 90s, but not too bad. I was very happy :)
