Hotel dengan WiFi di Leon

This was my least favorite of the AC hotels I stayed in during my trip in northern Spain.. It was located in a relatively unremarkable area and just overall was very dark. The one great thing about its location was across the street from the department store and their massive grocery hall in the basement. Staff opinions were mixed for me - some of the front office staff were wonderful and helpful, another in particular always seemed put off by requests for information or assistance. The room was fine, although with no view of anything in particular. Like the theme of the hotel, it just seemed gloomy. I was happy for the comfort of this hotel but not its location. I'd have to think about whether I would stay here again.

Good location, 15 min. from the train, and adjacent to the histórico centro. We had a Junior suite, and the room size was fine. We did not take “advantage”of the €16 per person breakfast as we ate for a total of €8 across the street at a local cafe. For a 4 star hotel, there were no guest robes or slippers in the room, the bath products were of low quality, no Kleenex, and the toilet paper single ply. The material on the couch in our suite was tired and needed repair. I don’t know how a handicapped person could access this hotel as there is no ramp at the door, and we saw no elevator to climb the 10 or so steps to reception. We have stayed in Barceló hotels before, but this one was of the poorest quality.

The Silken Luis de Leon is rated a four star hotel, but it certainly didn't feel like one. I travel a lot and always try to stay in four star hotels in Europe. The hotel restaurant is only open four days a week for two hours per day. The rooms do not have complimentary water bottles nor do they have coffee machines. There is complimentary coffee in the lobby, but only after 11:30 a.m.. There is no conditioner nor body lotion, and no feather pillows, ie. the hotel lacks all the amenities that I would expect in a four star hotel. I will say that my room was clean and comfortable, but then that is what I would have expected in a three star hotel also. I guess my peeve is that the hotel provides none of the amenities that I would have expected in a four star hotel...

Me gustó la ubicación,en menos de un cuarto de hora andando llegabas a cualquier punto de tu interes ,descansamos muy bien .Calidad/precio de la habitación muy buena(que se viera la catedral desde la ventana de la habitación a lo lejos ...fue un plus).Queríamos disfrutar de la ciudad y desde el hotel fue fácil.

To find the Exe Hotel in Leon, aim for the large downtown El Corte Ingles store – then it's right across the street. Bright and modern, sharp and clean, extremely well appointed bedrooms (ours came with a fairly enormous sitting-room) and spacious bathrooms. All a city hotel should be. Parking is available in the large carpark below, with direct access to the hotel, and it's a ten minute walk into the city centre. Exceptionally helpful staff at reception, ready to dispense local information.

the hotel is very well located, close to the Cathedral and main places to visit in Leon, but the best is the staff, very professional and kind. The rooms are nice, clean and confortable!!! Tripadvisor should reduce the requirement of 200 characters! that's too much for free!!!!!

We have been sightseeing in the area and reserved this Melia with great expectations. I’m afraid Mr Escarrer would be a bit disappointed. On the plus side, the receptionists were really friendly and attentive, with the right helpful attitude. We could say the same about the staff in the cafeteria. The downside was the quality of the food in the cafeteria/bar/restaurant. Frozen chips in a Melia? The chicken fingers to pick at seemed to be a chicken escalope sliced and refried, making it dry and tasteless. Perhaps the menu ought to be relooked at because the premises are really nice. The room was fine although having to go to a vending machine in the lobby to get your minibar products kind of defeats the purpose of a minibar in the room. Breakfast was adequate although not what you expect from a hotel advertised as a Melia affiliate. All on all, a “pass” thanks to the staff.

Built in the 14th century in 1370, this building provides the location of this quaint hotel that is centrally located right at the beginning of the desirable and touristy “barrio húmedo” section of León. Within a short walking distance to all shops, restaurants, bars and the main attraction, the Leon Cathedral, you’ll never be far from anything you could want. There’s a restaurant in the hotel that I heard was very good (although on the pricey side) but I never ate there. The local bars and cafe’s all serve tapas gratis with any beverage ordered and there’s no shortage of places to eat! The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful and even though they have set hours at the front desk, every guest gets their own code to get in if it’s past those hours. I’d read that since it’s an old building, that the walls are thin and it can get quite loud, especially if you are closer to street level or over restaurant. I was on 3rd floor and had no issues. Sometimes you could hear people coming in late and the old wood floors creak a little, but it never bothered me and guests were pretty respectful. Nice large tub and shower area. Small tv, that I never used once…no need to when there’s so much nearby to do! I’d stay here again for sure!

Decidimos apostar por este magnífico lugar para celebrar la comunion de nuestra hija. La atención recibida desde el minuto 1 ha sido impecable, cualquier duda o problema están para ayudar. En cuanto al servicio del personal el trato amable de Mari Paz con sus detalles y decoracion , las instalaciones impecables, a destacar tambien la atencion perfecta de la directora Adela , la calidad de la comida,exquisita, la gestión de todo lo que conlleva una celebración así es de una gran profesionalidad y un trato exquisito, sin duda nos hemos quedado encantados y satisfechos con el servicio que nos han prestado, 100% recomendable, sin lugar a dudas.

前台服務熱情，規範。房間寬敞，各項設施應有盡有。酒店位置簡直再好不過，步行去火車站，去各個主要景點都衹有一公裏左右。餐廳自助早餐也不錯。
