Ein sehr-gutes 3* Hotel der Dorint Group zu einem top Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Durchweg empfehlenswert für jeden Reisenden-/ und Urlauber moderne Einrichtungs-/ Haustechnikstand zu Ihrem Komfort. Das Gebäude befindet sich in verkehrsgünstiger Lage zum Flughafen und Messe (S&U-Bahn Anbindigung fußläufig) Modern renovierte-/ und saubere Zimmer als auch gute-/ zweckmäßige Ausstattung und eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, bzw. Fernsehtechnik. Besonders erwähnenswert, der Schlafkomfort, angenehme Matratzen u. Bettwäsche, als auch einer verbauten Dreifachverglasung, welche zu einer deutlichen Lärmreduktion mit sich bringt. Das Team arbeitet professionell und alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so wie man es als Gast auch entsprechend erwartet, was den Dienstleistungsbereich Service angeht.

Ho passato per lavoro due settimane in questo albero.Mi sono trovata benissimo,un albergo nuovo,moderno con uno stile industriale. Non metto il massimo del punteggio perché non ha l'armadio in camera,ho duvot tenere i vestiti in valigia due settimane; e non ha il ristorante.La colazione è abbondantissima e variegata,ogni giorno cose diverse.Lo staff è gentile e parla un buon inglese

Wir sind für über Silvester eine Nacht im Parkhotel gewesen. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns super gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Leider hatten wir nicht genügend Zeit alles im Hotel zu erkunden. Wir werden aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und das nachholen. Excellent hotel, clean, well organised and very friendly staff always willing to help. They have some toys for kids in the entrance. Conveniently located not far from the highway, and inside a new office complex with only pedestrian access so it is very quiet and cars cannot be heard. There room had enough space for 2 adults and 3 kids, very comfortable with a small kitchen and utensils. Will definitely book again if around.

The rooms are nice and stylish, and the staff really makes an effort to appreciate members of their loyalty program. Everything was super clean and the location is a few minutes walking distance from the airport. They have a nice bar, and I like the atmosphere a bit better than their other airport hotel - I think it is a bit more relaxed.

the shower was not draining properly. I called the “Guest Service” on the room phone but nobody answered. I hung up and called room service they answered and told me to dial 99 for “Front desk” again no answer. After a nice while of it ringing I decided to just go down stairs. The gentlemen was nice and professional but it ended there as the room had a shower drain issue that they could not resolve. I was given two options change into a non connected room or just use the shower in the connected room I had. Well what’s the point of paying for two rooms if I have to stand in line to use the shower next door? I paid to have a connected because I have a child staying in the connecting room. Anyway, The room felt musty like the AC was not up to standard, I’ve stayed here every time I fly out early for the past 7 years, but I am seeing the standard drop, as so should it’s 4 star rating…. FYI it’s room 4140 if anyone is wondering what room it is. At least that way you know the need to shut off the shower every 10 seconds to let the water drain to prevent a flood. I paid for two connecting rooms I guess I should have requested that they had two connecting working showers as well.

Hotel della catena Accor a pochi chilometri dall'aeroporto. E' da preferire solo in caso di partenze mattiniere o per necessità collegate alla fiera di Stoccarda, considerare che il centro da qui si raggiungere in mezz'ora di macchina. Il personale è accogliente e le camere spartane ed essenziali ma pulite e funzionali. la cosa che non mi è piaciuta è l'assenza di un bollitore per caffè o the in stanza. Altra cosa che ho trovato eccessiva è il costo del parcheggio considerando che l'hotel si trova in un posto in cui non ci si arriva senza auto e c'è comunque una abbondanza di posti. Se non volete spendere troppo per la colazione appena scesi da hotel c'è una belle caffetteria proprio accanto al supermercato che apre alle 6 la mattina. Diciamo valido appunto se di passaggio.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders das Bad müsste mal renoviert werden, die richtige Wassertemperatur in der Dusche lässt sich nur schwer einstellen. Aber für eine Nacht eigentlich ausreichend. Nun aber zu einem großen Kritikpunkt. Nachts um 3 Uhr ist ein Mann mit einem Schlüssel (ohne zu klopfen o. ä.) einfach in unser Zimmer gekommen. Als mein Mann dann eine Brüll von sich gelassen hat ist er wieder raus. Nun stellt sich uns doch die Frage, was wollte er? Zumal ich als Frau eingecheckt habe und mein Mann nicht auf dem Anmeldebogen vermerkt war (auch wenn wir ein Doppelzimmer gebucht haben). Am nächsten Morgen wollte wir dann den Hotelchef sprechen, er war allerdings an einem Samstagmorgen nicht da. Die Mitarbeiterin sagte uns, dass uns wohl nur ein Schlüssel von zweien ausgehändigt wurden. Der zweite Schlüssel lag in einem Schlüsselfach unmittelbar auf dem Tresen für jeden zugänglich und mit Zimmernummer versehen. Nachdem wir sagten, dies sei aber ein großes Sicherheitsrisiko, meinte sie nur sie wären im Umbau und würden demnächst auf Codekarten umsteigen. Der Fall lässt sich nicht klären und es kam auch zu keinerlei Rückfragen der Hotelleitung. Für mich sieht es nach ziemlichem Desinteresse aus. Wir werden dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall mehr buchen. Der Zustand des Hotels finde ich nicht ganz so schlimm, Hauptsache es ist sauber aber ich möchte mich auch in einem Hotel sicher fühlen können und das ist hier nicht der Fall.
