It is really "just around the corner", which is quite friendly for us who have a trip out of the city the next day. Maybe it is because it is still outside the ancient city. It is very quiet to stay in the yard in the afternoon and evening, and it is not noisy at all. The front hall of the homestay is a cafe, and there is a convenience store next door. The small observation deck on the roof also happens to see the snow-capped mountains. It can be said to be a blessing for lazy people. It is worth mentioning that the coffee and breakfast are very good. The bedding and linens are well used. It can be seen that the boss has spent a lot of thought. They are very soft and comfortable. People who stay in hotels for a long time can tell by touching them. The washing is well handled. It is a typical hotel washing standard. The softness is beyond words and it is safe to use. Finally, finally! It only costs over 500 to stay in a room with a courtyard, and the parking fee is reimbursed... It's really worth it!

The quarrel upstairs can be clearly heard, as if it is quarreling next to us. People come in the middle of the night, and the noisy sound is endless. The front desk phone cannot be reached, and no one comes out to remind us, or there is someone. What a substantial solution. 3. When booking a room, the room types and facilities are clearly marked with complimentary contents, and they are also shown in the pictures. I have not seen them at all after staying for two nights. I would like to ask you, do you use this method to attract guests to stay in your hotel? Ask the front desk if there is any fruit? The front desk replied, "Let me cut some watermelon for you!" ! ! I ask you to run the hotel more professionally, and to ask everyone from the boss to the employees to undergo training before taking up their posts. You have included these contents. You must take the initiative to inform the guests and provide services instead of asking the guests to ask for them. . It's as if we are begging you. If you can't do it, please let us know in advance and we can prepare it ourselves or find another one. The most important thing when opening a hotel is to operate with integrity. Once you have written it, work hard to do it. If you can't do it, don't use these deceptive methods! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! 4. The rooftop observation deck of the hotel is really useless. I hope other guests will take this as a warning. It’s difficult for both of us to stand on it. I would like to ask if afternoon tea with the rooftop observation deck can be eaten while standing up. ? What's more, there is no such thing as afternoon tea. 5. The lighting in this hotel is too dim. You will get bumped frequently. If you have time, you should adjust the lighting. 6. The room card was lost. The waiter did not give me a new room card. Instead, he gave me the master card. What if other guests lost their room cards and also gave me the master card? Can't I come in and out of my room at will? Who will ensure safety? 7. To put it bluntly, this hotel is just a B&B or inn that spent a lot of money on design and decoration. Compared with standard hotels, it is simply different. There is no core service concept, and it just relies on some external things to attract and even deceive customers. Make improvements as soon as possible. Note: On the day of check-out, there was a woman. I don’t know if she was the front desk, the proprietress, or a partner. She was very attractive and fierce, which is also a major feature of this hotel. You can experience it when you have the opportunity.
