Hotel Lima dengan Sarapan

This is not a 5 star hotel experience. Clearly the rooms need some modernisation. There is for example only fans and no temperature control air con. Our bedroom only had one bedside table. When we changed rooms things didn’t work and we had to get them fixed. However staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a good sized wardrobe and shower. We had lounge access which was a much smaller area than we are used to and served a very limited food and beverage selection, however Oscar was a great host and did everything possible to make our experience better. We went to the gym but a lot of the equipment was faulty. It is limited but one treadmill out of the three had a non functioning ramp. All of the cross trainers were not working properly. We also had a meal in the restaurant which was average but again friendly staff. Thank you also to Clara who realised our experience had not been great.

Es un hotel con mucha historia en la ciudad de Lima-Perú. La atención es muy buena, ofrece servicio de desayuno (incluido) por mi viaje de negocios, estuve bastante tiempo hospedado en el mismo y pude constatar aspectos fundamentales, y en resumen lo puedo recomendar para quien desee un hotel en el centro de Lima, ya que a pocos pasos está en centro histórico o tomando un Uber se puede desplazar a otros distritos sin mayores dificultades. Eso si estar pendientes de la hora pico y el tráfico que es por toda la ciudad. ¡Agradecer por la hospitalidad durante más de dos meses, pude servirme los desayunos casi personalizados por la gente de cocina! El personal de recepción es Bilingüe y muy amable, necesite dejar mi equipaje y el hotel dispone de espacios seguros para ello. Un hotel verdaderamente de 3 estrellas, estoy seguro de que de continuar así podrán tener una 4 estrellas pronto. Pueden contar que a mi regreso utilizaré sus servicios. Por cierto el hotel dispone de flyers para ubicarse en el centro de la ciudad con información turística clara en inglés y español, a tres cuadras del hotel está la plaza San Martin donde se puede cambiar el dinero y también hay algunos bancos con cajeros Global Net (aceptan cualquier tarjeta) ojo tener en cuenta la tarifa que con cada uso de los cajeros es 10 USD… Precisamente por estar ubicado en el centro de Lima, uno debe tener los cuidados que como en cualquier otro sitio, (en dos meses que estuve ahí no paso nada) pero siempre escuchar por qué calles hay que ir y son turísticas con vigilancia permanente, etc. El hotel también dispone de servicio de taxis, transfer, eventos, etc. El servicio y atención es muy bueno, destacar que el agua fría y caliente con excelente presión, agradecer personalmente a: Liz, Paola, Judith, Jessica, Verónica, personal de limpieza, y todo el personal...etc. ¡Mi gratitud con mi casa en la hermana y linda ciudad de Lima, Perú!

Me hospede en este hotel por un día y una noche con mi esposo. El costo de la habitación era de 120 USD. Por el costo pensé que sería espectacular la habitación. Era espaciosa, tenía tres áreas ( baño, dormitorio y sala de estar ) la habitación está bien, pero no se paga 120 dólares, por una habitación ”bien” Las paredes sucias, con manchas por todos lados y con polvillo, no había pared qué no tuviera polvillo ( Al parecer su limpieza es precaria ) el baño, la tina toda descolorida, con manchas de sarro y por los tubos de hidromasaje salia un olor espantoso. Además al parecer arreglaron algunas losas del baño y lo pusieron losas de otro color ( como si fuera un parche, se veía horrible ) a parte su baño no funcionaba, tenía que sacar la tapa del baño para hacer pasar el agua. Me pregunto si así será un hotel de 4 estrellas, por que a los de 3 estrellas que fui no fueron desastrosos como este. El servicio de desayuno bufet, también estaba ”bien” todo esta frío, seco y quemado, pero el sabor era regular. Por otro lado, lo positivo fue que nos gustó los dulces de cortesía que nos brindaron por alojarnos y sobre todo el trato del personal muy bueno, amables, respetuosos, siempre con una sonrisa. En mi conclusión el hotel está antiguo, si es 4 estrellas es porque brinda los servicios de spa, restaurante y su ****** ( que cuando fui estaba cerrado, según su comunicado es un cierre definitivo)

We stayed here as a family for 2 nights. We decided on this hotel as I have family a few blocks away we wanted to visit without having to hop onto an Uber. The hotel is very clean, the furnishings were in great condition and the bed was super comfortable with quality linens and pillows. Breakfast was ample and they even kindly made us our breakfast to go on our last morning as we headed out to the airport at 4:30 AM. Kind people working at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel in San Borja for visitors that need to be in the area.

Excellent variety of peruvian and international food. Lots of options at the buffet lunch. Even healthy food: Vegetables, Menestrone, Chicken Soup.Dedicated careful attention, in both languages: spanish and english as well. Charming peruvian amenities.Peruvian Dancers at weekend lunches. Great facilities at the Delphos Bistrot or even if you wish to organize a business or personal event, Summit Los Delfines, has the best meeting rooms or business conferences' facilities in Lima. All passengers rooms enjoy one of the best breathtaking views of the city: in front of the Lima Golf Club, one of the main Golf courts in Lima.Full of nature view, with eventual tour facilities to close Incan Kings Temples, at nearby district. Enjoy your stay in Lima! The worst hotel we stayed at Lima, the front desk people did not know what they were doing and also did not help at all, I had to go back 3 times because my door key did not work and the lady say “I will send someone to help, you don’t know how to used it” at the end the guy who she send took me that the key was not program right. I ask for where can I get some dinner and they toll me that they did not know. The next night we walk to the hotel bar, a guy a the door didn’t let us in because they had a private party. We seat at a mini lounge area to get some drinks - or it was what we wanted but we waited over 45 minutes and ask the waiter if we could order and he tolled us “my shift is ending but I will send someone else” we waited 30 minutes more and no one showed up. We ask the front desk if there was a place where we can go and get some drinks to what they told us that we could take a taxi to Washington Park.

This was my second trip to Peru and I am so happy that I decided to treat myself to the JW Marriott in Lima. The facilities are BEAUTIFUL- especially the gym and sauna. All of the staff are also wonderful, but I was really impressed with Andrea at the front desk and Jose in the restaurant. These two were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond to provide the best service possible and help make my stay comfortable and perfect. Thank you JW, I will be back!

Séjour du 20/10 au 6/11 Excellent établissement. Tout est impeccable depuis le personnel d'entretien à la réception, en passant par les portiers et le restaurant : Personnel très agréable, attentif, souriant et très professionnel. The hotel is situated in a quiet location a few minutes and a few hundred metres walk from the waterfront and the shopping precinct of Miraflores. We chose the hotel for its location and amenities and booked at a very reasonable cost through ***********. We booked a family room which was spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We did not have dinner in the hotel as there are many restaurants along the waterfront. We finished our evening on their terrace with a couple of pisco sours which were excellent. The breakfast was perfectly adequate with fresh fruit, juices,scrambled eggs, rolls,toast and coffee and was included in the price. We were happy with the hotel and I would certainly consider staying there again net time we are in Lima.

Visité el restaurante. Recomiendo cualquiera de las opciones del menú: excelente balance de alimentos, buena sazón, platos bien servidos, atención cordial y digestión perfecta. Los elegí después de recorrer muchas cuadras en la zona buscando un lugar adecuado para almorzar. Regresaré pronto!
