Our stay at this hotel was an extraordinary experience, made exceptional by the outstanding service provided by Elena. From the moment we arrived, Elena greeted us warmly and took care of our every need throughout our stay. She was always available for communication, whether in person or over the phone (or texting via WeChat) making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed. Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. She arranged for the pianist to play a heartfelt rendition of ”Happy Birthday,” creating a memorable and touching moment that we will cherish forever. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture, combining luxurious comfort with a cozy atmosphere. The grandiose design blends beautifully with the tropical, jungle-like surroundings, offering a unique and immersive experience. The beach, with its clear white sand, adds to the paradise-like vibe. Breakfast was another highlight, with amazing buffet that catered to a variety of tastes. Our room, complete with a private pool, was stunning and provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and kind, contributing to the overall sense of hospitality and warmth. Elena's exceptional service, along with the hotel's luxurious amenities, made our stay unforgettable. 第二次來清水灣温德姆了，依然是一拖二帶倆孩子，特別感謝前台小研的熱情幫助，不僅辦理流程簡單快速，有需要及時為我們提供服務，而且為我們免費升級了海景房 設施：完善，有浴缸，陽台有晾衣桿 環境：酒店園林景色非常好 帶娃很方便，酒店直通沙灘，下次還會繼續選擇清水灣温德姆

前台工作人員的微笑和熱情讓我倍感親切。還細心地為我介紹了酒店的設施和周邊景點。房間內的佈置非常温馨舒適，床品乾淨柔軟，讓我一夜好眠。而且，房間內還配備了[空調/冰箱/保險箱等]，極大地提升了我的住宿體驗， 值得一提的是這裏的[內蒙古特色]，味道非常棒，另外，謝謝飄飄的服務，服務態度很好，都無可挑剔，下次還會在選擇入住。

When I’m on vacation I like the full package. It is a nice hotel with a lot of potential to be great but unfortunately the lack of good service and attention to details makes it an average hotel that I wouldn’t list as one of my favorites. Pros: - a self pay convenience store in the lobby and snack machines you buy things anytime -room has a whole fridge inside with a mini kitchen equipped with sink, microwave and hotplate ( really cool) -a toilet room separated from the shower -Nice swimming pool with depth getting over 1.2 Cons: -The only swimming pool for adults has sections of it we cannot use who knows for what reason - The aforementioned swimming pool closes at 12:30 and opens only at 4pm. (I would rather be at a hotel with a pool open the whole day) - the room description is garden view but is so sad to see they don’t care about growing a garden to actually make the view nice. There is a bunch of rocks. Disappointing -the staff gives you zero help with luggage. The guy at the door barely says hi to you and that’s about what you’re going to get even when struggling with your luggage The breakfast is ok. The room is spacious and comfortable. Long story short: the hotel is not bad. It has potential to be great, though. -

We stayed for 3 nights and we had a great time. Charlie at the front desk was very warm and helpful. Actually all of the staff are warm and helpful and professionally trained. We're given a free upgrade which was nice. Food was great, worth to be called a 5 star quality; be it the breakfast buffet or room service (big serving portions). It was not very crowded when we were there which is good. Our kids love the slides, paddle board, animals by the kids club, and the new addition this year...the bubble bath. We stayed here summer last year too and we felt the service and everything has improved. Beds are comfy and cleanliness is on point too. There is also a small snack shop which was convenient; however, the jackfruit we bought there was not very good.

The hotel is in a beautiful location right next to a nice golf course. It is a little far to get to from the airport but once your there then you don’t want to leave. The food was pretty good in the hotel but didn’t like the little nickel and diming if charging little fees here and there to use pool stuff. It should have all be included in the hotel fee. The beach is nice with some fine sand.

如家陵水這家店給了我很大的住宿驚喜，服務人員態度好，酒店看我帶着小朋友，主動幫我調整了房型。房間很新，很舒服，主要是床品都是新的，特別舒服，衞生一塵不染，這個價格能在陵水住這種品質的酒店，性價比特別高。水吧枱有茶有咖啡，喜出望外，自助洗衣房很贊，值得表揚和推薦！

這家公寓真的讓我又喜歡又歎息。 喜歡的是，公寓和温德姆酒店都在一個主樓。 同時享受温德姆酒店的花園、泳池、海灘。 我定的是海景兩室一廳一衞一廚公寓，設施還蠻齊全，有燃氣灶，有洗衣機，有有線電視，很有居家感。 所有窗户和陽台都可以看到無敵海景，這點非常滿意。 淡季的時候這一片真的非常的安寧。 離小赤嶺趕海點非常方便。 而且高層房間完全沒有黴味，床品也是非常乾淨衞生的。 缺點是，這一片屬於碧桂園早起歐式裝修風格，現在看起來整體就比較舊。 整套公寓衞生比較一般，細節上不能看。 有一些陳年舊漬沒有很好的處理掉。 真心建議店家好好維護維護。 服務比較熱情。 總體性價比還是非常高的。

房間：房間太美了，簡約高級，落地窗可以看到一望無際的海面，酒店離海非常近，躺在床上衹能看到海面，看不到陸地，感受無敵好。 周邊：樓下就是沙灘，沙子很細，帶孩子來下樓就可以玩沙了，樓下就有很多餐廳，吃飯不發愁，對面就是非常有名的，疍家故事，很多人慕名來吃。 服務：酒店服務很棒，美麗的小姐姐全程微笑面對，給我們推薦了好吃的地方，好玩的地方，不是節假日去的，還給升級了房間，臨走還送了我小禮物，入住送了旅拍，送浮潛，送六樓咖啡廳的咖啡和果汁每人一份。哇，怎麼送了我那麼多東西。

房間很乾凈，住的很舒服，交通很便利，位置也挺好的，出行很方便，前台很熱情，大方漂亮，很主動，想的也很周到，房間採光很好，床墊睡得也很舒服，整體來説就是衞生很乾凈，客房阿姐很親切，服務很好，動作很麻利 強力推薦，一樓還有洗衣機，還有烘乾機，出差在外，再也不怕沒有地方洗衣服，晾乾。真的想的很周到，很贊，很推薦
