Clean room and excellent location. Robot delivery service very impressive, though we didn't get a chance to experience it or order takeaway food. Breakfast was ok, but not to worry, plenty of stalls selling all sorts of food everywhere outside hotel and nearby. Yummy fried hotcakes stall just outside of hotel with long queues day and night and nice pastry shop closeby.

Bar dan restoran di meja depan sangat bagus , bau pembentungan di bilik mandi adalah sangat kuat saya hanya boleh menyimpan ekzos di atasnya buka dan tutup pintu atau berjalan dan bercakap; mi nasi untuk sarapan sangat wangi, disyorkan untuk menyediakan lebih banyak, mereka telah pergi pada pukul 9 pagi ini secara keseluruhannya, saya berharap penginapan akan menjadi lebih baik dan lebih baik!

We were welcomed by A Fei, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, dependable, and super helpful. He can assist you with literally anything from recommending great restaurants and souvenir shops to finding the best places to buy local goods. He even went as far as asking for discounts from the shop owners for us!
The room was super clean, tidy, and spacious. We originally booked two rooms, but since one was a bit smaller and on the first floor, he upgraded us to a larger room right next to each other so my family wouldn't be separated. He also handled our station transfers and organized our Jade Dragon Snow Mountain tour, which was seamless and very satisfying. The breakfast was good too. Overall, a 10/10 experience!

10/10 will book this hotel again in Kunming!! The location is right smack in the city centre, easy to get around to Nanpibg street by foot (10 mins walk), shuncheng shopping mall. A lot of eateries nearby, no need to worry about it. The hospitality of the staff is also amazing as well, making our stay unforgettable.

Pertama kali datang ke Kunming Ambil kereta api bawah tanah ke Stesen Dongferng Square dan berjalan sangat dekat. Kakitangan hotel sangat mengalu-alukan. Beautiful hotel with stunning views—though it was a pity I didn’t get a sea view room. The staff were incredibly attentive and took great care of us throughout the stay.
When we arrived, we wanted to grab some snacks at the café downstairs, but couldn’t find a seat due to cigarette smoke (my friend is sensitive to it). The team kindly offered us a complimentary afternoon tea instead, which was a lovely gesture.
We had to check out early and missed breakfast, but they thoughtfully packed it to go for us. They also gave great dinner recommendations and arranged smooth transportation. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent service.

The hotel is an architectural marvel—beautifully designed and truly memorable. Service overall was excellent, with attentive and helpful staff throughout the property.
Our room was comfortable, and the stay started off promising, but there were a few letdowns. Restaurant service was slow, with dishes arriving out of order, and the food felt overpriced for the quality. Most disappointing was being denied access to the swimming pool—the lifeguard wouldn’t allow us in, saying it was too cold to swim.

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at this brand-new hotel (opened in 2024), and it was such a nice experience. If you want a place with lots of extras, this is it. They have two pool tables, a small rooftop pool, and two gyms—one for yoga and Pilates with all the equipment, and another with treadmills, bikes, free weights, and even a Smith machine. There’s also a laundry room with washers, which was really handy.
The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, but you’ll want to arrive early to get the best selection. The staff were all very friendly, but Fei Xiu (绯袖) on WeChat was especially helpful—she answered all my questions quickly and made everything easy.
The location isn’t right on the riverbank near the Starlight Market, but it’s not far from tourist spots either. It’s actually in a good spot if you want a quieter stay while still being close enough to everything.
If you’re looking for a modern, well-equipped hotel with great service, I’d definitely recommend this one!

GGuest UserThis stay was really comfortable. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with a cozy decor that made me feel relaxed as soon as I walked in. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly all night, with decent soundproofing too. The owner and other staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming; they even invited guests to join them for tea. They were very patient and helpful with any questions or issues, which made the whole experience very pleasant. The location was also convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and get around. Overall, it was a great experience, and I even came back to stay again later!

UUlysess444The hotel's facilities and services are excellent, with many thoughtful details that really show they care about guests. The way to activate the power is unique; instead of inserting a card into a narrow slot, you place it on a tray with a groove at the bottom, which is much simpler, especially in dim lighting. There are plenty of hangers and various surfaces to place your belongings. The smart room control system is very user-friendly, allowing individual control of lights in different areas. The 'disposable' slippers are fantastic – clean, comfortable, and environmentally friendly. The room has a mix of wooden flooring and small area rugs, offering the comfort of a carpet while being easy to keep clean, which is much better than fully carpeted rooms. The toilet is the best I've encountered in a hotel; the heated seat is just the right temperature, not too hot, and the flush is quiet yet very effective. While the wide front of the seat and the automatic sensor for opening and closing the lid aren't groundbreaking features, they significantly enhance the user experience. The shower controls are a bit unique, with two separate switches for the handheld and overhead showerheads. This means you can't control water flow and temperature simultaneously, but you get used to it. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be the toilet paper – it lacks elasticity and tears easily.

From the outside, it looks small and charming, but once you step inside, you'll find it incredibly spacious. The TV is huge, and the air conditioning works perfectly, making for a very comfortable stay overall.
You don't even need to rush out early in the morning to see the snow mountain; the view from downstairs after you wake up is excellent, with virtually no obstructions. The snow-capped peaks look truly magnificent.
The service was outstanding; they helped with luggage and were incredibly responsive to all requests. I loved it!

From your window, you can see Napahai Lake and Shika Snow Mountain, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows framing the magnificent高原 (highland) scenery like a moving painting. If you're lucky in the morning, you might catch the 'Golden Mountains in the Sunrise' spectacle, and in the evening, watching the clouds drift by from the rooftop cafe makes even breathing feel slow and free. The rooms offer dispersed oxygen supply and floor heating, so altitude sickness? Not a chance. The bedding is soft and plush, and with a Dyson hairdryer, smart toilet, and Marshall speaker, every detail is perfect for those who appreciate them. Enjoy a complimentary ******* clothing experience and feed lambs at their private ranch, where every photo you snap turns into a stunning ethnic-style shot. Afternoon tea, bedtime milk, and tea brewed by the fireplace – every moment is thoughtfully taken care of. Here, time isn't rushed; it's meant to be savored and 'wasted' in the best way possible. This was, without a doubt, the best decision of our Shangri-La trip.

GGuest UserAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining.
Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable.
Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat
Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that.
Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests.
Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels.
尽管西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店称他们是一家无烟酒店，但就我所见，事实并非如此。我建议对香烟过敏或对香烟烟雾有健康问题的人一定不能入住。我亲眼看到客人和酒店员工在这家酒店的大堂公开吸烟。前台工作人员和主管看到了这一幕，不但没有对违规者劝喻或警告，而当我对此提出投诉时，前台工作人员不答理我，还瞪了我一眼！！！
评价酒店已下部门：
卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。
厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座
淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。
早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。
这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。

The fee includes three meals a day, you can swim, catch fish in the stream, watch the sunrise and sea of clouds, taste coffee and pick coffee beans. It is definitely a treasure manor. It was New Year's Eve, and we prepared a self-service stir-fry, which tasted good. The self-service beef hot pot was also great, with many varieties, delicious beef, and self-service drinks. What else do you want a bicycle?

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is very peaceful and quiet. Every staff member is smiling, and the experience was excellent. Our butler, Elin, was incredibly thoughtful and responsive to all our requests. We could see the golden mountain sunrise right from our room, and then go back to sleep afterwards, which was fantastic. The breakfast was standard but you could eat until 11 AM, so no need to wake up early.

The environment was beautiful, and the rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the Cangshan sunrise and sunset, overlooking the ancient city – truly delightful. The room was bathed in warm sunlight, and enjoying tea while gazing at the ancient city from the bay window was a real treat. The owners were incredibly kind, warm, and genuine, always ready to help with any request. They gave us practical tips and food recommendations that didn't disappoint. There's also a very friendly dog named Wangcai and two adorable cats. When we left, they even helped us with our checked luggage, showing genuine care for their guests. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends and will choose it again if I ever return. I'm currently in a Lijiang B&B, unable to sleep, and the contrast makes me miss that place even more – it had a special kind of warmth.
