Room is very clean and the service is excellent. The staff are super super nice. Arranged us fun local tours and adventures, can meet a lot of backpackers there to hangout with!! Definitely recommend!!

Amazing hostel. 4 minute walk from bus station and ancient old town. Good access to activities in the area and information can be obtained from the hostel. Quick and easy check in and manager spoke English and able to explain everything we needed. Bar and drinks available on site and food can be purchased additionally. Room was 4 person dorm, 3 of us in there. Squat toilet (not sure if every room has a squat but for those who struggle with this, I would check). Plenty of food and shops within 2 minute walk. Great communal space downstairs, chilled vibes. We loved it

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hostel has a great design and atmosphere. Room was a good size, clean, comfortable bed with curtains, and the ensuite bathroom and balcony were very good additions. Communal area wasn't busy but had a nice comfortable atmosphere. Great location, only a minute walk from the bus station, 2 minutes from food street and 5 minutes from the viewpoint of the Li River. They do provide meals for an extra cost (but I didn't try them so can't comment). Definitely recommend staying in Xingping for at least one night to see sunset/sunrise over the river, very beautiful. Great hostel, would definitely stay again.

4th floor room. No lift. Location seems central. No water, need you to buy 5 instead of 3rmb. Room is decent size, natural cement color. Chairs to sit at the reception. Decently clean. Good water pressure n non smoking

Booking a shared room, I really appreciate my roommates, they were nice! Food and location were also good. I recommend

I had a great time at this hostel. The staff are really nice and willing to help you. I ate with them every night and then played games each night too. This makes the hostel vibe really nice. I will surely return if I am back in the area. I also went on the cave trip with the hostel. It was really value and I really enjoyed it!

Really well located close to the bus station, the market and all the shop. They organize tours.

We had the best stay at Hi Grey Hostel! The hostel and a great and friendly vibe, amazing for foreigners and backpackers. The room was very big and all the facilities were very inviting, clean and well cared. The host and staff were very friendly that recommended us a lot of great ideas to better explore Guilin and the surroundings. We also did a tour with the hostel to see the sunrise at Xiang Gong mountain and was super worthy it, would recommend. Definitely the place to stay if travelling here!

Great location, the place is well organized and clean. the owner is very kind and helpful providing directions about how to move around the city to explore the main attractions. they also offer home-made food which is more tasty than the one at the restaurant (in my opinion). I'd totally recommend this place and I'll stay here when I'm back in this beautiful city.

Great Hostel in Xingping. Short walk to the Main Street with good restaurants etc. room was clean and comfortable.

Cute hostel just off the main street of Xingping Ancient Town. Very young vibe — apparently the place is known to be popular amongst teenagers. Facilities were simple and organized (laundry machines are available on top floor). Recommend for solo travelers looking to socialize!

The view out of the room was amazing! I stayed in the forth floor. The mattress was very comfortable, the room clean and the location of the hostel very convenient. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!
