Still the best option in LYG, service is good, breakfast is fine. It has access to the mall next to it, so it give more options for dinning. The hotel start age but still the best option in town

No air on in the rooms at night, Temperature went up till 28 in the room horrible. Early in the morning some cleaner just opened my hotel room and walk in the room.

It was best hotel but few little hick up which were resolved by changing our room .

Really nice hotel in a great location attached to the mall and surrounded by lots of great food. Service and amenities are amazing too!

酒店在連雲港很繁華地段，因公出差，沒來得及逛一逛，房間佈局合理，非常温馨，洗漱用品都不錯。床墊和枕頭都特別舒適，隔音效果好，房間很安靜，早上起來拉開窗簾，清晨的陽光異常燦爛。酒店早晚自助餐很豐富很美味。前台Wenthy Luo也非常貼心，感恩遇見！

這次入住連雲港索菲特真的太讓人滿意啦！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就能感受到它的高品質。大堂裝修精緻又大氣，前廳服務太好了，工作人員個個熱情洋溢，主動幫忙拿行李，引導辦理入住，服務特別周到細緻，讓人心裏暖乎乎的。房間更是一大亮點，佈置得温馨舒適，床品柔軟乾淨，躺上去超解壓。而且設施一應俱全，無論是洗漱用品的品質，還是房內各種便捷的電器設備，都彰顯着酒店的用心。餐飲方面也無可挑剔，早餐種類豐富，中西式餐點應有盡有，味道還都很棒，滿足了不同的口味需求。酒店的衞生狀況也保持得非常好，各個角落都乾淨整潔，讓人住着特別舒心。總之，連雲港索菲特在服務、環境、設施等各方面都表現出色，強烈推薦給大家呀！
