Le Saint Antoine

This little Hotel ist beautiful. The room was clean and totally comfortable with a great view and a little balcony. The service was also more than sweet and you really feel that the hosts want you to have a great experience there and care about your needs

Authenticité beautifull and easy going thé owner is an amazing artist with a thousand life and I had an awesome experience dicussing and discovering his storytelling. I can only advise people to visit this place. Furthermore, breakfast is a surprise there is a eggs outstanding machine.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming and friendly family run hotel. The room had a great view of Mont Blanc, located next to a ski bus stop and hire shops for easy access to winter sports. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep, the room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious with lovely service. After a day on the slopes the spa was very welcome.

Lovely stay in this charming little hotel in Les Houches. This hotel was recommended by a friend and we weren’t disappointed. The room was warm and comfortable with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc, we stayed in a room suitable for 4 (twin beds and bunks) but if you had older children i think it would be a bit of a squash and the wardrobe is very small, ideal for two people though. (Just two of us) we had 2 glass bottles of fresh water (still and sparkling) each day, kettle with various teas and coffee inc decaf (no milk). The bathroom was clean and modern and there was a charging station with usb ports right next to the bed. Very useful, saves bringing converters. Breakfast was plentiful and good value , really set us up for the day. We loved trying all the beautiful locally made jams, the fig and myrtle were firm favourites. The scrambled egg machine was a fun way to have fresh eggs made in seconds, loved it! Fresh bread, brioche and croissants.. what’s not to like! Dinner was also excellent. We had the terteflette and a calzone, this is a popular restaurant in the evening. On Monday evenings they are closed, the Ghandi Indian restaurant opposite was delicious, there are plenty of options within walking distance to choose from. The Wine Factory was another favourite. There is a drying room at the entrance so you can safely leave your ski equipment at the end of the day. The bar has some games and cards if you want to spend time out of the room in the evening. The spa area is in the basement. There is a slight smell of damp but that us understandable given the wet nature of the area. The hot tub really helped ease stiff muscles after skiing. The location was within easy access of the Prarion gondola which is where you buy or collect your lift pass. 10 mins on the free ski bus (you can use number 16 or number 1). Cafe opposite the bottom of the gondola has excellent sandwiches and hot food, grab something to take up with you if you want to save some cash. Food selection is a little expensive as you’d expect up top. Bus stop is directly outside the hotel so no walking in boots! The other direction (bus #1) goes to Chamonix, bus is also free and takes about 20 mins. The bus stop is slightly obscured by bushes but it’s right there! We had fondue on the balcony of Rose Pont, a beautiful French restaurant with stunning views of the mountains and excellent food. Cozy blankets provided on the balcony. Well worth a stop here. Will def be back, loved our stay at this charming place.

Our first hotel on Day 1 of our 11 day Tour du Mont Blanc hike. Very comfortable stay. Delicious dinner in the on site restaurant, one of our best meals over the 11 days - 3 courses - salad/pasta carbonara/desert - delicious! Excellent buffet breakfast. A wonderful start to our journey.

We stayed at Le Hotel Saint Antoine on the first night of our first leg of The Tour du Mont Blanc. One of our party left that leg early and one had to be admitted to the hospital. The hotel staff helped us find a wonderful taxi driver to get to the hospital in another town. They made our room ready ahead of schedule to accommodate us, packed us food for the potentially long wait in the emergency room, and were altogether kind and caring. The hotel itself is charming and comfortable. The food was great. It’s conveniently located to the trail for the TMB and the local bus route. A definitely great choice if you’re doing the trek, skiing or sight seeing in the region.
