Excellent hotel, unique experience and location. Built in a mountain. Gorgeous views, great facilities and the staff are so hard working. Various pools, a jacuzzi and entertainment. The rooms are huge and we hand not only a veranda but a balcony it’s was so good

A very clean hotel very relaxing break staff very. helpful nice drinks no crush at the bar Now a first for me at lunchtime you can’t leave your towels on the sunbeds you start again after lunch and no problem getting a sunbed at any time a great idea no people leaving towels on sun beds and not using them Food grandkids son in law and daughter all enjoyed it me and the wife struggled a bit but the was down to us not the hotel always plenty of Italian food. You use a little car up the side of the hotel to get from one to the other The top pool was the deepest pool I have ever been in over 3 meters deep the bottom pool better for kids The entertainment is mainly for the Italians a few English songs but it was ok entertainment team at the top pool were mainly only interested in the Italian people and not very good at speaking English Lena at the bottom pool was fantastic a very fun person with her long multi coloured dreadlocks she is a credit to the hotel works very hard should give her a wage rise as I say this hotel seems mainly for Italians but don’t be put off by this it’s a nice holiday ps forgot the restaurant staff very hardworking

Hotel was rather tired and drab - very dull colours in the reception area as was the sitting there Pool and pool area was getting bit shabby Food disappointing and you had to sit where you were told. Some of the food was unlabelled and not helpful for gluten free or those with food allergies.

This hotel and its staff are exceptional. It's an unusual set up with a lift and railway up to the hotel from ground level, but the views from the top are wonderful. The staff are very helpful, the rooms are clean, the air con works well, the pool is great and there's a spa too. We were half board and the food did not disappoint. Every day the food was fresh, tasty and loads of variety. The staff in the restaurant were so helpful. My companion required to be seated away from a lot of noise and this was easily accommodated from the start. For particular mention are Peppe and Angelo. Both so helpful and friendly, as were all the staff. Peppe is a delight, speaking English, giving tips for places to visit and sharing a joke with us. Nothing was too much trouble for all the restaurant staff. The whole place is spotlessly clean too. I booked a Thai oil massage and Romano did a great job, I felt so relaxed afterwards. All in all, we've had a great time, visiting places in Sicily but as always the quality and friendliness of the hotel staff really make the difference, so thank you very much.

We’ve have had an amazing family holiday here in Sicily and we’re thrilled with the hotel. The pool area is the real star of the show and I don’t think the photos do it justice. It smells lovely too because of all the gorgeous flowers and plants. Aqua gym was good fun, and the entertainment team were fantastic. I want to give a shout out to Miriam and Mary, they went above and beyond to play with our little Leo and he’ll have so many happy memories of playing basketball with them. The bar staff were so friendly and the food at the Bougainville restaurant was lovely. The room was slightly dated, but it’s didn’t take away from the fact that there was plenty of room, we had a lovely sea view and it was spotless every day. It’s does take a little while to go up and down in the lifts but it’s worth it for the views. We weren’t so keen on the restaurant and that’s not because of the food, which was delicious. It just gets very busy and it’s just a personal preference that we prefer to eat out. There also weren’t many vegetarian options. It is quiet in Letojanni but there are enough places to eat and have a drink and after the volume of people of Taormina and Isola Bella it was a relief to get away from the hustle and bustle. The streets near the Lido Tropicana are gorgeous, there’s a little square which is breathtaking. We took the train to Catania which we would highly recommend. Castelmola is lovely and the Golo Ancantara. We got a ticket for the hop on hop off bus and managed to do both in the same day. We would highly recommend this hotel and Letojanni and we’re sad to go home. The hotel has given us the chance to relax before returning to real life. Thank you to all the staff. Incredible views, delicious food and a great location for families to holiday and enjoy Sicily. Pepe and team of waiters do a magnificent, well organised job and are very professional and courteous. They are very adaptable, catering for our gluten free needs. My only criticism is the poolside music is too loud and overpowering. However we strongly recommend

The Hotel Olimpo is an amazing hotel ... We had an absolutely fantastic holiday... The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious with beautiful views. The hotel cleaners, gardeners did a great job keeping the hotel clean and the gardens spectacular ... The food was amazing ... Tamara the lovely lady in the information centre who was helpful. The restaurant was fantastically run by the Manager Angelo who was not only welcoming but readily helped his friendly restaurant assistants on the floor ... What was clear they worked so hard to cater to our needs and we were grateful for their assistance and for the work they do ... The food was absolutely amazing pasta, fish, salads, drinks and meats galore ... The taste was authentic and was awesome !!! This is a very big thank you to all of the restaurant staff some of whom we came to know Karim, Antonio, Francesco, Tommaso, Claudia, Franco, Guiseppe, Demaseo ... and all the rest in the restaurant ... Place we will visit again definitely... Sherrie & Will ❤️

Great hotel,the people we're very helpful.Very clean,food was great.But out of all the staff one person stood out & that is Giuseppe Arcidiacono.He helped us with everything...where to go & what to see.He spoke to me & my girlfriend all the time & we have Great memories of Peppe & the hotel.

A very nice hotel complex with an amazing view, service minded staff and excellent local Sicilian/Italian food and ice cream. No problems if you had food allergies or intolerances. Just send an email in advance to be 100% sure and they fix it to your satisfaction. Great local wine and beer from tap is served with the buffet, but in the bars all wine and prosecco are served from bottles. Also, a variety of local wines and liquors and a tap version of Aperol Spritz was included in the all-inclusive, but no other cocktails or long drinks. Coca Cola Zero was served in the bars, but not with the buffet service. Close to the local trains station, bus stop, city center and beaches.
