Facilities: The room boasts state-of-the-art smart features; the AI assistant can even open the windows, and all the appliances are highly intelligent. Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean. Ambiance: The surroundings are incredibly tranquil and peaceful, making it very photogenic and perfect for a rejuvenating getaway. Service: The owner is exceptionally thoughtful, proactively offering warm and helpful tips. They are truly wonderful!

Strategic location, its inside Lijiang old town and very close to it, about 10 mins walk to the North Gate Old Town. The owner arranged the pick up service from train station and transporter for our luggage from North Gate to our stay. We communicate well with the owner via wechat. We arrived quite late and the staff have waited for us and check out early at 6.30 am for our next location. Hotel itself is good for stay for two of us, equipped with smart toilet which very convenient for muslim traveller Breakfast also simple but very healthy and fullfilling.

This hotel absolutely deserves a perfect five-star rating. The facilities are impeccably maintained, and our room was spotlessly clean. All the amenities and equipment worked flawlessly, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the ancient town, providing easy access to everything. Furthermore, the owner was always ready to assist with any questions we had.

Overall, it was great. The main advantage was definitely the convenience. It was so easy to return and rest when we got tired from exploring the scenic area, without the hassle of commuting. This saved us a lot of travel time, allowing us to spend more time enjoying the sights. Definitely a good choice!

The hotel's location is fantastic. I really enjoyed the courtyard design; sitting there, I felt like I could truly escape and relax. The room was very clean and spacious, ensuring a super comfortable stay. The owner was incredibly kind as well. They even drove us to our next destination, and when it started raining, they thoughtfully gave us two umbrellas!

Overall, I had a very satisfying trip. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, and the facilities felt brand new. Ambiance: The entire courtyard boasted a beautiful setting with stylish design, making it perfect for photos. Service: The service was attentive and excellent. This guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations. They offered a pick-up and drop-off service right from the start. Both the owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with many helpful tips for exploring the area. The room itself was excellent – spotless, with comprehensive amenities. It was also very quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, a very convenient and highly recommended stay.

This was my first stay, and it was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Lijiang Old Town, offering incredibly convenient access to all the local attractions. Despite its central location, it's a peaceful oasis. The courtyard features a beautiful, artistic design, and the bedding is exceptionally clean and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The owner and staff were incredibly warm and attentive, providing thoughtful recommendations for local dining and sightseeing. I've already recommended it to my daughter, and I will definitely be back on my next visit. Highly recommend this place!

This hotel is very good location, located at the mid of ancient town. The room is so clean and big enough for luggages. In addition, the hotel owner is so kind with best service mind. She arranged airport pick up and mini bike to carry our luggage when we checked out. She also could arrange a travel booking or guide to you. The daily clean room services may available, you can ask her. After all, I am so happy to their services and hotel room.

Hotel was located in Lijiang Oldtown which make us easy access to old town. Before arriving, hotel provide us complimentary pickup service from railway station. Once arrived, staff and owner offered us with nice hot pu’er tea. They are very welcoming. Owner also let us upgrade our room for free. Room very cozy and comfortable to rest after whole day travelling and walking. Recommended hotel to stay.

The room we booked was spacious and clean, we were able to fit 3 large size suitcases and 1 cabin suitcase. The bathroom is also clean, toilet equipped with bidet, large mirror to do your makeup, and most importantly bright lighting. The accomodation is right by the center of Lijiang Ancient Town, there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The owner was very enthusiastic and kept offering us teas and flower cakes to enjoy, he even helped us with our trip to the snow mountain which include transportation, tickets, etc. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation as they not only provide what we need, their service is also very good (since we stayed for 3 nights they even offered us luggage pick up services for free). The accommodation dog, Xiaomi is very cute and chill with us petting it.
