The hotel really put you in holiday mood with the wooden interior and design. The hotel is a short walk away from huangshan north bus station. The breakfast is tasty and filling to prepare you for the hike. After the hike, you can rest in their hot spring outdoor pool. The staff are friendly and they even gifted us a farewell gift

Very polite and friendly customer service, felt very welcome when we reached. Staff was quick to respond to our requests. The entire place was tastefully designed in modern Chinese style but retaining the roots or history of the complex. The bar and tea room was also stylishly furnished for a relaxing evening. I believe there are movie and KTV rooms at the basement across the restaurant. Along the way to our room, there were several artistic features, adorned with Japanese Maple and reed. The colour scheme and overall feel was relaxing and soothing. Room was spacious with a garden patio, large indoor tub for onsen style soaking and bath, shower area, large bed and living area, and a separate room for storing luggage and clothes. We had a quiet room at a corner of the compound.

Excellent service from the butler Mia... added us on wechat from checkin and its super convenient to request for items or ask for the free shuttle... just msg her! She also helped us contact the train station to find our lost bag and arranged for courier to the next hotel, all professionally handled and with a smile at all times... thanks to her we had an excellent 3days at JHS...

First travel resort I’ve been too but had exceptional service. From getting picking up at the railway station and the host assigned to me help coordinate leaving and making sure I make the most out of this trip. The events and games that they had were also super memorable. Overall a fun atmosphere. Would recommend to come with friends or family for a weekend stay.

這次入住桔子酒店體驗滿分！前台小姐姐服務熱情周到，有求必應，讓人倍感温暖。房間一塵不染，整潔舒適，房間很温馨舒適，細節處盡顯用心。樓下就是寶龍廣場，春節熱鬧非凡，年味十足，吃喝玩樂一站式搞定，還有免費的地下停車場強烈推薦！還有小朋友的拖鞋很可愛，洗衣機很好用解決了曬不乾衣服的難題！

Zhu Xi is an amazing host and kind hearted person. He made my 3 nights stay at the Min Er Ju Mei Su hotel memorable. This place and its cats feels like a home with a quiet and warm vibe. The hotel is at a 20mn walking distance from the bus stop to access to Huangshan. It’s easy to grab food and drinks on the way to catch the bus in the morning. Zhu gave me a bigger room at my arrival and some good tips to prepare my hikes to Huangshan. the room is simple yet clean and nice, and furnished with japanese style toilets. I’m grateful for the homemade tea and help to arrange driver pickup to bring me to the Tunxi Airport, even though I would rather advise the punctuality of a Didi over cheaper fair but lack of reliably of the driver. Definitely an hotel I would recommend and would return to if you want to stay in Tangkou to explore Huangshan and like to connect with friendly folks!

真的是超出預期的一次體驗，從踏入酒店開始，就能感受到濃濃的禪意與中式美學，依山而建的園林環境清幽，空氣清新，不管是白天還是夜晚，景色都格外舒服，房間寬敞明亮，衞生做得很到位，床品柔軟舒適，陽台望出去就是青山，視野特別好。衞浴乾濕分離，細節配置也很貼心。早餐種類豐富，從中式麪點、粥品到西式麪包、水果都有，味道也很不錯。酒店的温泉是一大亮點，就是看有温泉我們才過來的，泡池乾淨，環境雅緻，泡一泡渾身都輕鬆，特別適合度假解壓。最重要的是服務，前台的小美女們態度都特別温和有禮貌，辦理入住和退房高效快捷，有需求也能及時響應，讓人覺得很暖心。酒店停車方便，位置也很合適，出行便利，而且不收取任何停車費，不管是來九華山祈福，還是家庭出遊、朋友度假，都非常適合。 整體體驗感非常棒，環境、設施、餐飲、服務都無可挑剔，是一家值得再來、也真心推薦給大家的好酒店。

房間照片忘拍了，基本是實圖展示，老闆是夫妻倆，老闆帥氣，板娘美麗，都很熱情，還有一對可愛的小朋友，外加活潑的小狗。服務也很周到，基本都是車接車送，話説老闆娘的爸爸開車技術太牛了，盤山路又快又穩，關鍵還是大霧天，點贊，雖然沒趕上大巴，不過我還是趕上高鐵了，就是民宿的位置可能更適合自駕的客人，天公不作美，體驗了一把煙雨濛濛，啥也沒看到，下次有機會再去體驗天柱山吧，飯菜我記得拍了，和很多客人説得一樣，真的很好吃，價格在山裡來説也還是可以接受的，如果來爬山，自己帶足補給，天柱山的配套可能還不是那麼商業，另外景交車衹要付一次錢就可以來回切換，總體來説這趟旅行挺滿意的。

We stayed at Mengxi Bieyuan with 7 people and loved it! The place is new, beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast is also great, but the best part was the amazing service: the owners and staff were super friendly and welcoming. Such as that they brought us to close by places, recommended a driver and great spots, and helped with all our requests and wishes. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and it’s close to Huangshan. I highly recommend this place!

設施：設施還是比較齊全，屋裡的全靠小德小德來智能聲控。 衞生：衞生細節處還有待提高，床頭插座處灰塵覆蓋明顯許久未擦拭。 環境：離輕軌和馬路比較近，即使窗户緊閉依然聽的清清楚楚，隔音效果太差影響休息。走道里別人説話也聽得很清楚。 服務：提前訂了兩間房，日期填寫錯了。因為我開車在高速上，電話溝通讓酒店和攜程聯繫，晚上十點前入住依然沒有更改日期。並且吧枱服務人員也不瞭解情況，也沒有交代清楚辦理入住耽誤了很長時間。因還需要當面使用公務卡現訂一個房間刷卡使用，盡然給的價格不和網上的價格一樣。同行程出差人員兩個價格不合理，而且是你們不支持網上預訂線下付款。最後退房的時候每人送了一個伴手禮還是比較貼心的。
