Ulasan Aloha Oceanfront Suite Resort

This was my first time staying at Aloha. The room was spacious, the view was beautiful, the beach was close by, and there were laundry facilities available. It offers incredible value for money. If I come to Lingshui again, I'll definitely stay at Aloha. If I had to pick a downside, it would be that the dining options are just average.

I booked a 180-degree view room but got a kids' suite instead. The sea view was a bit off to the side. The water park was lively, but my child didn't play there, and found the other play facilities too childish. It didn't feel as well-organized as other hotels; it seemed a bit chaotic. It was okay, just not as good as I expected!

The room was huge! I booked a room with two queen beds, but they upgraded us to three, which was fantastic. My two kids each got their own bed. The vending machines in the hotel are quite expensive, so it's much better to buy snacks at the convenience store next door – your purchasing power will instantly increase tenfold!

This is our second time here, and it's just as amazing! Incredible sea views and fantastic value for money! Coming in the off-season is the best. The room has a washing machine, which is super convenient for longer stays. If you're an animal lover, it's even better – not just kids, but adults too will love the adorable pet camp; it's so therapeutic. Plus, there are lots of little cats roaming around the commercial street. I really want to give a special shout-out to the staff; they were incredibly responsive to every request. When we checked in, they mentioned there might be renovation noise. We said we'd stay first and switch if needed, and sure enough, they called the next day specifically to check if we wanted to change rooms. In the morning, we mentioned we didn't need housekeeping right away, and they came back in the afternoon to ask if we still wanted it. The butler also brought us fruit and was always ready to answer any questions. Areas for improvement (hoping these can be fixed for our next visit): 1. The balcony chairs are way too hard, making it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the sea view for long periods. It really affects the experience. 2. The gym is too small. For such a large number of guests, only two treadmills are simply not enough. Also, there were many children running around, which felt quite unsafe.

Our check-in process had a slight hiccup. Initially, we were given a room right at the very end of the building, and it took over an hour for it to be cleaned. Half of the 'sea view' was actually a view of another building. After speaking with the front desk, they moved us to a two-bedroom suite (though one room was locked off, making it essentially a one-bedroom, but the view was much, much better). Overall, the front desk service was pretty good, though it really depended on who you got; one lady (I won't name names) was quite unfriendly. Most of the staff were great, though. The cleaning staff could use some more training; one entered our room without knocking, then knocked after realizing we were inside. It's really convenient for kids with the pool and everything, and Clear Water Bay has fine sand. Overall, it's pretty good value for money, and I'd recommend it. We might come back if we get the chance.

The roasted sweet potatoes at the hotel breakfast were delicious, and there was a wide variety of breakfast options. Our sea view room offered a fantastic view. A big thank you to the butler for their warm and attentive service.

Highly recommended! The breakfast spread is extensive, and water is freely available. The hygiene is excellent; the staff cleans and mops, which is very convenient. The swimming pool is large and even has a small water slide. Lan Hai Lou (Building) offers direct access to the sea, being very close to the beach. I recommend staying in Building 2 of Guan Hai Lou (Building). Prices are a bit high during peak season, but it's a great deal during off-peak season.

This hotel caters to mid-range consumers in Lingshui. The property is designed as a collection of separate buildings and a commercial street. While the facilities aren't brand new, they are comprehensive. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to visit the pet base. There were even fireworks at night.

Extremely satisfied, great value for money. The hotel offers plenty of free and paid activities, and it's close to the beach with very fine sand, making it perfect for a family vacation with kids 👍. My little one absolutely loved it, going downstairs to play several times a day and returning to the room to rest when tired. We definitely have to come back for a second visit! 🥳

If you want a sea view, you really should choose the Ocean View Building. I stayed one night each at the Ocean View Building and the Ocean Listening Building. The Ocean Listening Building is more affordable, but the Ocean View Building has better views. I have to say, the hotel is very comprehensive – well-equipped and great for kids, with all sorts of activities and play facilities. The hotel's beach is also close to the rooms. This is definitely a hotel I'd visit again!

The first stop of our Hainan trip, it exceeded expectations! Lush greenery, fresh air, and very close to the beach. The room was clean and spacious with complete facilities. Leiiiie's service was very thoughtful and detail-oriented. They even upgraded our room, and the sea view outside the window was fantastic. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

The front desk upgraded us to a sea-view room with a first-class view. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the service was excellent. The sand on the beach was incredibly fine, perfect for kids to play in all day. There were also plenty of family activities, making it a great place for a leisurely stroll and relaxation.

This year, I've brought my child here three times. The parent-child activities are incredibly rich, running from morning to night. There are so many entertainment facilities: the soft play area, Haha Water Village, rock climbing, VR, and the sky bridge train are all must-dos for my little one every time we visit. Right outside the hotel, there's a beach, and the清水湾 (Qingshuiwan) beach is excellent, with fine sand and clear waves. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the butler service and general service are both very attentive. The only minor drawback is that the breakfast selection is a bit limited; I hope they can improve that. I'd also suggest putting silent caps on the dining chair legs in the rooms so that moving the chairs doesn't disturb guests downstairs.

Facilities: Includes a kitchen, a balcony, very close to the beach, and the hotel has a zoo. Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic, the room was very tidy. Environment: The environment is excellent, with a large swimming pool. Service: As soon as we arrived at the hotel, because we had our child and large suitcases, the bellhop at the entrance immediately helped us load our luggage onto the shuttle and took us to our building.
