Consider changing to a bigger washing machine and better dryer, because it took me 4-5 hours to dry the clothes after washing and your washing machine and dryer were in high demand, ha ha. The owner and staffs are very helpful even before you stay. Gave good advice for the trip. Clean accommodations, good view rooms, looking out to see Yulong Snow Mountain view as shown in the picture. Especially the 5th floor has a beautiful view. In the evening you can go see the sunset. This place gives me a very warm and calm feeling. There’re a hand -drawn butter tea from Tibet prepare for guests, and you don’t miss afternoon tea was really delicious. I highly recommended this place! I love to play with little zhōngqiū as well, she’s very friendly 😁

I found this to be an excellent stay on my trip. The location is superb, being only a stones throw from the North Gate of Lijiang Ancient City. The room was nice with a great walk-in shower and heated-seat toilet; the bed was large and comfortable—great for a tall traveller such as myself! And the staff were both friendly and generous with their time: they helped me on several occasions to get around the area, including the Tiger Leaping Gorge which, without their help, I may have missed my connecting bus to the trek. Finding this cozy hotel can be tricky.. as it involve winding stairs going down to the ancient city 😂 the room is spacious as well as the bathroom, equipped with AC to control the heat during cold nights. Hosts are helpful and attentive to our needs. We love the plants and flowers at the hotel patio, which became our location for photographs ✌🏾 very walkable to the ancient city, safe, and easy to find taxi if you head out towards the main road from the hotel.

Me and friends chose this guest house as our last stay in Lijiang. We just came back from our Shangrila and Yading trip. We fell in love with the place. We should’ve stay for more days here. The room is perfect. They have everything you need. The bathtub, washing machine, comfortable bed even give you breakfast and fruits. The owner is really really nice and very down to earth. One of the brother (big brother) also very funny, will always give you his biggest smile. His laugh is indeed contagious. Even though we only stay for one night, the service is really top notch. They will help with your luggage when you are check in and out. I highly recommend this stay for foreigner like us, because the brothers are really nicest people that I know in Lijiang. They are very genuine and kind. They also run a tea shop next door and grow their own tea! How cool is that! Highly recommend this guest house when you’re staying in Lijiang. The place is close to old town gate. Easy to get didi. Just walk within 5 min to the main road (near Intercontinental hotel). Thank you brothers! I will see you again when I come to Lijiang!

We loved this hotel! It was so mystical being in this hotel. The rooms were immaculate and big enough to cater to two big luggage. The shower area came with heater so you don’t feel cold after switching off the water supply! They provide good amenities as well! The toothbrushes and shower gel were of excellent quality. The breakfast prepared is excellent! I am still thinking about the 米线 as it was just so delicious. Our hotel package came with free pick-up or drop off service as well as a free costume experience situated within the hotel. We ended up getting a package so we may go and have some photos taken! The make up artist and photographer were very knowledgeable and friendly. Location-wise, it’s a short distance to the ancient town. The hotel itself is situated at a corner which could make it difficult for Didi drivers to know where to alight. However, it’s actually quite easy to walk in from the main road. That said, we had to leave the hotel before staying the last night as they had a power outage that lasted for the entire day. We had thought it’ll be resolved as we’ll be travelling around Dali Ancient Town, but it still wasn’t when we arrived back late at night. This caused some inconvenience as there was no lights nor heater. The outage was only solved the following day after we left! They could’ve provided us with some back up options to head to another hotel or something as that would be good service recovery.

I am an English traveller in China and I found this to be one of, if not the, most pleasant stay I have had on my own. The room is huge, more than enough for 2 people. The amenities are clean and changed daily. Tea is provided—great for fans of Yunnan hot drinks. But the really special part is the host: Joy and her family are wonderful people! Helpful. Kind. Attentive. And great fun to speak with and be around. I am very happy I chose to stay here. The Jin Bi Ya Yuan is THE place to stay in Dali. I’ll be coming again.

11/10 great hospitality, awesome staff members. The view was awesome too, and the room was extremely cozy and comfortable. There was also a projector for you to watch movies. My family members and I were very surprised when we entered our room because the view was so beautiful. The sunrise is something you cannot miss! They even served us Pu Er tea and other types of tea, took the time to serve us tea and chat with us. Even the toilet seat was warm, and there was also a heater in the room. Overall 11/10 stay, would come back again!

This is one of the best and friendly hotels I have stayed so far. The front desk, and especially, the hotel restaurant staffs are exceptional helpful and polite. Location of the hotel is strategic too. Inside the ancient city but not in the heart where it can be very noisy. This place is quiet. Although there are many good restaurants within the ancient city, but I must say, their restaurants food and environment are the best. We had 2 dinners and 1 lunch at their restaurant, no regrets.

先説好的地方，民宿在洱海旁邊，白天出門的時候景色好看。距離火車站近，趕車友好。前台小姐姐可以幫忙搬運行李，請求幫忙也比較配合。房間做了乾濕分離，設施比較新和乾淨。優點結束，下面吐槽一些不便的地方： 1.沒有電梯，我住的庭院大床房，要爬樓梯到三樓。上來的時候前台可以幫忙搬，下樓的時候趕時間自己拎，累死。 2.雖然是庭院大床房，但是衹有過道種了一些植物，直麪的小區院子裏就是居民樓，我住的時候還在裝修，基本上午十點左右就有聲音了。 3.房間裏有兩個透氣窗，對着走廊的沒啥問題，另外一個對着樓，衹要打開必然有馬路噪音，關了稍微好一些。 4.隔音很差，隔壁打個噴嚏的聲音都能聽得一清二楚。我第二天旁邊住的一對東北夫妻，跟坐旁邊嘮嗑似的，沒啥私隱可言。還好他們睡的早，我一個人住也基本沒啥動靜，兩方各自安好。 5.外賣非常不方便！因為有兩家店，外賣員總是找不到是哪家。而且外賣到了還要自己從三樓下去拿，甚至有一次外賣員把東西放錯地方就走了，來回花了好長時間

The room looked great and was very comfortable. The location is near the ancient city. There are any places to eat nearby. The staff was very helpful. The tea they provide is also high quality. The only issue I have is with the TV. The box has a large selection of movies and TV series a la Netflix,however if you want to watch regular live TV , the box says that you have to pay. Note that the hotel is located in an alley off Yeyu Road and at first was hard to find.

They provided all the assistance we needed, making a challenging situation much more manageable. Additionally, the café staff member, Mona, stood out for her patience and friendly attitude. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expect from an Accor hotel. Communication was a significant challenge, as many of the local staff struggled with English, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance. The hotel seems to cater primarily to local Chinese guests, which greatly influenced the atmosphere. The breakfast area was chaotic and crowded, and the variety and taste of the food left much to be desired. While Mona was polite and helpful, other staff displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. For instance, when we inquired about some of the local breakfast items, the response was abrupt and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t care whether we ate or not. Additionally, breakfast ended strictly at 10:30 AM. While I was still taking food from the buffet, the staff turned off the lights and removed the trays right in front of me without any warning. It felt extremely inconsiderate and left a poor impression. Other Observations: The location of the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are decent. However, the overall experience may be more suited to local Chinese guests rather than international travelers expecting global standards of service and hospitality. Final Thoughts: While there were shining moments thanks to a few outstanding staff members, the overall experience at Pullman Dali did not live up to the reputation of the Accor brand.
