Please don't stay in this hotel, else I will feel sorry for you. Where we stayed is on above of their restaurant, second floor! From the inside of the room, they said its sound proof...omg! We can hear all what the next door whatever their doing! From the movement of their bed and their actions. It's almost like a live show! Oh yes, there is a button on the wall that you can switch on to activate the sound proof. And you now what, its a music! Horrible! It's like an additional noise that you have to deal with plus the next door. It was a hell on our first night. I didn't managed to stay for another night. I have to abandoned our booking that we paid! Please don't stay here, you'll regret it! Yes, its in a convenient location!

The room mattress... has seen better days a long time ago. It's a foam mattress that sinks in after a while... not comfortable at all. The building, as a whole, the facilities have stood still for some 30 years, or more... in general, everything needs good maintenance.

It has an excellent location; across the plaza from the Basilica of San Isidoro, just blocks from the cathedral and the barrio húmido section of town. An easy walk from the train station. The breakfast (in the restaurant section) was also popular with peregrinos; it was a joy to wish them Buen camino.

The room I stayed in was an attic with no light, and no usable space or furniture. It had nothing to do with the presented pictures and was not even in the advertised building. The wifi did not reach, and the window (too high to look out of) was the size of a post card. The included breakfast (which they denied in the morning till I showed my booking details) is a piece of stale pastry and jam, period. No eggs, no meats, no cheese, no fruits... I travel full time and I routinely stay in places much worse than this. The cheating, I do not consider acceptable. I paid EUR 92. ********** provided a EUR 50 discount voucher following my complaint. I suggest staying somewhere else or being prepared for surprises.

Loved this classy old fashioned hotel. Ok, it’s not the most modern, but timelessly classic (eg phone beside the bed).

Way too expensive for what it is and not worth the money. Very dated interior and run down. The shower was held together with duct tape and had mildew. It was also quite noisy as other reviews have mentioned. I have had much nicer hostels for 15€.

itBoccalino has the best location en Leon if you are a fan of museums and historical places is next to the cathedral and museum of San Ildefonso . Just a few minutes form the Leon cathedral that has the best gothic stained glasses
of Europe.

La localización es ideal pero la habitación estaba sucia,las colchas sucias llenas d manchas .La calefacción no funcionaba ,baje a recepción y m dijo la chica q era nueva q efectivamente llevaba tiempo rota y pero no por ello tuvieron ningún detalle extra ya q el dinero ya m lo habían cobrado.La ducha no funcionaba bien.Dentro de un armario había un cubo d plástico q contenía agua supongo q una gotera...tremendo.Q pena qué poco cuidan al cliente teniendo el sitio tan emblemático q tienen.
