The best stay I had in Yunnan! Everything here was top notch from service to cleanliness. Travelled here with my elderly dad and he finds the environment here very relaxing. The afternoon tea is delicious especially the cake! They would create a WeChat group with you so that you can communicate with them very easily if you were to have any questions. The staffs here are very responsive and are quick to guide you around if you have any problems. Unfortunately, I was only here for one night as I need to travel to Shangri-la the next day. Would definitely stay here longer next time if I have the chance to visit LiJiang again! 10/10 would recommend 🌟🌟

The family suite provides perfect convenience and privacy, including 2 toilets. Location of this hotel is superb, it's walking distance from Lijiang Ancient City. We enjoyed the hotel amenities very much, bed was very comfortable and you get immediate hot water in the shower; toothbrush, bedroom slippers etc and bottled water all provided. All expectations of a premium 5* hotel are met, at an affordable price point. Above all, the hotel's service is amazing, airport pick up service was inclusive and host was very helpful in helping reserve day tour packages, though we eventually chose to go ourselves. The hotel then helped us via wechat when we faced challenges reserving Yulong scenic area tickets, responding even past midnight! Highly recommended. Things to note when you stay here: Hotel does not provide conditioner so bring your own, no breakfast included in room rate but there are a few eateries right below the hotel.

This is simply the best place to stay, to explore Lijiang Old Town and surrounding areas. * Overall - beautiful boutique hotel based on traditional Naxi architecture. Looks like a traditional inn, but is actually new and modern. * Rooms - spotlessly clean, with all modern facilities. Light contemporary decor. * Benefits - excellent breakfast, complimentary welcome drink, complimentary welcome fruit platter, complimentary afternoon tea & desserts, complimentary nightcap plum wine and light dessert. Daily complimentary laundry. Unlimited soft drinks in room fridge. * Service - this is where the Dublin really stands out. The best service we've experienced in China, and most likely the best ever. The staff all work as a well trained team to make you feel at home from the moment you check in. A special shout out to Xiao Du! * Location - Another great standout. Literally steps from the front door (next to the small restaurant on the right) there are a set of steps down to the canal. From there, just follow the canal to the Water Wheel and Lijiang Old Town north gate. Along the way is a large lively night market. You can also step down to the main road just outside and walk down a lively street full of food options. Pro Tip : Ask hotel staff how to get to the restaurant that is in the last picture below. Delicious Naxi food! Overall : Best value, best location and best service in Lijiang!

Everything about the stay was excellent—smooth check-in process, clean rooms, tea in the lobby, welcome gift, souvenirs when we checked out, helpful reception for restaurant booking without a local phone number, and a rooftop with stunning snow mountain view and photo spot. The hotel is within walking distance to Lijiang Gucheng. Thanks to 安挪.小木 for the great service.

We are a family of 3 and from Malaysia. We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff was exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even checked with us about our breakfast preferences, as their breakfast is not halal. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily and provided fresh towels. One of the hotel staff members thoughtfully gave us something for our day trip to Shangri-La. Everyone was kind, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for families staying a few nights. Plus, you can enjoy a beautiful morning view from the rooftop. I would rate this hotel 9stars!

Very helpful and friendly staff who helped us with the luggage to our room. They let us store our bags too when we left for dali for 2 nights. They threw in a ride to the airport too with 3 nights stay. Very worth it. Highly recommended. Will stay here again.

The hotel is a beautiful designed one. And let me start with the biggest negative point, it lacks maintenance. Drywall coming loose, tiles missing, green fungus growing in the pool, weeds showing. If the hotel could fix this, it will be a great hotel. Another thing is that in the description, a gym is mentioned, but this is no longer the case. With all the negativity out of the way, the staff is friendly, offer tea and shuttle service, you can use the hot tub, great pool and the breakfast was also very nice. Opposite the hotel is a huge coffee place and the hotel is close to the ancient part of the city and a beautiful park.

特別漂亮的納西族老宅，屋脊上有可愛的瓦貓鎮宅避邪，房間裏的設備齊全，也有不少保養得當的傳統傢俱。前庭邊上就是黑龍潭觀賞日照金山的機位鎖翠橋，走到麗江古城的標誌大水車也就是十來分鐘，出行和吃飯都很便利。 早餐豐富，可以提前一天選好想吃的餐品，水果都是店長親自挑選的美味時令品，下午茶的蛋糕和脆餅也是店員親自做的，味道不輸專業西點店，還能一邊吃下午茶一邊親自嘗試做一柄自己調色的漆扇。 店裡的小哥還陪我們逛了兩小時古城，講解當地歷史，得知我們想買地道的鮮花餅之後立刻替我們預約了一份作為伴手禮，這份心意很讓人感動！店裡的服務羣也是有求必應，隨時在線，非常認真負責。 各方面都很令人滿意的一家民宿，非常值得入住體驗！
