Hotel berhampiran Spazio Aquileia 123, Lido Di Jesolo

We had two different rooms, the bigger one a bit outdated, otherwise spaceous, also very big terrace. The smaller one just renovated, very nice, perhaps one chair more inside would be great. Also nice terrace, would be even nicer if it was more private regarding neighbouring rooms - some kind of barrier betwwen them. Otherwise very nice staying there.

Posizione invidiabile tra mare e centro. Camere bene strutturate e servizio di pulizia superlativo! Cucina curata anche nei dettagli di presentazione dei piatti. Personale cordiale e disponibile senza essere mai invadente. La piscina è piccola e ben curata con vaschetta idromassaggio rilassante. Ci sono andato con la mia fidanzata, mia mamma anziana ed il mio cane Duky. Lui mi ha detto che si è sentito un principino, coccolato da tutto il personale per l'intera durata del soggiorno. Arrivati a casa ci ha chiesto: quando torniamo?

Ottima offerta, per cibo, posizione, qualità dei servizi e della struttura. Personale molto disponibile e accogliente. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella parte residence, in un appartamento con cucina e divano letto, bagno e camera da letto, con servizio pulizie giornaliero. Biancheria e kit di cortesia forniti. Tutto nuovo e ben curato. A disposizione parcheggio, posto spiaggia, piscina e ristorante dell'hotel, con proposta adeguata alle proprie esigenze. ( colazione, mezza pensione, pensione completa) Mi auguro riusciate a mantenere lo standard nel tempo, in tutti gli aspetti. Continuate così!

Siamo arrivati venerdì 14 luglio con ritorno il 16. L'hotel è molto carino e il personale lo è ancora di più! Tutti gentilissimi,sorridenti, mai una parola fuori sposto. Ho trovato la camera con i toni del pastello molto pulita, piccolina con un bagno da rinnovare, ma comunque è stato un piacere usarlo perche era pulitissimo e ordinato. Terrazzino con vista sul mare Top. La colazione è super! C è una vasta scelta nel buffet e ad ognuno portano un'alzatina in tavola con ogni delizia al di sopra! Volendo ti fanno al momento uova di ogni tipo e delle squisite crep! Complimenti davvero. Note negative? Materassi scomodini e biancheria da rinnovare.

We came twice this summer for a short breaks during our road trip. It’s one of the best hotels in Jesolo and definitely the level is high. However there are some points for improvement. Swimming pool is nice and long. Comfortable water temperature. Good pool service. Maybe the umbrellas would be great to have with some higher level of sun protection, especially in July/August — those they have a more like a net. Valet service is nice and professional. Reception staff are a bit confused, but when the manager comes things speed up a lot. There’s a grand piano on the 1st floor, but it says “guests must not play”. Okay then. Nice and large beach. Sea might be dirty sometimes. Enough space between the sun-beds. Room service is not up to the level of 5* hotel. Water bottle is just one and never replaced. Amenities like vanity kit never refilled/replaced. Robes not put in order. Water glasses never washed and never put in place. Towels sometimes are not as clean as you’d like them to be. Breakfast and dinner service become messy when more tables come. Dishes are delayed and mixed up, attention becomes hard to receive. Food quality itself is rather good. Extremely expensive Champagne. Come on, it’s €20 for a glass of Mumm which is 0.1l and not even a normal 125ml serving size. That’s beyond belief — the retail price of the bottle is €30! It’s still a nice hotel which we definitely want to come back to. But it needs to work on all these small things. They matter.

one nightmate night in hell! upon arrival, we were met with a flimsy sign on the front door, reading ‘go to hotel siesta to sign in’ , which took us a full hour to find, with no directions provided, in the dark and pouring rain with our luggage. the main door of the hotel was locked, with no staff in sight, no welcome and no reception, with only a small back door open which led up a flight of dirty stairs into a dark and ominous hallway with flickering fluorescent lights (it was like a scene from a horror movie). the whole hotel was completely empty, with no staff in sight to ask for guidance or aid. the room next to us contained some guests which also mentioned how disappointed they were with such terrible service, and such a horrible place to stay. the photos online look NOTHING like the hotel itself, a complete scam!!! for meals (which we had to pay extra for), we were told we must walk 10km (6 miles) for breakfast, and then to another completely different location for the dinner we booked, and meals where only served within a 1 hour time slot. after such poor service, we decided we wouldn’t risk trying the food. as we entered the hotel room itself, we were overcome with the stench of urine and must. the room was very warm and extremely humid, and the air con made a racket. there were no duvets on the beds, and none in the cupboards, with only a very thin and close to deteriorating bed sheet. the beds contained numerous crumbs and even bugs. there where dodgy white/ grey stains on all the carpets, walls and most places in sight. the place was extremely run down and outdated, with the shower door nearly falling down when we tried to open it, and the four in one body wash provided was given in plastic bags. the bathroom itself reeked of urine to the point of gagging, and despite being for a 3 person room, it was minuscule. after one horrific night, we could not stand to stay any longer, and left as soon as possible. not wanting a 6 mile walk for breakfast, we decided to go to the local supermarket instead. a night in hell.

Situato a trenta minuti da Jesolo, offre la possibilità di potersi riposare in relax. E' dotato di parcheggio esterno gratuito, di reception H24, senza contare la vicinanza all'autostrada, al noto outlet ed alla strada che porta al mare. La stanza è completa di ogni confort (TV, clima, cassaforte e frigo bar) ha un ampio bagno, anzi una stanza da bagno, e la qualità del sonno è elevata grazie al materasso ed al cuscino di qualità. Colazione a 7 stelle, grazie alla disponibilità del personale di sala, alla gentilezza dimostrata ed alla migliore applicazione del protocollo sanitario per l'emergenza in atto, grazie al fatto che il cliente non tocca quasi nulla......
