Bilik itu sangat selesa dan bersih. Kebersihan di kawasan awam juga diwujudkan. Ia adalah asrama belia yang sangat matang! Semua orang sangat mesra, sama seperti kawan, dan senyuman apabila kami bertemu antara satu sama lain benar-benar menghangatkan hati saya! Makanan di bar restoran pun sedap😋 Apabila anda keluar dari asrama belia, belok kiri dan anda akan melihat pasar yang popular dengan banyak sarapan pagi yang lazat. Ia juga sangat dekat dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah dan boleh dikunjungi dengan berjalan kaki.

Clean room and excellent location. Robot delivery service very impressive, though we didn't get a chance to experience it or order takeaway food. Breakfast was ok, but not to worry, plenty of stalls selling all sorts of food everywhere outside hotel and nearby. Yummy fried hotcakes stall just outside of hotel with long queues day and night and nice pastry shop closeby.

Bar dan restoran di meja depan sangat bagus , bau pembentungan di bilik mandi adalah sangat kuat saya hanya boleh menyimpan ekzos di atasnya buka dan tutup pintu atau berjalan dan bercakap; mi nasi untuk sarapan sangat wangi, disyorkan untuk menyediakan lebih banyak, mereka telah pergi pada pukul 9 pagi ini secara keseluruhannya, saya berharap penginapan akan menjadi lebih baik dan lebih baik!

We were welcomed by A Fei, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, dependable, and super helpful. He can assist you with literally anything from recommending great restaurants and souvenir shops to finding the best places to buy local goods. He even went as far as asking for discounts from the shop owners for us! The room was super clean, tidy, and spacious. We originally booked two rooms, but since one was a bit smaller and on the first floor, he upgraded us to a larger room right next to each other so my family wouldn't be separated. He also handled our station transfers and organized our Jade Dragon Snow Mountain tour, which was seamless and very satisfying. The breakfast was good too. Overall, a 10/10 experience!

About 35mins from the airport or high speed train station depending on traffic. Convenient spot for many shopping centres. Halal Chinese food options just opposite or within the hotel vicinity, Halal western food. Service was attentive and approachable helping us to book for 7 seaters to airport. Great location for your shopping spree. Clean room, comfy bed with full amenities, free flow of bottle drinking water at lobby. Recommended location that meets your holiday needs.

Pertama kali datang ke Kunming Ambil kereta api bawah tanah ke Stesen Dongferng Square dan berjalan sangat dekat. Kakitangan hotel sangat mengalu-alukan. Hotel ini mempunyai hadiah kecil untuk anak perempuan kami juga. Selepas selesai, kami keluar untuk mencari makan malam. Hotel ini berhampiran Jalan Nanping Terdapat restoran dan kedai untuk berjalan-jalan. Katilnya sangat selesa. Bangun awal dan bersarapan di hotel. Terdapat pelbagai jenis makanan. Kakitangan perkhidmatan yang baik Kami meninggalkannya dengan hotel. untuk meneruskan perjalanan ke Gunung Xishan sebelum kembali mengambil beg kami. Untuk ke Stesen Kunming, teruskan perjalanan anda Cadangkan kepada rakan-rakan untuk hotel ini.

Nice and very big hotel but mostly for Chinese tourist and families. Difficult to deal if you are a non chinese speaker as only a few employees speaks good english and very few signs and documents are in english. However we had a nice stay. Garden, rooms and food are quite good.

Good view of Yulong Snow Mountain from room and rooftop lounge & terrace. They even thoughtfully set up 3 tripod stands on the rooftop terrace for guests’ use. Room was clean & spacious, bed was comfortable and shower pressure was good. No elevator so you need to climb stairs to your room or breakfast / butter tea demo (level 5 rooftop) which can be a little strenuous if you are not used to the high altitude yet. Breakfast is very good, especially the panfried chickpea jelly. We were too early for breakfast on our day to the snow mountain, and they packed simple breakfast (bread, orange & milk) for us to go. We also enjoyed the snacks provided at the nightly butter tea demo. They also kindly helped us rent an electric scooter online when we could not do it due to lack of local number. Location is about 20min walk to Lijiang Old Town. Highly recommended and I would stay here again

This is a very nice hotel, great location, good rooms and excellent, helpful staff. But the hotel gets bad marks in two areas. First, the food was generally very good but the Western breakfast buffet choices were nearly always cold. I tried three days in a row to get poached eggs that were not hard boiled. On the third day I got what I wanted but even then the eggs were stone cold. The second issue was the the lack of necessary security staff. The lobby bar was nice and had a young woman playing guitar in the evenings but on our second evening 4 drunks were drinking, shouting and smoking and refused to stop when the hotel staff intervened. After this things escalated and instead of having hotel security throw them out the drunks started harassing us and it got ugly so we left for our room. The hotel called our room to apologize but it was not equipped to deal with this situation and needs to have better control over their public areas. A lesson to be learned. I will be sending a separate letter to Accor management giving full details of this unfortunate event.
