We loved our stay at Huanghan Lotus. The staff are all very friendly and sweet, and communicative through chat apps even though we do not speak Mandarin. They helped us plan our route up and around the mountain, arranged a taxi for our return, and let us leave our bags here while we travelled up the mountain for a night. When we returned to pick up our bags, we decided to get a massage at the spa and they gave us both half an hour extra. About the room — we were upgraded and the room is gorgeous, beautiful wood and a very comfortable bed and shower etc. The hot spring is also very comfortable, the perfect way to unwind. We will definitely choose this hotel the next time we visit. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Qinman hotel 13-16.05.24 for the trip to Huangshan mountain and nearby Hongcu village. Despite the hotel situated ~3km from the tourist bus stop we find the location one of the big benefits: there is no hustle, loud noises of the cars and hordes of tourists: you can peacefully relax and enjoy quite and slow mornings and evenings. The hotel is beautifully designed? Rooms are spacious and perfectly cleaned. The staff of the hotel is very attentive to all questions, very friendly and polite, even despite we didn't speak Chinese the personal organized our stay perfectly and used WeChat with translations to give online feedback to any requests! Special thanks to Ms. 慧慧 HuiHui she helped organize transfers, morning breakfast for takeaway and tea with delights to our hot springs. Worth to note! This hotel has its own private hot springs, in May temperature in n the evening can go down to ~18C, fresh hot water helps you relax after long busy days and mind can fully rest in the silence of the night. One of the surprises of the stay was free laundry, it is extremely useful after hikes in n the mountains. Hotel restaurant has great breakfast with local farmer's products and freshly ground good coffee from reputable roasters. If you are a tea lover you'll find tea store from farmers just in front of the main gates, in the rooms you'll find local tea and tea set for tea ceremonies 😀. What is more? The dinner is delicious, especially local fishes. If you arrive by the bus to Tangkou the hotel staff can organize a transfer from and to bus station for free. We highly recommend Qinman hotel for everyone!

房間的佈局很有特色，我們定的是親子套房，依山而建，去景點很方便。有對應的管家服務，我們的管家肖玲，從接到我們開始，熱情介紹景點活動，元旦期間有啥活動，我們有任何問題都是及時回答，及時反應，能夠得到這樣的服務，非常開心！景區不大，但是很有特色，憶江南，白天晚上各有特色，自助早餐，我個人覺得不錯，特別是雞湯泡炒米！這裏的食材都是很新鮮，特別推薦一下殺豬湯，吃裏面的肉你就能理解我前面説的食材新鮮！景區的温泉我們沒有去，所以也不做評論！從上海過來高鐵3個小時多，這裏提供接送服務，一般不堵車，也就半小時左右就到了，玩三天兩晚，很輕鬆！

My wife enjoyed our second trip to this hotel and the hot springs next door. Last time we visited in the winter in the middle of the week, so there were limited options for food at/near the hotel. This time, we visited during the weekend, and although it was a bit busier, we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Some of the staff at the hotel speak English very well, and they are all very kind and accommodating. The hotel is a bit out of town, but otherwise it is set up very well for all sizes of groups or types of travelers.

It was a short but extremely enjoyable trip partly thanks to this wonderful hotel. The owners were truly helpful and kind. They drove us to all the different sights, and they arranged the trips from and back to the train station. The meals were homemade and delicious, and the room was very comfortable and had an amazing view. We also made use of the hot spring for a relaxing time. The hotel is located nearby different spots and very close to the entrance of the Huansghan scenic spot. Highly advisable to spend a vacation in this place. You will not regret it.

Where do I begin? Me and my family is completely blown away by this gem of a hotell. The service, the food, the rooms, the views....everything is top notch! We stayed in a family suite, 3 adults, with our own little infinity pool at the balcony, with views of the stunning valley and river. The beds are comfortable, and the room had the latest technology that made everything even more comfortable! The butler service they provided via wechat was excellent. The hotsprings was also excellent. As I said, I'm blown away. All the good words I know in English, I want to write here. The road to the hotell was beautiful, with stunning views of Huangshan. I would even boldly say, that it's foolish NOT to visit this hotel. They have so much to offer! I could kick myself for not staying longer! It couldn't have been a more perfect spot to bring my family to for the first time to see gems of China. A big thank you to the wonderfull staff, and the owner of the hotell. Thank you!

It was beautiful, clean and very friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the rooms very clean and comfortable. We loved our stay here and we will be back!

Phenomenal hotel. If it were in Europe it would probably feature in Wallpaper or some other pretentious style magazine. 徽商 architecture carefully restored. Beautiful outdoor swimming pool and loungers. Fresh fruit in room. Friendly local service. Interesting village to potter round with place up the lane “55” serving good coffee and warm cinnamon rolls. Travel was not like this in the 90s. I was upgraded (midweek stay) so amazing value for money for a spotless, stylish room with outdoor seating. 10 minutes from 黄山北站 so super convenient. They contacted me on WeChat and arranged a driver. 15 RMB.

Very nice hotel, perfectly located opposite of the Hongcun Scenic area. The staff was very welcoming and set up a Wechat group for infos and questions. Our room was very clean and cosy. The hotel has a free afternoon-tea from 2-5pm and you have to make a reservation in advance because the time seats are limited. It is located in a cost tea house. The tea and snacks served were nice and delicious. The outdoor pool was refreshing and clean, with a nice view. To Hongcun you can just take a 5 minute walk and leave the car at the hotel. There is also a Covid-Testing station directly next to the entrance of the Scenic area. For breakfast they had a big selection of local food, we really liked it. The only negative point we have to say that the tea in the morning tasted not good, they didn’t use filtered water, so it had a moldy old taste. All in all I can really recommend the hotel and would book it again. The location and the staff was really great!

這家酒店挺nice的、，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，讓我得以安享良好的睡眠。早上起來就能感受到大自然的氣息，全身像被凈化了一樣，員工也挺熱情的，令人倍感温馨。酒店還提供了豐富的自助早餐和各種休閑設施，真的讓人倍感放鬆。

First time to visit Huangshan! And we can’t speak Chinese, thankfully we found this hotel😇 of all the hotel i called its the only hotel that someone is speaking english, other hotels nearby just hang out at me😭😭 and said no foreigners… We are still on the way to Huangshan but the owner is so very kind to ask where are we and if we need help we can contact them at any time, actually the day prior to our trip😊😇 We finally meet them and welcomed us! We are so lucky to meet the Xiao Family👨‍👩‍👧 and of course there daughter Daisy🌼 They are very generous, offering help in everything 💞 even waking up very early just to bring us in the hospital for pcr test… driving us and fetching us after the hiking… very friendly family and there staffs😊😊 we felt like we are just a friend of the family owner… it’s more than a guests😭🥰 we had tea after dinner made by Mrs Xiao Xie 🍵 in her tea room…the breakfast and dinner we had is very good, we loved it, we finished all the food after the hike😋😋 We also swim at there swimming pool even if its cold, we enjoyed drinking beer and chitchatting with Daisy.. stargazing and enjoying with music… I highly recommend this hotel specially if you don’t speak Chinese and new to the place and reasonable price… also near grocery stores, restaurants and hospital to do pcr,…. It would be a perfect experience for you… and gain friendship 💞 The local people are kind and always smiling ☺️☺️ Even gave us snacks and when we leave mrs Xie gave us snacks to eat on the way🥰 so sweet mother and daughter We are looking forward to visit and stay with them next spring festival 😁🤩 Thank you so much Daisy and to your mom and family💞🥰

酒店環境好，服務人員熱情，入住正好是平安夜，服務人員貼心的送了蘋果，很精緻，很用心。入住前一晚，有服務人員會加微信。基本和其他酒店24小時管家服務一致，但是不提供接送服務相比其他網紅店和五星級酒店有點差距。房間設施齊全，有免費飲料、咖啡機，房間內有大浴缸，容納兩人都還很寬敞。酒店有私人茶室、棋牌室等設施。酒店的餐飲服務也很不錯，早餐、下午茶和晚安甜湯都很精緻美味。位於世界文化遺產5A級景區宏村-西遞傳統村落，依山而立，有新中式、新徽派建築風格，環境優美，偎依着青山，俯瞰着富有地域性的建築風格。酒店前台工作人員服務周到，很熱情。令人滿意，我待過的酒店服務算靠前的，不足之處在於有些項目需要提前預約，時間上和平台有點差距。需要及時和管家聯繫，特種兵旅遊需要做好準備。瑕不掩瑜，基本做到了五星級酒店的標準，希望今後再接再勵，服務更上一層樓！

廬江1號泉温泉度假酒店，一次難忘的温泉之旅 廬江1號泉温泉度假酒店，位於風景秀麗的廬江縣湯池鎮，是我近期體驗過的一家非常出色的高檔型温泉度假酒店。從合肥市驅車前往，大約衹需1小時10分鐘，交通十分便捷。 酒店的環境非常棒，2020年剛剛重新裝修過，整體風格清新雅緻，給人一種寧靜舒適的感覺。這裏的客房裝修風格是民宿風，每個房間都有私人浴池，為遊客提供了極大的便利和私隱。而且，酒店的南苑和北苑都提供了多種房型，無論是追求性價比的榻榻米標間，還是帶有私人湯池和獨立院子的房型，都能滿足不同遊客的需求。 當然，廬江1號泉温泉度假酒店的最大亮點還是它的温泉。這裏的温泉水富含礦物質，對人體健康有很大的益處。最特別的是漂浮温泉，讓人彷彿置身於夢幻之中，體驗了一把“養生不老泉”的神奇魅力。除了漂浮温泉，酒店還有室內和室外温泉池，以及桑拿、搓澡等多種服務，讓遊客在享受温泉的同時，也能得到身心的放鬆。 此外，酒店的美食也是一大亮點。廬州宴的菜品豐富多樣，口味地道，特別是燒鵝、幹鍋肥腸、老母雞燉牛三寶等特色菜品，更是讓人回味無窮。 總的來説，廬江1號泉温泉度假酒店無論是環境、設施、服務還是美食，都給人留下深刻的印象。如果你正在尋找一個放鬆身心、享受温泉的好去處，那麼廬江1號泉温泉度假酒店絕對是一個不容錯過的選擇。

迎賓水果挺好吃，湯池温度也可以，放水之前説一聲就能直接放。私湯也挺大的，兩到三個人都可以泡。庭院門是木製的推門，挺典雅的但是隔音效果會差一點。服務態度很好，前台的小管家也很熱情，我們麻煩了她好多次，態度一直很好。總體住宿體驗是不錯的。

1.交通方便，在主幹道邊上，沿途風景很美，離合肥一小時路程； 2.民宿整體規劃是用心設計了的，利用原有很多大的梧桐樹做了整體規劃和平面方案設計，錯落有致，一步一景，還佈置了很多精緻的綠植； 3.服務熱情積極，雖然服務人員不多，但我們有需要，他們都能滿足，進門就有小哥幫忙提行李，晚上幾個人在院內的休閑椅喝酒聊天，小哥還給我們點了蚊香驅蚊。孩子腳擦破了點皮，前台美女給了消毒液和創可貼，非常感謝； 4.客房內部設計簡單大方，原木搭配奶油色，簡潔舒適。個人感覺枕頭高了，好像每個酒店的枕頭都這樣啊😂 5.周邊有孩子可以玩的小溪，旁邊有超市，吃飯去鎮上十幾分鍾，都挺方便。 總之，這是一次非常滿意的體驗，有機會還會再來。

The resort is so beautiful, nicely tucked away in the middle of nowhere: perfect place to unwind from the noise and chaos of the city. The front desk ladies were so friendly: everyone was friendly and delivered quick service. The restaurant served authentic cuisines which tasted amazing, especially their spicy beef noodles 🥰. It’s definitely worth the price. Highly recommend to anyone
