Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Liege

We had booked a suite to see what the best possible experience in YUST could be. We were lucky to do so. The room had a quite luxurious feel to it, with some cosy elements like the curtains around the bed, that in combination with the turning TV could make the bed feel like a private cinema! The cleaning was oke and all necessary kitchen tools were available. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the rooftop, and the city construction works around the building make the parking a bit difficult to find. All taken into considerations, I would recommend!

Superb location, opposite the station... Great base for coming and going on various train trips. Large, comfortable room, very clean, and a kettle, not always found in European hotels. Only improvement would have been a mini fridge for keeping drinks cold in the heat! Staff always friendly and helpful, and it had a lovely relaxed feel to it. Selection of bars and restaurants within a few steps, and a handy Carrefour express next door for supplies. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

De locatie was geweldig, lekker in het centrum. Prachtig hotel met mooie kamers. ruime badkamer met apart toilet. Ontbijtruimte was zeer groot en mooi. Royaal ontbijt met veel keus. Het enige minpuntje was de topper van het bed. Bij één bed was dit erg bobbelig, niet glad. Waarschijnlijk is de topper gewassen, en is de inhoud op elkaar gaan zitten. Zeer storend. Dit is aangegeven bij de receptie. Daarop werd een dunnere topper over de oorspronkelijke topper gelegd. De receptie wad de t****e avond al gesloten, dus verdere actie was niet mogelijk. Geslapen zonder hobbelige topper, dus het bed was daardoor erg hard.

The great location. Right in the middle of the city. Big underground parking with a very good price. Nice and clean room with a good view. But you can't open the windows and there is no air-conditioner, so its a bit hot in the room.

We waren met een groep van 14 personen en zochten een goedkope overnachting, meestal gaan we dan voor een IBIS. Deze Ibis viel echter positief op door de vriendelijke ontvangst en het uitgebreide ontbijt, heerlijk! Zelfs vers geperste jus d'orange. De kamers zijn basic, zonder mogelijkheid om zelf koffie/thee te zetten. Ook was er geen WC borstel op de kamer aanwezig (kamer 102). Nadeel zijn de deuren van de badkamer die geen deurklink hebben maar je met een harde ”klak” hoort dichtslaan. Als de buren in de nacht naar het toilet gaan word je hier wakker van. De ligging op het industrieterrein is niet fraai maar even verder ligt een bos voor een mooie ochtendwandeling. Het plaatsje Boncelles is niet mooi maar er is wel van alles te shoppen, erg veel reclameborden langs de weg. Al met al een prima hotel voor slapen/ontbijt. Jammer dat de ontbijtzaal erg klein en ongezellig is. Tegelvloer met harde stoelen.

All good, location closes to city by foot. Difficult parking space with charge. Wellness is ways too hot all day 💯 sun, feel like oven. No towels for guests makes the space wet all time. But overall it was enjoyable experience.

Petit séjour 1 nuit en couple. Concernant l'accueil, ça était, le personnel était très agréable et expliquer assez bien les choses. Attention à votre arriver, leur parking souterrain est payant ( 20€ ) et ce n'est pas préciser dans le descriptif. Concernant les chambres, je n'ai pas aimer, certes elles sont moderne et très propre, mais pour dormir c'était horrible. Le bruit de la ventilation est très forte, beaucoup de lumière venant de l'extérieur pénètre dans la chambre, malgré les rideaux. Le matelas, pour ma part, était horrible, trop mou, mais ma copine, elle, a apprecier. Pour la salle de bain, il n'y a pas d'eau très froide, le + froid est tiède. Notre douche était mal isoler, de l'eau sortais de la porte. Il y avais 3 boissons ”” Offert ”” dans le frigo, ça, c'était vraiment très bien. Pour les ascenseurs, c'est assez spécial, il y en a 3, mais 1 seul qui vas au SPA. Ils sont très flippant, très petit, font énormément de bruit, il ne faut pas être claustrophobe, surtout qu'une fois, on est rester bloquer temporairement dedans car le bouton pour la réception ne fonctionnais pas. Concernant le SPA, il est super, il y a un sauna classique, un sauna Finlandais, un sauna à onde, un hammam, une piscine ( assez petite malheureusement ) et un jacuzzi magnifique, si vous avez la chance d'y entrer, car il a toujours des personnes dedans.. Le petit déjeuner était impeccable, énormément de choix, rien à redire. En conclusion, c'est un bel hôtel certes, mais qui ne mérite pas le prix payer ( 170€ la nuit, et encore c'était avec remise.. ) et qui équivaux plutôt à un 4 étoiles qu'un 5, en me basant sur des précédentes expériences. Pour l'extérieur, Liège, on a pas trop apprécier, première et dernière fois. Énormément d'endroit pauvre, abandonner, en travaux, très sales.. On est content de rentrer, c'est triste à dire.

We recently visited the hotel on a quick trip to Belgium. We chose Liege cause it sounded like a great city and believe us, it really was! It’s vibrant and full of life so we’ll definitely be back. From check-in to check-out, our stay was incredible, to say the least. Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff were as friendly and inviting as they could be. They made us feel safe and comfortable, especially regarding COVID protocols - there are plenty of covid safe procedures implemented. When it comes to the rooms, ours was incredible! The bed was super comfortable, there is a desk which was great for us since we work from our laptops and they’re spacious with ample storage spaces, not to mention that we were blown away by the design of the rooms and the hotel in general! Another score of 10/10 for the breakfast Top-notch from start to finish. Can't wait to be back!

I stayed one night in a business room. Room looked like the picture, so it was nice and clean. Staff was nice, i could leave my trolley while I was visitng the city. Location is in front of the main train station, so very good in case you need to take an early train in the morning. I personally found the room very noisy...noise from the street (buses, etc, even if I was not on the side in fron of the station) and from the colling/heating system...thsi last one really never stopped (even if I didn't turned it on). I used ears plugs but still I could hear everyting. I mentioned this a the reception as I clearly asked for a quiet room at the moment of the reservation and this room supposed to be quiet (the first one they proposed me it was almost in fron of teh elevator so prefered another one) but considering also the location I don't think it is possible. I give average as evaluation because of the staff, the possibility to leave my suitcase and the location good as I needed to take a train in the early morning but as I mentioned for comfort I would give a very low evaluation unfortunately because of the noise.

Je pense que les réservations avec Wonderbox ont un impact sur la réservation, les chambres en photos ci-dessus ne correspondent en RIEN à ce qui nous été octroyé. Sale, odeur de transpiration, matelas inconfortable, poussiéreux et vraiment vétuste. Ne parlons même pas du petit-déjeuner à 14.90 euros en supplément où vous recevez deux couques, un petit pain, le tout bien industriels et la cerise sur le gâteau, si vous souhaitez des œufs, cuisez-les vous-même. Je n'ai jamais été aussi ébahie de voir si peu de service et une chambre aussi mal entretenue. Sortez-les du catalogue Wonderbox svp... C'est pour moi un endroit où la location de chambres devrait être interdite.
