Looks like a really nice hotel check in was ok apart from having to change rooms staff was polite great customer service the room was nice the only thing i would say is to have the reception/ check in separate and abit more noticeable as when you walk in you can't initially tell or see where the reception/ check in is no major things to add or anything bad would Deffinately stay again

Overall, it is a good price for where and what it is. Wasn’t able to find one matching it at the time of booking, and it is turning out to be a good decision and stay.

It is very close to the New Street station. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room has all the amenities needed for a short stay.

Lovely location. Shower was gorgeous- it was a waterfall. The view wasn’t great but the hotel is in a fab location. Staff were helpful. Bed wasn’t too comfy

The hotel is very handy for gigs at the O2 Academy, as it is a short walk from there. Rooms are quite basic, though adequate for a one night stay. The washbasin in our room did not drain very well, but we managed. Also there is no wardrobe or even a rail to hang up clothes. There were two clothes/coat hooks near the door, but nothing else. We managed with hanging clothes on the back of a chair. However, these are minor issues and I would stay again.
