This hotel is a villa complex, quite spacious, with parking available in both the front and back yards, and even equipped with charging piles. However, during peak season, if you return late, it might be difficult to find a parking spot, especially for electric vehicles needing a charge. The room maintenance is decent, and the bedding is quite comfortable. A tip for those booking a snow mountain view room: it's not really worth it during the rainy season as the mountains are mostly covered by clouds. Seeing the snow-capped peaks from your room really depends on luck.

This was the worst Wyndham I've ever stayed at. It's not a hotel; it's more like a villa complex where each 'room' is just a section of a larger house, shared with other guesthouses. The pictures are completely misleading. There wasn't even a table to eat at, and the bathroom hygiene was questionable. I do not recommend it.

The service was terrible, I won't be choosing this hotel again. The water even stopped working, and the security guards acted like they owned the place. Bad review, think twice before booking this hotel.

The neighborhood is very quiet, and the room facilities are complete. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, allowing for deep sleep. It's perfect for extended stays, and I'd love to come back for a few more days if I have the chance.

1) hygiene at breakfast needs to be improved. To consider more  food covering to protect food from guests who are coughing .

The facilities are a bit old and average, but it's great for large groups staying in the villas.

The hotel is well-maintained overall, with spacious and comfortable rooms, each featuring a small courtyard at the front and back. The common areas are also very pleasant, and room service is very responsive. It offers better value for money than other guesthouses in the same price range, definitely recommended.

The hotel facilities are relatively new, but not exceptionally so. The TV doesn't support screen mirroring, and a major inconvenience is that the phone is located on the second floor, meaning I had to go upstairs every time I needed to make a call, which was quite a hassle. The hotel breakfast was truly awful, genuinely inedible and memorable for all the wrong reasons. They were also incredibly punctual with clearing up, not a minute late. What's more, they even had staff specifically asking about the breakfast experience, which was really awkward. The hotel consists entirely of individual villas, and the views are quite beautiful. You generally need a golf cart to get around, but their response time was very slow. Cleanliness was a concern. Upon checking in, I found unemptied ash in the ashtray. I called housekeeping to clean it up. The room cleaning was particularly frustrating. My asthma medication, which just had a slightly damaged box, was left on the coffee table and was thrown away as trash. Housekeeping repeatedly refused to admit it was their fault, implying I was trying to swindle them, or perhaps it 'flew away by itself.' Finally, I want to thank Ctrip for proactively helping me resolve the issue. A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff who meticulously searched for my lost items and arranged for them to be mailed.

The hotel's ambiance is absolutely fantastic. It's a villa complex converted into a hotel, and the landscaping, water features, and small decorative elements are consistently well-maintained, which is a real plus. The rooms are spacious, and while some of the facilities show their age, they've clearly been kept up. Breakfast variety, however, is a bit limited compared to other hotels of its type; there's no bacon, and only one kind of sausage, which didn't change at all during our stay. This definitely needs improvement. The hotel also requires a shuttle service from the lobby to the rooms, and on our first night, we experienced a very long wait, which also needs addressing. On the bright side, the service is top-notch, especially the online concierge and the housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to help us with various issues and truly made an effort to enhance our overall experience. Their efforts are definitely commendable!

Excellent stay, great value for money. The location is good, offering views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, which was very enjoyable. Perhaps the hotel facilities could use an update as it seems a bit old; the TV's clarity was quite low. Also, the hotel's electric buggy service for transfers was a bit slow, leading to a long wait during check-in. However, the other advantages more than make up for these minor issues. A special shout-out to the breakfast manager who was incredibly kind! Our booking didn't include breakfast, but since we stayed for two consecutive nights, we requested it. It seemed their system hadn't updated our information, and the breakfast host asked if it should be charged to the room. Then, what I assume was the manager, immediately said to charge it to his account and treated us to breakfast. We were genuinely touched by his hospitality! I hope the hotel continues to thrive.

This villa-style hotel has a wonderfully elegant and pleasant environment! It's a three-story, three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit for under 2000, which is fantastic value for money. It's especially suitable for family trips or a group of friends.

Xiao Ming provided exceptionally thoughtful, attentive, and warm service.

The hotel environment is really nice, with excellent greenery, a lounge area, and even playground facilities for kids. Recently, the plums and bayberries have ripened, making for a beautiful sight. It was so much fun traveling with the little one, and we even got to pick some plums and bayberries to keep them entertained. The room was also very clean and well-maintained, with complete amenities like a fridge and a microwave – perfect for keeping cold water and ice cream on hot days! The service was great too, especially the staff driving the electric carts who helped us with our luggage. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety, including local specialty rice noodles, milk, coffee, bread, and much more – everything you could ask for. I'll definitely come back next time I visit Lijiang. A very satisfying experience!
