Stayed for 2 nights in May. Easily found with old school GPS satnav. We stayed for the WEC Spa meeting - the circuit being less than an hour away. Getting into the parking at the circuit is however a totally different story! Limited parking directly in front/to side of hotel, but plenty of spaces adjacent with the restaurant/shopping complex. Friendly, efficient and good English speaking staff throughout. Rooms are as to be expected, compact, clean and comfortable. All seem to be quiet despite the nearby complex as above. The only room niggle was the lack of a coffee/tea station. The excellent hot/cold buffet breakfast was to a higher standard than the 3 stars for the hotel. Plenty of choice and surprisingly good coffee from the automated machines. Decent value for a peak/busy weekend. Would use again.

The hotel has a good location for people that want to travel to visit the city. We have arrived there on the 29th of September, at around 19:30. If you stay more than 1 night, is certainly not worth it. There is no air conditioning in the room and you cannot even open the window. I am always sleeping with the window open, so I felt suffocated by the hot temperature in the room. I have arrived there, and the receptionist was talking on her personal phone, with the headphones in the ears. When we wanted to do the check in, she seemed annoyed. She gave us the key from the room and than I have asked her some information about the parking. Her answer was not helpful at all. However, that was not the problem, but the manner she said it. I was talking in French, than she starts in English. She made us feel like we are so stupid, like how is it possible to not understand how the parking system works? Later, I go again there to buy some water, I say “good evening”, she said nothing. I want to pay, and while talking on the phone she is like “hah, 5€”. The other staff was helpful and nice, but the first lady we met, she really disappointed us and changed completely our opinion about the hospitality in this hotel. If she hates her job that much, why not looking for another one? Furthermore, when going to the breakfast, most of the food was gone. There were no more pistolets and we asked the breakfast lady if she still had. Unfortunately she said that they are finished, but she can send someone to buy more, without any problem. We refused, because we now it is not her fault and we didn t want to give them more work than they have. *** the breakfast lady was the nicest (she was dressed in blue and had glasses) - she really deseves 5 stars The blond receptionist guy - always smiling and ready to help :)
