I choose this hotel for a health reason, to access their spa/jacuzzi. I only had 3 days of vacation to use, but unfortunately their spa, besides being expensive, doesn’t have safety and quality conditions. They receive swimming lessons on their pool (noise, confusion, music, dressed and street shoes entering the spa area), the pool water is always very cold, some days the jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath also cold; schedule too many people for the same hours (disrespectful customers who don’t give you the chance to use the jacuzzi), and disregard all responsibilities of this poor management. I complained, in the end they discounted the spa cost, wanted to offer 2 nights - on the same minute I was paying for 4 nights (complaining about the worst vacations I had, and for not being able to rest properly). Off course I reject the offer, which was taken as an offense. If they really wanted to help, they could discount the same 2 nights from the payment. But no, the offer was just for their own sake to make me come back, and not to compensate the damages I had of spending the only 3 days left of vacations I had, plus being under stress all the 4 days of stay. The staff tried to help and were nice, but their manager had a very bad attitude, arrogant and stupid, which could be avoided. I didn’t call the manager, so appear to make an offensive offer… is not the best way to manage an hotel. After this conversation with the manager, I left the hotel very very angry and feeling disrespected. Besides the spa disappoin**ent, this manager attitude was the worst point of my stay.

Fiz uma reserva para duas pessoas e para 1 noite, reserva para quarto duplo, mas o quarto é grande que tinha uma cama de casal, e duas de solteiro, camas confortáveis, boa iluminação, casa de banho recente, televisão pequena, mas com os canais por cabo praticamente todos, wi-fi muito bom, hotel bem localizado, cerca de 10/15 min da baixa de leiria, da zona do estadio, colaboradores simpaticos e acessiveis, pequeno almoço bom, com estacionamento privativo mesmo há frente do hotel, a unica coisa que deveria melhorar é a insonorização, que se ouvia tudo o que se passava na rua etc. e a questão da sala do pequeno almoço ser pequena e ter que esperar mais de 10 minutos... Recomendo

O hotel quase passa despercebido na rua onde se localiza, mas a partir do momento em que nele entramos, a sensação é de bom gosto e conforto. O quarto era ótimo, muito espaçoso, com muita luz e as camas e almofadas fantásticos. Casa de banho ótima. Pedi quarto junto a elevador para a minha mãe idosa não ter de caminhar muito e não só tiveram isso em atenção como atribuiram um quarto para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Muito atenciosos. Pequeno almoço maravilhoso com muita diversidade e abundância. Jantámos no restaurante e as opções eram muito boas, bem como a seleção de sobremesas. Estacionamento próprio e também na rua. Excelente wifi.

Our experience was absolutely phenomenal. We were greeted by Maria as soon as we parked our car ( yes! parking is on the property, easy and free). Maria is a wonderful host and very charming person. She is local and knows bests in and out for the tourists in the area. The building has an elevator, big plus. Our room was impeccably clean and we had a good rest before departing to the next stop. Breakfast is very good, served downstairs and everything is fresh and tasty. The hotel is a very nice remodeled Chalet. We loved absolutely everything: the location, our room, small garden, breakfast and, of course, Maria. Maria called and scheduled next morning massage with a very talented professional . My legs were very tired after trip to Sintra and I was back to normal after an hour of the massage. We are going back to Alcobaca and Maria's Chalet on our next trip to Portugal. There is more to explore in the area!

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. The location was perfect for all the Fatima religious experiences we wanted to attend. Staff was exceptionally helpful and professional. As Americans we were kind of in the dark - they helped us to navigate our stay wonderfully. Rooms were so comfortable and modern. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Prices were great! We couldn't have had a better stay and highly recommend this wonderful hotel!!!
