Premier Inn Leicester (Forest East)

We didn’t get a chance to use the attached restaurant which was a shame as would have been ideal. Room was exactly as we needed and staff very friendly. The only thing you should be aware of is the corridors are very narrow and once the cleaning carts were out we couldn’t get past with a wheelchair and ended up having to be let out of the fire escape

Excellent location for the money (rates are really variable: can be very cheap in advance, but very costly on the day), close to excellent bus-service into Nottingham. Staff helpful. Breakfast choice is somewhat limited: no help-yourself buffet. Some noise-issues (noisy guest/s; noisy TV) and pillows not great. Excellent, unmonitored parking: no fear of a ticket here!

The hotel was good but the problem was the cleaner who stole my brand new iPhone charger that I had just paid £40 for and then denied it. The staff I contacted wasn’t interested. I contacted them 4 times and each time I was told they would call back in 5 min. 5hr later I had to call back to be told that there is a sign in reception that says things left in your room are at your own risk and they have no responsibility. Nice to know that the staff can steal and get away with. I won’t be going back on a hurry that’s for sure

Hotel and room was very clean and bed was really comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had breakfast in the connecting Harvester, was very nice good value and lots of choice. Waitress was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Handy location. Quiet and clean room. Liked the large shower head. Very good breakfast - cooked fresh rather than buffet. Excellent service from the waitress who took time to welcome and check on everyone. Plenty of parking. Will stay again when next in the area.

Double room booked. Hardly any space between the bed and the wall. Only small hanging space and no drawers. Tiny shelf in front of mirror, standing only, and a squeeze next to the bathroom door. Bathroom very small too, hardly any room to dry off after the shower. The washbasin tap output was very weak, took ages to fill the basin. Smallest unit (103) we've ever had in a Premier Inn.

Lovely hotel there was afew errors with the key cards they stopped working and you just had to get it sorted at reception was sorted with in a few seconds , very spacious room lovely staff I was very impressed by the amount of vegan options at breakfast they had however there wasn’t as many at dinner but was still nice and there was a lovely breakfast place next door if your looking for something quick and easy and there was a co-op and premier near aswell

As part of a Wheelchair Basketball Club we tend to always use Premier Inn as you know what you are getting and even the non accessible rooms are usually workable with our team members. When we arrived quite late in the day to check in we were warmly greeted by Emma on reception. However we had some issues with our booking, which as it turned out some if which was partly of our own making. During this I have to pay serious credit to Emma who as it transpires had been fire fighting on a few things before we added to her burden. We often praise the staff at Premier Inns but Emma surpassed all before her. She showed incredible professionalism and fortitude when everything seemed to be against her, the door cards for the other guests were not working, other's rooms weren't quite right all while trying to sort out my rabble. She handled and juggled all these things like a true Pro. This review is really about Emma, her patience, perseverance and kindness was and is greatly appreciated Again, sorry for adding further stress to your shift Emma and as for the management at this hotel you really don't know how lucky you are to have her!

I was stopping here on business recently and I just wanted to comment on the fabulous customer service provided on reception by Kasia and her team. They are are all so friendly and helpful and make you feel so welcome. They are a credit to both the hotel and the company ...thank you guys 😊😊
