Room is very spacious and the people are very friendly. We reached earlier than 2pm and the room was ready for us to enter earlier. The AI in room is good for us to explore and we had fun.The bed is very comfy and we had good rest. This place offered the most services which include breakfast, afternoon tea and night time butter milk session. We tried the breakfast and afternoon tea and both are so nice tasty. Level 5 where we have meals has great view. They did help us to carry our luggage up to our room when we arrived as well as take them down when we depart. We enjoyed our stay here. Thanks.

Quiet space. Menu with many dishes. Clean, fully equipped. The hotel is in an extremely convenient location, near the old town. The homestay owner is extremely friendly and helped us a lot during the trip. Next time I have the chance, I will definitely come back.

The staff here are really very nice! We arrived at the hotel at almost 10pm as we were travelling in from Dali, and after checking us in, they brought us to try the Yak Butter Tea (i hope i got it correct) even though it was so late. They were also nice enough to help us carry our heavy luggages to our room, as there's no lift. While the room we booked stated "Mountain View", the room we got faced the road outside with definitely no mountain view. So we enquired and was told that all rooms had no moutain view, and had to go to the rooftop (5th floor) to experience it. Nonethless, the view at the rooftop is lovely! And there's several of the staff's pets (i'm guessing) roaming around the rooftop area :) The room itself was huge, beds were huge and comfy as well. There's a voice assistant system in the room as well called "Xiaobao". But i guess as we were foreigners and perhaps our accents were different, we could not utilise Xiaobao, which was quite hilarious but thank goodness there's still manual controls in the room. For any housekeeping requests or questions, it's through wechat which was extremely convenient and they are very responsive even in the wee hours of the morning. There's a few smaller convenience stores around the hotel, and saw some bars but sadly did not have enough time to explore. This hotel is not situated at the main road, but it's just a short 3 min walk till there as some of the bigger vehicles may not be able to enter the small lane where the hotel is at (8-9 seater is still possible). Will definitely come and stay here again if I'm ever back in the area!

Very clean and nice hotel, location is walking distance to Old Town. Hotel is super clean and they serve butter tea at night to welcome their guests, very good vibe! They also have very nice observatory view at the top floor facing directly to the JDSM!

The hotel was amazing, the breakfast was delicious, so was the afternoon tea and tbe ******* butter tea. The hotel is in a very good location, walkable distance from the old city.

We had a very pleasant stay at Nazhu for 2 nights. Even when the weather was bad , we were warmly accommodated by the homestay and friendly staff who will share with us about Lijiang’s history. The tea appreciation cannot be missed as well as we had a good time gathering with other home stay occupants sharing about each other’s experience.

It was an enjoyable stay. The hotel contacted us before our stay and arranged for free pick up from the train station. They also added us on Wechat. The staff were friendly and helpful with our requests and queries. Even if they had no answers, they tried to find out and get back to us. They also helped us find a driver to take us to sights that were further away. As there was no lift in the property, the staff helped us carry our luggage to the fourth floor. When we checked out, they did the same. When we came back with too much shopping, they happily helped us with our bags too. The dining lounge on the fifth floor had a splendid view of the mountain range. On good days, one can even catch the sunset. There is free afternoon tea each afternoon from 2pm to 5 pm. Every evening, from 8pm to 9.30pm, the owner would host a buttertea 酥油茶 gathering for all his guests. The hotel is about a 15min walk to the Ancient Lijiang City. There is an underpass halfway between the hotel and the ancient city that leads straight to the Big Water Wheel. It's a good place to shop and eat while avoiding the sun enroute to the ancient city.

It is convenient as it’s located just a short walk from Lijiang Old Town and the homestay offers stunning views of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. We had breakfast and afternoon tea at the rooftop terrace and it’s delicious. The staffs and owner are very friendly and accommodating. They even carry our luggages and deliver extra bottles of water for us. Overall, this homestay has a wonderful view, great location, and outstanding hospitality, making it a highly recommended choice for the trip!

This is more than just a place to stay. The staff are so friendly and made you feel at home. There is free afternoon tea served and at night, the staff will prepare the Tibetian Milk Tea with snacks. The lady boss is so friendly and has shared many knowledge about the Naxi culture and she has recommended some good travelling spots. For those travellers who are travelling on own (Chinese speaking), i strongly recommend this place for the location and service. They can help in travel logistics. What sets Nazhu aside over and above the spectacular views of the Yulong Snow Mountain, is the updated decor and more importantly the hospitality aspects. The owners have Naxi (纳西族) and ******* (藏族）heritage and this comes out strongly in their guest engagements. They serve an afternoon tea, freshly brewed Pu Erh (普洱茶）tea which Yunnan is so famous for, while engaging in conversation discussing anything from what to do around Lijiang (and in China generally), culture, history etc. They also have a traditional ******* tea (酥油茶）ceremony in the evening，together with traditional Naxi/ ******* snacks, around the fireplace where guests can interact with the owners/ fellow guests against the backdrop of the setting sun, weather permitting. In summary, you always feels like family and not just a hotel guest, and this is something an Aman / Intercontinental (the 2 top notch hotels) here can offer. Highly recommended.

Location - away from the busy Lijiang old town but 15mins walking distance from the property. A lot of eateries or shops are a few steps away. There is a foot reflexology & massage outlet in 4mins away, opening hours is 12pm to 3am. It will be good if there is a lift service for each floor even it is just a 5 levels building. However, no worries if you have any luggage like us because they are very helpful to deliver and pick up the luggage during your stays. We are staying in the room looks EXACTLY like the photos on the website & clean.

Facilities: The hotel offers a range of facilities including a free tea in the afternoon at the rooftop terrace with stunning views of the surrounding area, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Our overall experience was positive, I Nazhu Sky Park Courtyard is a lovely hotel with a great location and comfortable accommodations.
