Excellent stay right in the heart of Lianyungang city center. The downstairs area is super convenient, and the hotel service was great. Wendy Law was also very helpful!

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday and had such a great experience. They upgraded me to a suite, which was clean, beautiful and incredibly spacious. When I arrived, they had a thoughtful birthday setup waiting for me, complete with a cake and a sweet “Happy Birthday” display, which I truly appreciated. They also gave me lovely souvenirs from the city, which was such a nice touch. The staff were warm, helpful and always ready to assist. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of Western options. The view from the room was amazing and made the stay even more special. The location is also very convenient, right next to a plaza with plenty of food options to choose from. I would absolutely stay here again.

Sofitel Lianyungang truly exceeded my expectations! Its downtown location is super convenient, with Suning Plaza right downstairs, offering easy access to dining and shopping. The room was clean and spacious, and from the high floor, I could overlook the city. The bedding was incredibly soft, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, with freshly made seafood noodles and waffles being absolutely delicious. The buffet dinner was also quite good. The front desk service was very thoughtful, proactively helping us plan our sightseeing routes. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit.

Family-friendly facilities are comprehensive, with a swimming pool and children's amenities that are thoughtfully provided.

I booked a suite, and overall the room was decent, though the TV was just too far from the bed. Even when pulled as close as possible, it still felt distant while lying down, especially since the screen wasn't that big. Upon check-in, there was a handwritten welcome note from the housekeeping staff, which was a nice touch. The stay included an executive lounge buffet dinner and breakfast, but honestly, it wasn't very good. The selection was limited, and everything was too salty. The dining experience was quite average, so if I were to stay here again, I probably wouldn't opt for the meals.

Great hotel location, lively surroundings. This is my second time staying here, and the GRO (Guest Relations Officer) always confirms my arrival time and requests beforehand. Overall, I'm satisfied with the room. The breakfast is abundant, though the Roujiamo (meat burger) isn't as crispy as it used to be and not as good. The tofu potstickers are still delicious. The price is also reasonable. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

The bedding was soft and clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with a large bathtub, making the stay particularly comfortable. The service was also very thoughtful; the front desk staff proactively helped with luggage, and check-in was very efficient. Breakfast had a super rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was good too. Plus, the location is excellent, very close to Suning Plaza, and transportation is convenient right outside. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lianyungang. Highly recommended!

Breakfast deserves a special mention; the croissants were incredibly authentic, and they also had freshly prepared wontons and a wide variety of other dishes. Enjoying a meal by the window was just delightful. The front desk service was very attentive, handling check-in efficiently and thoughtfully. It really lives up to the French hotel's elegance, and the value for money is genuinely high.
