I have stayed he a few times. The rooms are a good size, as well as decent sized bathrooms. They were very clean. They had clean towels and linens. It is an older building, however, you can tell they have put a ton of work into it. The appliances looked new and worked great. There is no smoking in the building. The staff were super sweet and helpful. The owner answered all of my questions and could not have been nicer! I am a Wyndham member, and they also showed me how to book reservations online, and how to use my points. The staff really made me feel safe and welcome. I would definitely stay here every time I come to visit my family.

I needed to go to a court appearance in Lexington, and the Residence Inn at Lexington City Center was an amazing place to stay. I'm always glad to find kitchen facilities in a hotel so I don't need to depend on restaurants, and I was happy to find a Target supermarket in easy walking distance. The room was quiet, so I got a good night's sleep, even when I needed to get up at 3 am to catch my return flight. And the hotel was just a block from the courthouse.

Beware of bed bugs. beware that if you find one in your room they will not compesate you. They will move you into another room . The GM Amy will give you a false perception that they will rectify the situation but they will not. I found a bed bug crawling on my pillow at 1030pm. I took the bed bug to the front desk and asked to be moved. I was moved from a double into a king with 3 people in my party due to no availablilty of a double that night. One of the most uncomfortables nights I have ever had at a hotel. The next day I was moved into a double. Upon check out I spoke to the manager( who never conveyed she was the manager) about a refund. Was advised by the GM(AMY) to call the 3rd party I booked through and they would call the hotel to verify the incident and a refund could be given. I did just that and the GM(amy)informed them she could only refund me $50.00 as i received a upgrade. Moving from 2 beds into 1 with 3 people now in 1 bed is not a upgrade. Nor moving all your things a 11pm at night is an upgrade. Nor finding a bed bug crawling on your pillow is a upgrade. Then later told by the hotel they do not have issues with bed bugs. Meanwhile they are listed on the Bed Bug Registry for KY. There is alot of other hotels in the area please continue to look at another hotel to stay.

We have stayed here twice a year for the last several years. This Residence Inn continues to be very well run and gets better with each visit. Our two bedroom suite was in perfect condition. The kitchen had recently received a new supply of dishes, silverware and, I think, pots and pans. The stove and refrigerator were new as well. The only thing I think that could be improved is the comfort of the sofa and single chair. Both are a bit hard. But that is a corporate problem. We didn't have time for breakfast though I checked out the offerings. It all looked good. The front desk staff was friendly and waiting with our room keys as soon as we told them our name. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We'll be back again in January.
