Ulasan Lijiang Pu Zhi Designer Hotel HOLIDAY VILLA (The Old Town of Lijiang South Gate）

Location is secluded from bustling 古城南门, quiet. Might not be suitable for travellers who prefer easy access to 北门， not far but still a short walk. Room fully automated with AI 小狄 to control all switches. Lol. May not be user-friendly for some if cant speak fluent Chinese to give instruction to 小狄. But 小黑管家 is helpful. She helped to arrange and coordinate with our next hotel to move our luggage from Puzi to Cathay, which is about 1km away. We are thankful for 小黑管家 kindness.

Cool accommodation with a blend of ancient architecture with smart AI tech. Free afternoon tea and night dessert. Breakfast selection was limited but the food was really tasty. Cars are not allowed in the ancient town, but the hotel will arrange for a porter to deliver your luggage on a tricycle from the alighting point on the main road to the hotel.

I had a great stay at Lijiang Pu Zhi Designer Hotel HOLIDAY VILLA, located at the South Gate of The Old Town of Lijiang. It’s a convenient spot for exploring the old town, and the staff was attentive and very helpful with our luggage. The hotel offers a modern touch with whole house intelligent control, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the heartwarming breakfast and dessert they served. The hotel is also not far from the airport, adding to its convenience.

The services and room is up to standards. The staff are frieny and helpful. When we need to leave hot early forbour plans, they even prepare simple takeaway breakfast for us to eat on the roads. Thumbs up for their services.

One of the best hotels we ever had. From high speed train station to hotel and back service is excellent. The staffs are friendly, smiling, have great attitudes and efficient. The location of the hotel is inside Old Town of LiJiang and very near the entrance or exit. We love the soundproof and temperature controlled rooms of the hotel. The hotel is very advance. Hopefully the management will continue the hotel's excellent service. We'll be back soon to have a vacation again in Lijiang.

I don't usually write reviews, but this was one of the best stays we had, with everything surpassing even the 5- / 6-star hotels. Sincere thank you to all the kind staff who made our stay so enjoyable and wonderful, we absolutely loved the warm breakfast, night dessert, on top of the clean room, modern design, smart home feature, special arrangement for early breakfast, help with luggage, the list goes on. How i imagine staying with family would be like. Located in a quiet part of bustling Lijiang Ancient Town, front of house rode a bicycle cart to the south gate to pick up our luggage on arrival, prepared warm sweet soup (晚安甜汤) every night, welcomed us back from a day of touring with rose tea (花茶) and provided a simple daily breakfast. The room was well appointed with a smart home system that was very fun to use, and premium products like a dyson hairdryer and smart toilet with automatic washlet.

During my stay in Lijiang, I chose the PuZhi Hotel, and my experience was exceptional. One of the main highlights of this hotel is its proximity to the old town of Lijiang, located just a few minutes’ walk away. During my first visit to Lijiang with friends, we stayed at PuZhi Hotel, and we were delighted with our experience. The hotel is ideally located just a few minutes' walk from the old town, which boasts 800 years of history, allowing us to easily explore this beautiful historic area. The service at PuZhi Hotel is exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the porters and concierges took great care of us. Every detail was thought out for our comfort: Dyson hairdryers, Kohler brand showers and sinks, and even a Home Cinema projector for our relaxing evenings. All the equipment is of the highest quality, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the best aspects of our stay was that we didn't have to worry about anything at all. The hotel took care of everything, including transporting our luggage to our room, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time. The welcome was very kind, and they answered all our questions about the city, providing us with helpful information and tips. The hotel's garden is a true haven of peace, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing, away from the hustle and bustle of big cities. The atmosphere is serene and relaxing, allowing us to fully recharge. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the included breakfasts and afternoon teas were delicious. We particularly enjoyed the Yunnan specialties included in the breakfast, especially the Yunnan rice noodle soup. Every morning, we appreciated the variety and quality of the food offered. Very smart room. Warm air conditioning works well. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel accommodated my request for an earlier breakfast. Sent my extra luggage to the hotel before my check in date, the hotel managed to receive it on my behalf and safely kept it till my arrival. Do contact the hotel 1 day prior to arrival to obtain the address for the nearest drop off point as the hotel is located inside the ancient city.

Hotel was within ancient town itself. If taking cab/taxi, would need to walk in as no vehicles is allowed within the premise of the ancient town. However, staff offered to transport your stuff on a e-trishaw, which made it easier to transport your luggage to the hotel. Hotel was well equipped, including dyson hairdryer and staff was helpful with booking of attractions.
