Service is good with friendly and helpful staff. Room is very neat, spacious and clean. Amenities is complete. Comfortable bedroom slippers and toilet bowl is auto flush (surprises me). Breakfast is simple with porridge with sides and noodles. Excellent Instant local grounded beans coffee at the lobby.

The boss is very friendly and recommended us food nearby. Room is spacious and they upgraded our room with bathtub. Location is very near to north gate entrance too. We truly enjoyed our stay here 😍

Very near to north gate, only 5mins walking distance. Fast response and the pic Tiramisu very nice to talk to. She recommended plenty restaurants. And she arranged a manpower trolley to help to send our luggages to hotel. Overall, very satisfied with the stay 👍🏻

**Rating: 10/10** We had an amazing stay at Yunnan Lijiang Guchen Villa. The location is super convenient, making it easy to explore the nearby village. The lady boss was incredibly friendly and hospitable, offering us great tea during our stay. The villa itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Very good location. Friendly attitude. In the ancient town and not far from the bus stops. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. Fats check-in and very tasty tea that is served in the lobby.

Excellent location near the north gate for access from taxi. May have to walk abit but all hotels within old Town u gotta walk anyway. Excellent value with huge rooms and additional equipment like dehumidifier, Dyson hair dryer etc. Staff were extremely warm and service oriented, treating us to flower cakes and traditional tea several times a day. Outstanding. Will be back!

It was a great 4 nights experience there in Lijiang. Great location within the ancient old town and the ambience was good. The owner can speak English and they are very helpful. The only downside is they don’t have refrigerator inside the room😅 other than that it was perfect👍🏾

Very pleasant stay! The hosts were very welcoming and helpful:) Especially thankful to Tiramisu and the kind Sir who helped me with my huge luggage. The accommodation is located very strategically in the ancient town and i was surprised that it was relatively quiet at night. Got a free room upgrade and the hosts very kindly allowed me to change room because the first room was near the streets and outside the corridor and I prefer a more private room (my room number was 210). Breakfast was also included. Just two thing to note about staying in the ancient town are the rocky paths and there are no lifts. So I had to hire someone near the North gate entrance to transport my luggage to Songzhuju (paid around 12-15 RMB per trip). The male host was also very helpful to transport my huge luggage up the stairs so I didn’t have to. Superb service and really appreciated the help. Recommend Songzhuju to anyone who intends to stay in the ancient town

i would recommend this hotel to all traveler if you plan to visit Oldtown lijiang. Location wise, it very strategic. Near to gate and main road ( easy for didi or private travel agent to pick you up) . Plus point for muslim, few halal food restaurants that walkable ( just opposite the main road). few days before checkin date, Avin ask me to contact them thru wechat. It was a smooth and clear conversation. He arranged us for train station pickup up ( the driver was on time! :)) .plus point Avin able to speak english which make the communication much easier. Avin and team was so friendly and accomodating. The girl who made us coffee and tea in the morning was lovely. A male staff ( sorry dont know your name) help us with luggage transfer to the DIDU pickup point, he also helped us to find a taxi and get a cheaper price as our DIDI late and we rushing to catch the train. Clean hotel . Daily housekeeping service was good. Just a suggestion, hotel to provide a halal food for muslim during breakfast :) Overal, definitely 5 ✨ for them ! Good job and keep it up

The location is really good. The room is very clean and has comfortable bed. You can find English speaking staff here. The stuff is very kind and has hospitality. She offered us lots of recommendations of this old town. That was so much helpful to enjoy exploring this beautiful place. Thank you so much

Host tiramisu is very nice and friendly. Atmosphere is excellent here. Highly recommended! Hair dryer is using dyson model. Room is big and nice. Garden is excellent to take nice photo too!

The service from the staff is friendly, cute, and comfortable if you want to relax in a good atmosphere - the hotel is clean and tidy 😗😍 Will definitely go again.
