I had stayed on business at this hotel, so I decided to come back on pleasure. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't as previous ones. There was not internet service and the food for dinner at the restaurant wasn't as good as for breakfast. That is why my opinion changed from excellent to good.

I like the receptionist very nice but the guy that help us with our luggage very mean he also give us towels for the pool in an mean manner. He is a tall bold guy.

We stayed in 4 hotels during our trip and this was one of our favorites. As soon as you walk through the doors, you are greeted with art and antiques. Then their is a nice restaurant where we had 3 delicious meals and then breathtaking pool. Every single area of this property is beautiful and nicely kept. Rooms and simple, but clean and have cable tv. Our favorite part of this hotel was the pool and the breakfast.

The pool is nice however there was no internet, the shower leaks water, the pillows and bed are somewhat hard, the tv is really old and does not offer netflix or anything, overall it’s ok

Hotel was very nice, but Hotel staff is VERY loud early in the morning. They talk, walk and move around very loud and slamming doors hard. Not a hotel where you can sleep in. Bartender have no clue how to make drinks. Pored straight out the bottle and very stiff, not very friendly. No eye contact, heard them gossip about other guest. No professionalism. Would never stay there, ever!

It was a little of inconvenience due to the weather was hot and the property had an electricity issue that stop working the AC. Units for several rooms so it took 2 days to fix that.
