The place is awesome the rooms, service, the pool is clean and friendly staff. Whoever the Chef is great work done in the kitchen. The location is safe and quiet. Tripadvisor stop forcing the review to be 200 words. one can just do that with 100 or less words

Very neat and clean..... however, the rooms did not have and airconditioners and being a warm evening, both my colleagues and I found it difficult to get a restful night. Also found it frustrating when bother guests were noisy when they returned in the evenings.

Lovely place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, neat & spacious, with all the necessary comforts. Restaurant is great, serving really lovely food! Both dinner & breakfast was delicious.

Only issue with this lovely place was the aircon in Sugar and Spice was not able to cool down the room. The tap in the bathroom was faulty as the water came out very slowly. The service was fantastic. The property was very well maintained and looked great. Although there is a water problem in Lichtenburg they keep it lush and inviting.

Excellent service. Clean and Beautiful rooms and scenery. Will definitely come visit again very soon.prices too high for location but generally marketable.i really enjoyed myself at your place. And will recommend yo people I know .

The staff service was to notch, it was the best experience. The room was excellent and clean, i loved it. The location is good, however, the potholes on the road was bit of nuisance although i know its out of your control. I like the service best, especially when the staff came to ask me where i'll be having my dinner, i liked that

I enjoyed my stay it was very comfortable at the Luxurious apartments, beautiful interior with attention to detail and I loved having my 1st cup of coffee on the balcony with the beautiful view of nature. The only thing I disliked was not having an iron and a phone in the room. I also didn't like being asked over and over (by the waitress) if I was done eating breakfast, I felt rushed and I am naturally a slow eater. Otherwise I would come back again anytime with family this time :)

It is a lovely place. There should be clear communication about services provided. I send a message that I will luke to have breakfast but did not get a response. So, this was disappointing to learn that breakfast is not inucluded in the price.
