Praktisch und gut (genug) für eine Übernachtung am Flughafen. Positiv: Das B&B Konzept und die freundliche Dame am Empfang sowie die gute Lage am Stuttgarter Flughafen, fünf Minuten mit dem Auto. Zimmer dennoch ruhig. Negativ: wir hatten als Familie mit Kindern zwei Zimmer gebucht, diese lagen dann aber trotz entsprechender Bitte auf unterschiedlichen Etagen. Schade. Lange Wartezeit beim Einchecken. Fußboden im Bad war unter dem WC nicht komplett sauber. Deshalb nur drei Punkte, sonst eher vier oder fünf.

If you have an early morning flight to the airport, this hotel is the best choice. it is located directly across from Terminal 1. Room size is nice and is very clean. I have small critic points though. The sauna is closed due to covid. please list this on website. if you are arriving there via public transportation, you have to walk long set of stairs to get in. This is despite there is being side entrance which gives access to the registration. it is locked with only access from inside. I had to access the hotel via the main entrance and let my wife and daughter in. Very inconvenient if you alone. No one to stay with the luggage.

The hotel location: It has direct access to main road which runs through train station and towards stuggart. So not a problem in finding it. About 1.5km from train station. For grocery shopping there is kaufland on street backside of it for which you could also access a 2min by walk pathway in front of tesla office (yes they opened one). The room: The room I opted was double bedroom without kitcehente. The room was small but still spacious for one person, with a TV, window opining for fresh air and sunlight, the bathroom is ok, the shower area much bigger than other hotels (where you would otherwise have struggled to move your hands around in other hotels). Only difference to other rooms which had option of kitcehente is that the entry area near door is bit wide in those rooms (though it's just wash sink and one microwave for the sake of kitcehente) One thing which I didn't like was that the bed was actually joined by 2 wiggle beds, made the sleep uncomfortable, would have preferred one queen/king bed. Service/Staff: Had opted for room including breakfast in the price. So was expecting that they charge total bill amount in all and don't charge separetly for breakfast in bill (treat as complimentary in that room price), but staff didn't understood and did separate charges for room and for breakfast. Was a bit inconvenience. General view: The hotel has a bar at reception, breakfast area is big and worth price to pay extra except for vegetarian as nothing apart from juice and fruit/joghurt. Good ambience, enough free space outside. Overall satisfied with my stay, except that it's little away from train station and the breakfast billing (not a deal breaker for me).

I was glad when he saw your reply (although I know it's an automatic reply) But that's not so important. I will go to Boeblingen, Stuttgart, and Munich in the month of April 2023. By the way, this is not my first visit to Boeblingen or Stuttgart. Boeblingen is a beautiful city, full of greenery (even a lake for an enjoyable experience), neat and clean, big enough that everyone can keep their private life but at the same time ”small” enough that a person in the city can feel as if they are at home. In Croatia, I could compare it with the town of Pula, but at the same time, I have to ignore the Roman arena in Pula and the mass of original Roman buildings. But BASICALLY according to some atmosphere (Pula is not too big, but not too small either) for life. Pleasant and beautiful cities... Boeblingen & Pula

Great hotel not too far from the airport. All good for my stay but the only complaint I had was that there was no hot water on the last day of my stay. It would have been good for them to inform guests in advance if this was scheduled maintenance. I had to boil a kettle to have a shave and ended up having to go without a shower.

Our recent experience at Centro Park Hotel in Ostfildern has left us utterly disappointed, prompting us to share our ordeal on TripAdvisor as a warning to potential guests. We had booked a three-night stay from September 5 to 8, and right from the start, issues arose. The automated check-in machine, intended to replace human reception, was out of order. Our late arrival stranded us outside, unable to check in. After a frustrating 15-minute call, we were promised assistance in 20 minutes (though we ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes outside). To compound matters, one of our team members' rooms wasn't registered, and they had to settle for another guest's room. Later that night, another team member arrived around 11 pm, and the individual who eventually opened the door made her wait outside for approximately twenty minutes before allowing her in. The mismanagement persisted with no available drinks in the lobby and a lack of bottled water in the rooms—unacceptable for any hotel, especially one associated with a reputable chain. We stayed at Centro Park Hotel for professional reasons, and the experience as guests was absolutely inexcusable, all in the presence of our client. We want to highlight that we had to apologize to our client for the dysfunctional and disrespectful behavior of Centro Hotel's staff and management, which is not only embarrassing for the hotel in Ostfildern but highly inappropriate. What we experienced in this hotel was absolutely disrespectful. Their proposed solution for reimbursement? A paltry voucher for 200 euros... Never again will we choose this establishment. Das mit vier Sternen eingestufte Hotel in Leonberg hat aus meiner Sicht seine Auszeichnung verdient. Es ist eine Unterkunft, die man einige Tage lang getrost buchen kann. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht besonders groß und nicht auf dem allerneuesten Stand, aber ordentlich ausgestattet. Wer will, kann hoch hinaus in diesem Hochhaus. Wer das nicht will, kann entsprechende Wünsche äußern, die auch möglichst erfüllt werden und ein niedriges Stockwerk für sein Zimmer beziehen. Wer ein Zimmer mit Fenster in Richtung Park gebucht hat, darf sich über eine ruhige Nacht freuen. Der Service ist angenehm und freundlich. Eine Tiefgarage steht zur Verfügung. Wenn wir mal wieder in Leonberg sind, steigen wir wieder gern im Amber-Hotel ab.

Ein relativ neues, modernes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Zimmer geräumig, Bad und Toilette separat!!. Das Zimmer hat alles, was man so braucht (außer einem Kosmetikspiegel), Klimaanlage, gute Betten. Frühstuck gut bis sehr gut. Lächerlich: 10 € Parkgebühr wenn man auf dem Hotelgelände parlen will. Dabei gibt es in der nächsten Nähe Parkraum genug

Das schlechteste und mieseste Hotel in dem ich je war!!!! Gebucht direkt über die Homepage. Und damit fing es auch schon an!!!! Nach der Buchung bekam ich KEINE Bestätigung via Mail zugeschickt. Erst nach 2 maliger Aufforderung an die angeführte E-Mail Adresse. Angekommen im Hotel wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es kein warmes Wasser gibt aufgrund diverser Probleme. Das Schwesternhotel wurde uns angeboten, jedoch waren wir schon den ganzen Tag unterwegs und erschöpft und wollten einfach nur auf unser Zimmer. Das Schwesternhotel wäre ca. 30 Minuten weiter entfernt gewesen. Habe dann das Wasser getestet, es war kalt/lauwarm. Zum schnell abduschen für uns ok, allerdings nicht für den vollen Preis. Die Rezeptionistin bot an 1 Frühstück gratis, ich stimmte nicht zu und wollte den Chef sprechen. Der wäre nicht da und auch nicht verfügbar. Ich hätte sonst bis 18:00 Zeit dann verfällt die Reservierung oder ich soll mir halt ein anderes Hotel suchen!!! Wahnsinn das ganze und sowas von unfreundlich! Dann ging sie mit dem handy für einige Minuten weg. Nach langem hier und her einigten wir uns auf minus 50% auf die 2. Nacht. War ok für mich. Dann ging die Diskussion aber weiter. Die Rezeptionistin hatte keinerlei Informationen über meine Buchung bzw Preis für 2 Nächte und wollte mir dann einen höheren Preis das Frühstück nochmal extra dazu rechnen!!! Irre war das und einfach nur eine Frechhheit!!! Zeigte ihr dann meine Bestätigung der Buchung für 2 Nächte inkl. Frühstück. Aber rechnen konnte sie trotzdem nicht! Das Frühstück war ok, mehr nicht. Brot teilweise vom Vortag, Joghurt mit eingetrockneten Rändern! Sonst kaum Auswahl und sehr überschaubar. KEIN Safe im Zimmer!!! Auch darauf hatte die Rezeptionistin keine Antwort! Zimmer war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Bad mit Dusche und vertrecktem Duschvorhang! Alles in Allem: furchtbarer Aufenthalt! Dringend davon abgeraten!!!

We had an awesome stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located inside the outlet. The location is exceptional and wonderful, making it very convenient for shopping. The hotel is stylish and trendy, with cool and friendly staff. Our room was also stylish, though the bathroom was a bit too small. Some might find the room a bit ”unfinished” due to the lack of paint or wallpaper on the ceiling, but I was okay with that as it adds to the industrialized style. The hotel is quite large, but both lifts are located together, so you might have to walk a bit to reach them. For breakfast, they have an exciting automatic pancake machine! However, there were many people at breakfast, and the food was not always enough, so the staff were really busy refilling it. Despite this, the staff remained helpful and nice. If you drive to the hotel, be aware that you might not be able to park in the nearest car park. There is a car park underneath the hotel marked ”Moxy Hotel,” but since you cannot reserve parking, it's not guaranteed that you can park there. However, the rates are the same if you park in other nearby car parks. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
