The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. When we asked for an extra pillow, they brought it up to our room in just a few minutes! The room was clean and well appointed. The A/C was nice and cool (which we really appreciated, as the place we stayed at the previous couple nights did not have working A/C). The breakfast in the restaurant upstairs restaurant was delicious and very filling.

The best hotel i have stayed at by far!! front desk staff was very professional and handled all of our needs with no complaint!! Rooms were spotless and even well dusted which is usually an overlooked issue. To say im very impressed is an understatement! thank you holiday inn i will be back!!!!!!

It was almost midnight and we stopped here after a terrible experience at another hotel. The gentleman at reception was very helpful and said they had one double room by the pool. At this point many other hotels were fully booked so we decided to stay. He checked us in quickly, told us where to find breakfast and explained how to find the room as the property is quite large. The room was in another building located directly across from the pool and game room. When we arrived there were several families with children running around screaming. By this time it was after midnight and I was annoyed because the area had closed by this time but once I closed the door to the room it was quiet and there was only a minimum noise of people walking in the hallway. The room and bathroom were clean and updated. I would stay here again, just not directly across from the pool/game room if I had the choice.

I was in town for a bunch of days & rolled in after traveling thru a few connecting flights. I was greeted by the front desk with very polite & happy personnel. I was checked in quickly with a smile. The room was nice & clean, exactly what I expected from Residence Inns. Over the next few days I was always greeted with a smile & a friendly ‘hello’. I’ll definitely stay here again if back in town.

The room is spacious, quiet and clean. Staff is helpful. There are a few restaurants nearby.

Great place to stay with family. Staff did a great job. A few of the parents were very rude to the front desk people, and their kids were even worse hanging on the doors like a swing, running down the halls. I have to give the staff a gold star for maintaining peace with such ill mannered parents and their children. Rooms were spotless. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Will definitely stay here again.
