We had a short stay but were very well looked after by Xiomara and the rest of Front-desk team. Though we arrived at 8am from an international flight, staff was able to get our room ready by 12pm and stored our luggage until then, allowing us to go explore Lima.

A beautiful hotel, very helpful staff who arranged my transport to and from the airport with an amazing driver! Such a lovely guy. We communicated by the power of Google translate! I booked a legacy garden suite, which was a good size, clean and sumptuously decorated. The garden area isnt quiet as its adjacent to a sports ground, but it was still a nice place to sit, away from the chaos that is Lima's traffic! There was some sort of function at the hotel on one of the nights I was there - but I always take earplugs with me anyway, as no matter where I stay there seem to be elephants banging around in the room above me and people using their outside voices in the hallways outside the rooms. Its not the hotels fault, you get it everywhere. But the earplugs came in handy for both things! Oh to live in a world where people had an awareness of others! I ate in the bakery twice, nice, simple, well done food and a good service. The breakfast was of really good quality, with a chocolate fountain appearing on the Saturday! A lovely place to spend a relaxing few days after my hike near Cusco.

We spent our first two nights in Peru at Arte Hotel Lima and it was a perfect start to our tour. We appreciated the efficient staff, friendly customer service and enjoyed the quiet, clean, spacious room, comfortable bedding, and delicious breakfasts. The charming, contemporary, boutique hotel is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with historic sites, restaurants (and a ”must visit” Gelato shop!), grocery store and money exchange, all within walking distance. However, it was our return to the hotel, at the end of our trip, that really impressed us. We returned to Lima and Arte Hotel on the final day of our trip, prior to departure. My travel companion had been feeling poorly, earlier in the day and, upon arrival, became severely ill. We were unable to fly home for 4 additional days. Augusto and Juan Jose, the hotel managers, were absolutely amazing! Their concern and service were far beyond expectations. Both went out of their way to help us, with each and every need . Without their assistance, my travel companion could not have received the care she needed. Our sincere appreciation and gratitude to Augusto and Juan Jose and the entire staff for making our additional stay as comfortable and stress free, as possible. We cannot say enough good things about this hotel and its staff.

We stayed here as a family for 2 nights. We decided on this hotel as I have family a few blocks away we wanted to visit without having to hop onto an Uber. The hotel is very clean, the furnishings were in great condition and the bed was super comfortable with quality linens and pillows. Breakfast was ample and they even kindly made us our breakfast to go on our last morning as we headed out to the airport at 4:30 AM. Kind people working at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel in San Borja for visitors that need to be in the area.

The hotel was clean, but there is a lot of noise from the street, They could not put me in a better room, I decided to move another hotel, they never give me a refund, they charged me full days. The location it's good, the attention was great, it's clean, I stay there at least for the past 8 years, however it's the 1st time I got a room on the 5th floor with a window to the street, it's a disaster, because the noises was in my room. The manager never want to help me at all, at the contrary was very nasty.

great hotel with an excellent location in miraflores… cpl blocks from tons of restaurants and nightlife yet far away enough for it to be very quiet and safe… room was excellent, huge with a big couch and table and lots of square footage… almost like a mini living room… had a mini fridge and microwave so we’re able to heat up food whenever we wanted in the room… the view is nothing special as it’s a quiet residential street… breakfast is ok but can use some work… the eggs were semi cold all the time but the guy was trying the best he could lol… amazing fresh squeezed orange juice machine that does all the work with no effort… there’s security gate you be buzzed in at the front and one night we went out and came back super late and nobody was there to let us in… kept ringing the bell for awhile and he showed up finally…. the two house bikes were nice, super beaters that we adjusted to make rideable but they were good enough to do 15 miles around lima and the beach so it was cool…. ubers arrived in only a few minutes here and were dirty cheap… overall andesmar was great, would definitely stay here again if in lima… actually chose this hotel off of reviews and they were right on… see ya again soon andesmar!

Most amazing massage by Marilyn and Jhosselyn. We’d just completed Inka trail so were very in need of some relaxation. The hotel was stunning and very well cleaned. It felt like a very luxurious experience from start to finish and excellent value for money. We also went to Limoncello for lunch afterwards and food was delicious and staff very attentive.

I got to qp Hotel after a 16+hour 3 Flight Marathon from YVR Vancouver BC to Houston IAH to Miami Florida a real dicey landing Wednesday Evening October 9 while Hurricane Milton was swirling a North East Path across Florida.I then got an Early Morning Red Eye Flight on LATAM Airlines from Miami down to Lima on Thursday October 10 2024.My Airport Transfer that I had arranged online was a no show on Thursday October 10.I had to then get a Taxi from The Airport to the Hotel from The Airport.I later find out that this was the first day of a 3 Day General Transport Strike in Lima.So I got to The Hotel at just after 7AM on that Thursday I wanted to check in because I was tired I don't think they understood that I had travelled over 8000+ Kilometers to get there.So after hanging around i got The Staff to store my Luggage I changed from Jeans into shorts went around &checked out The general Area got some Lunch and eventually was given Room 712 on The Seventh Floor.This kind of bugged me because on The last day Saturday October 19 I checked out very early & was picked up by a Cab at 6:30 AM to take me to The Airport for my Morning Flight from Lima up to Cancun.In other type Hotels including All Inclusive & Business type Hotel they've let me check in when I got there so I think this should've been a Trade off.Anyhow I was in a Smaller Size Room I think it was around 200+ Square feet that wasn't that soundproofed you could clearly hear noise above & beside you especially in The Washroom which didn't have a fan to get rid of the Steam in The Shower.There was a decent size Smart TV with YouTube & Netflix which you could change to English if you had YouTube/Google App plus a Small Clock/ Alarm & a work table+chair & lamp.This Hotel i think is primarily a Business Hotel that some Backpackers.I ran across some Middle Age German Back Packers there seem to use for brief stays overnight or 2 days while they're traveling around Peru.M y overall impression of The Hotel it's neat & tidy in a Central Location in Miraflores close to lots of Restaurants & Shops.I have stayed in similar types of Hotels like this in the past in Mexico which even though I prefer bigger All Inclusive Resorts serve a purpose.I think the other Traveler didn't get that this isn't meant to be a Fancy Hotel but a functional one it does in my opinion serve that purpose well.The Staff there are all friendly & helpful there's only one person on The Front Desk that speaks English.That said they had there Spanish to English Translator App & I used my English to Spanish App on my phone so we communicated easily & quickly most of the time.They also give a Free Breakfast in The Morning all The Staff there,Cooks etc work hard in a Small Restaurant Area to keep all The Guests happy & filled with a Breakfast, Scrambled Eggs,Toast,Coffee,Juices,Cereal,Fruits etc so yes they were upbeat,happy & good at their Job.There's a Gym Fitness Centre on The 10th Floor that I didn't check out & a Swimming Pool that's o

Me hospede en este hotel por un día y una noche con mi esposo. El costo de la habitación era de 120 USD. Por el costo pensé que sería espectacular la habitación. Era espaciosa, tenía tres áreas ( baño, dormitorio y sala de estar ) la habitación está bien, pero no se paga 120 dólares, por una habitación ”bien” Las paredes sucias, con manchas por todos lados y con polvillo, no había pared qué no tuviera polvillo ( Al parecer su limpieza es precaria ) el baño, la tina toda descolorida, con manchas de sarro y por los tubos de hidromasaje salia un olor espantoso. Además al parecer arreglaron algunas losas del baño y lo pusieron losas de otro color ( como si fuera un parche, se veía horrible ) a parte su baño no funcionaba, tenía que sacar la tapa del baño para hacer pasar el agua. Me pregunto si así será un hotel de 4 estrellas, por que a los de 3 estrellas que fui no fueron desastrosos como este. El servicio de desayuno bufet, también estaba ”bien” todo esta frío, seco y quemado, pero el sabor era regular. Por otro lado, lo positivo fue que nos gustó los dulces de cortesía que nos brindaron por alojarnos y sobre todo el trato del personal muy bueno, amables, respetuosos, siempre con una sonrisa. En mi conclusión el hotel está antiguo, si es 4 estrellas es porque brinda los servicios de spa, restaurante y su ****** ( que cuando fui estaba cerrado, según su comunicado es un cierre definitivo)

Thank you very much to the great staff of the Hilton Garden Inn for a wonderful experience. I had a brief 2 day stay in Lima between trips in Huaraz and Huacachina. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade me to a suite on the 9th floor based on my status and the room was better than most Garden Inn's in the United States. The hotel was within walking distance to a Wong's supermarket and a couple restaurants, so it was nice not needing to take a taxi for a couple days. The hotel had a decent breakfast and a good gym. But the best part was the comfort of the room. I had doubts staying in this neighborhood as most tourists stay in Miraflores, but I felt safe and appreciated the good deal with using points at this hotel. Overall - this was a great stay if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable brief stay in Lima.
