Ulasan Lijiang Ancient Town, Mid-levels, No Noise Viewing Light Luxury Courtyard

Very pristine and well maintained. Super clean, and quite close to the middle of the ancient city action. The terrace has a great view, the bed is super large, tons of on demand stations on TV in the room, and friendly staff. Really enjoyed my stay.

Ran Ran is super nice and friendly. She was like our private tour guide , accompanied us to tour around the Ancient Town and showed us some attraction points, making sure that we don’t miss anything out😍 Remember to contact the hotel before your arrival , they will arrange someone to carry your luggage too

Very nice view of the ancient town! May be a bit difficult to find initially but once you know, it’s really easy to get around and to. The tea is really nice and Ran Ran was very helpful despite our lack of Chinese speaking ability. :)

Fantastic location, easy access to the ancient town where you can eat, drink, shop without any issue. The hotel provides airport/railway station transportation, they helped to carry luggage from the pick-up point to the hotel as car unable to enter the ancient town. The room is spacious, clean and cozy, strongly recommended to all!

Cleanliness is pretty bad as there are mould in the bathroom, and a weird smell wafting through the air in the toilet bowl cubicle. Floor feels abit sticky and not very well maintained. Loads of bugs flying in the room and though understandable, the amount of flies in the room is quite horrible. Staff can be more friendly as well, as they do not really smile.

The view, the service and the location 10/10 will definite come back again!

Our family of 4 stayed from 8 to 12 August 2024. We received much help from the staff (Da Li 大力 and his colleagues) regarding arrangement for tours and recommendations to restaurants for good local food. Appreciate very much for the help and suggestions provided by the friendly staff. Recommended place to stay. Remember to ask for help to carry luggage from the entrance of the ancient town to the hotel.

Singaporean travellers. Booked this accoms because of the room with panaromic view. Truly beautiful view with entire landscape of the ancient city. We got help with our luggage as well, much appreciated because of the inclined uphill walk to the accoms. Thanks host.

The view of the traditional roofs were amazing. The room had ceiling height windows facing sunrise. But, despite having a kettle, no tea/coffee is provided. Only 1 small bottle of shower gel provided and it was 1/4 empty. There is a bathtub facing the panoramic view but no hot water - I left the tap for 5 min but still no hot water. Luckily, the shower has hot water.

Truly exceeded all my expectations. Connected with the hotel before my trip via WeChat to arrange airport transfer and the team was super helpful and made the journey to the hotel smooth. Was warmly greeted by the staff, who made me feel like a valued guest from the very beginning. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The location is in the center of the ancient city and many food options are available nearby. View from the room was spectacular. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped with amenities. Service was exceptional as the staffs were helpful in providing recommendations. Highly recommended!

Nice view! Just that car cannot get in, need to walk a distance, approach butler to take your luggage

The hotel is halfway up the hill, which offers a good view. However, it was understandably difficult for us to lug our luggage as no cars are allowed in the ancient town. When we first got there, though we did not complain, we were berated for not contacting them earlier as transport could be arranged. So the day before check out, we arranged with the staff for our luggage to be sent to the nearest exit at 3.45pm, to not miss our train. By 4pm, still no one had arrived to pick up our luggage and the staff was no where to be found. We couldn’t afford to wait any longer, so we left on foot. Besides the poor service, the housekeeping service was not regular - we had to explicitly instruct the staff to help clean up our rooms before it would be done. The air conditioning also could not be properly controlled by the remote. I would not recommend staying here.

Excellent stay in small, quaint hotel in Lijiang. Host was friendly, served us tea on arrival and gave us a complimentary upgrade of our room to one with a slightly better view of the city. A short walk up some stone stairs to get to the hotel, which can be tricky with luggage but a porter helped us on arrival. Would recommend to 1st time visitors to Lijiang.
