We didn’t have any expectations and just booked whatever what came first in the search for a hotel in Blue Mointains so we were really surprised with how much offer this hotel has! A lot of offered activities for both adults and kids - there’s a cinema, a mini ranch, an arcade room (we really enjoyed playing the walking dead), swimming pool, ice skating rink, etc. We were quite surprised in a good way! :)

We’re repeat customers and always enjoy our stay a lot. Beautiful facilities, lovely food and a good location to explore the Blue Mountains.

I just wanted to share my experience at the hotel. Unfortunately, it wasn't great. Power outages, a constant funky smell in the lobby, cramped bathrooms, and holey towels. Not the best value for the money.

very very nice and well known hotel which is the favorite as I booked it in Canada at the first. comfortable and beautiful room and views.... playing tennis and golf is my interest, come again for sure

Old resort but great activities and amenities for children. Don’t bother with italian restaurant onsite but cafe is okay with nice coffee and hot chocolate. Indoor Heated pool is not suitable for very young children as its a lap pool and an very warm onsen jacuzzi. Train ride was great fun for the kids!

Great experience and customer service Just a little inconvenience that no much transport available to get in there. Overall we have a great time

Amazing hotel and I had the most wonderful stay here. The hotel employees are very helpful and caring. The breakfast variety is great, had many options to choose from. The views from the restaurant are breathtaking, overlooking The Valley. They have a golf course joint to the hotel area. And it’s very convenient.

Perfect for families with small kids. Love it and will come back.

Very beautiful and big resort in blue mountain. Kids friendly hotel with lots of entertainment like arcade and kiddy rides, ice skating....etc.

A nice place to stay. Chilling and staffs are friendly. Breakfast serve is nice. It’s near to blue mountain the scenic world. Quiet and peaceful place with plenty of activities.

Very disappointed with our stay. We booked two rooms (celebrating my nephew's 7th birthday) and requested rooms to be close together...and at check in, it seemed the hotel didn't even consider the request and we were assigned rooms in different wings/towers of the resort. I'm also a top member with Accor, and I couldn't even finish my sentence and was told nothing matters as I didn't book direct. The property is very run down and needs a serious makeover.

The resort is comfortable with great view. Breakfast is awesome and free for children.

Great service! Rooms furbishment are slightly outdated but still decent. If you are getting onto the Blue Mountatin Hop and Hop Off Bus, be sure to check in with the concierge to make sure the bus arrives to pick you up.
