I had a fantastic last day in Bali, all thanks to the top-notch hotel staff, amenities, and location. The place was impeccably clean and peaceful, and the room had plenty of space for me to relax.

Everything perfect, a hotel even allowed us to keep our suitcases there . Breakfast and staff are amazing. We will definitely back .

Clean, small hotel close to airport. We used it for quick stop over, nil complaints for the price.

Very average hotel, quite old and out of date. It's fairly clean and the location is pretty good. Not so much value for money though.

Found a cockroach, except for this everything else is fine.

Hotel and rooms are very old not to mention the cleanliness .
Room and toilet has a musky and damp odor especially it’s linen and towels.
Won’t be staying there again !!!

The room was ok,we got the highest level and room is spacious.
The amenity is minimum and wall colour of this hotel require to repainting.
Swimming pool is superb and clean.

During my travel in Bali, feel very comfortable to stay in Aston Kuta hotel and Residence. The receptionist offer me to upgrade my room from superior to a better room. I would like to recommend to stay in this hotel for your trip in Bali. Staff are very welcome and the cleanliness is perfect. Will stay in Aston when I coming back to Bali.

I just love the service here staff are very friendly and accommodating . Thought the I had some problem with the toilet bowl leaking but their are quick to reposons to it and change room immediately for me when I ask to . I did not realised that their power point has no USB charging point the staff was so nice to borrow me a charging head for my stay . I am really happy with the stay here. Each time the room service is fast also . As for the location I like it too many restaurant bars and spa facilities within few minutes walk , easy to book taxi grab and Gojek transport too .
