We stayed just one night on our way home. The location is great because it's 3 minutes walk for the beach .They have also free park place (limited).The breakfast was included in price, not a rich one but it was ok. The room is small but clean,I had also a terrace with a table and 2 chairs, and laundry dryer. Comfortable beds,everything functional besides one lamp .It was no luxury but for three stars it was ok.

The position was fantastic, and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately the room was not very clean with a broken wine bottle out on the balcony and tissues under the bed. No remote control and blocked sink and air conditioning not working But staff tried to fix as much as possible and got a portable air conditioner on our last night .. close to all restaurants and had our chairs for the beach worked out free with the hotel..

Всё прошло успешно. Мне дали хороший номер. Завтрак кофе и круасаны, булочки, масло, ветчина и сыр меня устраивают. До моря 100 метров. Есть свой лежак и зонт.

una tragedia

We arrived at the hotel and could not recognise it. It bears no resemblance to the pictures. The lobby, reception and outdoor seating areas have been stripped of furniture and are filthy. The room was even worse. We had a tiny room with a single white sheet as a bed covering. The walls were filthy, as were the floors and bathroom. The balcony area has two small plastic chairs and a plastic footstool as a table. It was also filthy with grime engrained into the tiled floor. There was no power in the room and no lights. There was also a hole in the air conditioning unit that we were told not to worry about by the receptionist. We were worried as it had exposed wiring. It was so bad we found another hotel online and paid for it so we could avoid staying there. Obviously no offer of a refund from the hotel when we said we were not staying because it was so bad. Just don’t book it. I have never had to pay for two hotels before because due to the condition of the accommodation. It feels grimy, grotty, sparse and not very safe from the minute you step into reception and goes downhill from there. We stayed less than an hour whilst we found an alternative and then left.

The only bright side is that there were no bedbugs (very low expectations). There is no air conditioning (it’s always broken) The mattresses and sheets are horrible. The staff can be very rude and very incompetent. The food at the restaurant is horrible. I would only pay 40€ for this.

one nightmate night in hell! upon arrival, we were met with a flimsy sign on the front door, reading ‘go to hotel siesta to sign in’ , which took us a full hour to find, with no directions provided, in the dark and pouring rain with our luggage. the main door of the hotel was locked, with no staff in sight, no welcome and no reception, with only a small back door open which led up a flight of dirty stairs into a dark and ominous hallway with flickering fluorescent lights (it was like a scene from a horror movie). the whole hotel was completely empty, with no staff in sight to ask for guidance or aid. the room next to us contained some guests which also mentioned how disappointed they were with such terrible service, and such a horrible place to stay. the photos online look NOTHING like the hotel itself, a complete scam!!! for meals (which we had to pay extra for), we were told we must walk 10km (6 miles) for breakfast, and then to another completely different location for the dinner we booked, and meals where only served within a 1 hour time slot. after such poor service, we decided we wouldn’t risk trying the food. as we entered the hotel room itself, we were overcome with the stench of urine and must. the room was very warm and extremely humid, and the air con made a racket. there were no duvets on the beds, and none in the cupboards, with only a very thin and close to deteriorating bed sheet. the beds contained numerous crumbs and even bugs. there where dodgy white/ grey stains on all the carpets, walls and most places in sight. the place was extremely run down and outdated, with the shower door nearly falling down when we tried to open it, and the four in one body wash provided was given in plastic bags. the bathroom itself reeked of urine to the point of gagging, and despite being for a 3 person room, it was minuscule. after one horrific night, we could not stand to stay any longer, and left as soon as possible. not wanting a 6 mile walk for breakfast, we decided to go to the local supermarket instead. a night in hell.

Abbiamo prenotato due settimane prima, è arrivata la mail di conferma della prenotazione, abbiamo chiamato per sicurezza e anche lì hanno confermato la prenotazione. Ci presentiamo in hotel e ci dicono che la prenotazione non risultava e che non avendo più camere libere non potevano aiutarci. Perciò ci siamo trovate (3 ragazze da sole) alle 23:00 senza un posto dove andare.

Buona soluzione qualità prezzo personale sempre disponibile pulito,complimenti allo chef.Molto ci Vicino alla spiaggia parcheggio privato dell'auto. Hotel e dotato anche di un ascensore e una sala giochi per bambini interna.Lensuola e asciugamani presenti e anche shampoo per i capelli.Esperienza da rifare altre 100 volte.👍🏻😉

Hotel da una notte via ,struttura lasciate andare ascensore che sembra quello delle case popolari , nel bagno una continua puzza di fogna la moquette sporca e piena di polvere la sala colazioni buia e tetra. il prezzo per due notti lo ritengo caro ma il più economico che siamo riusciti a trovare a Jesolo . i vantaggi sono la vicinanza alla spiaggia e l aria condizionata che era perfetta fortunatamente abbiamo soggiornato solo due notti esperienza che non ripeteremo .

Mi permetto di scrivere questa recensione perché questo Hotel è verosimilmente assurdo. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per soli pochi giorni (fortunatamente!). Appena arrivati sul pomeriggio tardi ci viene comunicato la possibilità di parcheggiare nei posti macchina adiacenti all' Hotel, bene! Purtroppo non c' era posto, per paura di prendere una multa posteggiamo l' auto nel loro parcheggio privato ( a pagamento, 5€ al giorno) non vicinissimo e alquanto scomodo! In reception ci viene fornito dal ragazzo un prezzo del parchimetro (le strisce blu) errato, ovviamente, e comunque non conveniva posteggiare sulle strisce blu per i costi non proprio economici. Al momento del check-in il ragazzo in reception non aveva possibilità alcuna di cambiare i soldi ( per intenderci un cambio di 50€ o 20€ nemmeno ) lasciando così a noi clienti il compito (spiacevole) di doverli cambiare, presentando a loro i soldi giusti. Io capisco una volta, ma il fatto che ogni volta per il pagamento del parcheggio o della tassa di soggiorno non avevano da cambiare mi sembra davvero esagerato e ingiusto tutto ciò!!! Dicono che l' Hotel Bettina è un hotel per non fumatori ma tutti e dico TUTTI (persino il personale della struttura) fumavano sull' atrio o sull' uscio della porta, cosicché tu uscendo aspiravi tutto il fumo, magari a un ex fumatore/fumatrice può non dare molto fastidio ma per i bambini non è proprio ideale come cosa! La colazione è veramente deludente e di bassa qualità, il caffè viene venduto per tale che in realtà non è perché molto vicino al caffè americano (per intenderci). Magari un turista potrà non notare la differenza ma chi è del luogo lo nota subito. La colazione è a buffet e i cornetti non confezionati non sono fatti al momento e senza sapore (cornetti da discount). Le foto sul sito non sono veritiere (per esempio la stanza dei giochi per i bimbi non c'è!). Nella nostra prenotazione era previsto oltre la mezza pensione anche il servizio spiaggia (sdraio e ombrellone). Per recarci in spiaggia una volta ritirato il numero del nostro ombrellone veniamo indirizzati dalla ragazza (con i capelli scuri) in reception da tutt' altra parte, in quanto il nostro ombrellone stava sulla fine della spiaggia rispetto alle sue indicazioni. Chiediamo la conferma di poter portare con noi i due cagnolini piccoli e ci viene detto che non sarà possibile accedere in spiaggia con i cani! Ma come???? Prima di prenotare in struttura abbiamo chiamato più volte all' Hotel per sincerarci che non ci sarebbe stato alcun tipo di problema e che sia loro (Hotel Bettina) e la spiaggia accettavano i cani, e invece no, perchè la stessa ragazza in reception mi dice che i cani possono andare SOLO nella spiaggia Bau bau invece, e comunque sia me la sconsiglia per via del bambino troppo piccolo con me. Arrivati in spiaggia poco dopo, la stessa ragazza verrà di persona in spiaggia per pregarci di ritornare in camera perché altri clienti si sono lamentati perché sentivano piangere il cane

Ma quali 3 stelle ? Ne merita una forse anche troppo . Hotel fatiscente pessime le camere colazione a dir poco da mensa popolare posate sporche! Un signore che girava per la mensa con aria scortese . L’unica persona eccellente e gentilissima la ragazza alla reception che mi ha accolto molto brava ed educata !

Coloro che lavorano alla reception incompetenti, soprattutto il ragazzo…nullafacente e strafottente. Camere sporche, piena di capelli e a mio avviso peli pubici…la pulizia ahimè non c’è. Moquette tutta rovinata, sporca e piena di polvere. Per fortuna non abbiamo usufruito dei pasti
