My wife and I have just returned from a 5-day break at this lovely hotel in the wonderful city of Lisbon. The hotel is beautiful, perfectly located and staffed by the friendliest of people at reception, the restaurant, and all the way through to the cleaning team. They are a real credit to the hotel. Everything was perfect for us. In fact, our only complaint relates to the sore feet we suffered from all the walking we did around this historical and vibrant city. Thank you to the hotel team for a super stay.

I visited this place in march 2022 with my husband. The + of this hotel: - modern (I think they have redecorated it recently) - perfect situation (you are between Avenida da Liberdade with Restauradores square on one side and the Rossio square) and you have thus plenty of restaurants and shops right next to the hotel, as well as many places of interest to visit in the neighbourhood - a good restaurant at the top of the hotel with a great terrasse from where you can admire the city: the Rossio Gastrobar It is « tapas » kind and it was one of the best food we had during this 3 nights stay - a good breakfast offer in a room which is also situated on the roof top, on the other side of the gastrobar, though a little bit noisy when it is full - the rooms are correctly equipped and perfectly clean - though you are in an animated area, it is perfectly calm and quiet in the rooms The - now: - the bedrooms are very dark. We took one superior with balcony but still, all was black in this room and the view was…not what we expected, even if it was on a quite high floor. In fact most of them are facing their other hotel across the road. I bet you’d better take a suite to get an open view. - service is ok but very discreet (reception) or jaded (gastrobar). It was good at breakfast. Let me explain: I couldn’t get a reservation in any of the three restaurants I had asked for my last evening through the reception. I guess it saved me money :-) At Gastrobar, several waiters were acting as if they had not seen our signs, waiting for the only waitress that night to do it at their place (which she always did)

We enjoyed our week long stay here. Located next to Rossio train station, 10 minute walk to the water and many fine restaurants. Room was bight, however our standard room was a little small but didn’t take away from the property. Many days we were left, cakes, nuts, fruit etc. My only problem was the lack of English TV. CNN was not available.

We were welcomed here after a 3 1/2 hour long drive from the Duro Valley, and both the valet and concierge were amazing. It is a small and very elegant hotel with stunning views. Conveniently located to everything and one of the few hotels in the historical district that provides parking at the actual hotel. We will absolutely return when we come back to Lisbon!

we stayed four nights and had a wonderful time. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice as well. All the staff that we interacted it were absolutely fantastic. We arrived at the hotel just after midnight. The location of the hotel is perfect for spending a dew days in Lisbon. We walked almost everywhere. I would definitely recommend the AVANI Liberdade.

Excellent gym; terrific tour of it and the city view from the roof top location by Miguel, the staff attendant. Varanda restaurant had an outstanding breakfast buffet all three days. Excellent service as well. Room and bathroom very well appointed and serviced each day. Lovely views over the park from the hilltop location. Nice balcony. The concierge could have been much better. I wonder if the Lisboa a Noite restaurant has some sort of kickback scheme going with the major hotels. It was not remotely one of the best locations in Lisbon; 20 minute taxi ride away; grossly expensive - outrageous by Portuguese standards. Another recommendation for a casual dinner at By the Wine was ok, but, again, Lisbon has far better places to offer. The booking at Seen was brilliant, so we’ll give the concierge 1 out of 3. At more than Euro1200/night, this is a very expensive hotel. It’s the height of summer and Lisbon is trending, so I get it. Nonetheless, it’s expensive for what it is.

Great room; we stayed on 18th floor that had a winding staircase with an outside patio. The patio was very large and had a fantastic view; it was wonderful. The beds were comfy and we were able to get an extra single bed brought in as there were 4 of us. The bathrooms were great with the rainshower head and sprayer, large soft bath towels and robes. The only thing that was disappointing is that the window on the main floor only went 1/2 way up the wall and there was no window on the 2nd floor bedroom; however you had the door that opened up to the patio on the 2nd floor. It was a fantastic room. The staff was great and quick to respond to any requests we had. Great place to stay. It is close to a park; restaurants, but seems to be more in the business district; however we walked all other to stores etc. Lisbon is very up/down so you are always walking up or down and on uneven ground/bricks. Fantastic place; just wear comfy/walking shoes and be ready to have some steep uphills and downhills.

We highly recommend Sheraton Lisboa! Everything about our stay was 5 Stars!! The front desk staff was very pleasant when we arrived. We were upgraded to an Executive Suite with our Suite Nights and it was fantastic. Our room was clean, well decorated and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was quiet and worked perfectly. The bathroom was huge and everything looked brand new. The bed was the best and we slept well. The lobby lounge was staffed very well and the happy hour food and drinks were really good. The lady singing during cocktail hour was really good. The morning breakfast buffet was huge and tended to very well. Overall every staff person was very friendly and professional. Kudos to the management of this hotel for providing us exceptional accomodations in beautiful Lisbon.

I went with my sister and my 18 year old niece on her fist European trip. We stayed there our last night and I was prepared to cancel of it felt sketchy based on the other reviews here. We experienced absolutely no safety concerns with this hotel. The beds were totally comfy( 3 bed room). Bummer in summer was the AC would automatically shut off, I think it was an energy saving feature) but the room was stuffy when we were sleeping. Other problem was there’s no sound proofing. The sidewalk the hotel is on is a busy walk way and every time folks walked past it sounded like they were walking through the middle of the room and given Lisbon is a bit like NYC that went on all night. Other than those things the quality and location is excellent. Might be best at a cooler time of year for heavy sleepers.

Inaugurado a pouco mais de um ano, considerando a epoca que estive la, trata-se de uma pequena joia a poucos passos da praça do rossio, em um largo bem ao lado do museu nacional (ja fica a dica aqui de o de ele está porque nao é algo que se localiza muito facilmente nem com app de mapas). Vale ressaltar que esta localização é excepcional. Perto de tudo a pé. Hotel muito bem montado em um edificio histórico do seculo 12, anteriormente pertencente à Igreja que está ao seu lado. Totalmente reformado, este hotel boutique oferece poucos quartos de um tamanho suficiente, com mobilias funcionais e modernas, pé direito alto que dá um conforto maior ao local, cama enorme e super aconchegante. Banheiro com tamanho excelente, chuveiro amplo e muito bom! Cafe da manha tem o suficiente para iniciar bem o dia, sem exageros. Todo fim de tarde colocam um lanchinho gratis a disposição dos hospedes na recepcao. O atendimento da equipe é primoroso! Sempre alegres e solícitos.

実は別の予約サイトでもっと経済的な三ツ星ホテルを予約していたのですが、よくよく詳細を見てみたら、この施設にはエレベーターがありません、と書いてあるのを見つけ、急きょこちらのホテルに変更しました。 正解でした！四ツ星ホテルなので豪華とはいきませんが、地下鉄の駅もすぐ近く移動にも便利で、部屋も広く清潔で満足でした。夜遅くまで、外が騒がしかったのが少し気になりましたが、イヤホンで音楽を聞きながら寝ました。 ホテルの１階にスーパーマーケットがあり、水やお菓子を買ったりするのに便利でした。 それからこのホテルのすぐ目と鼻の先に、観光客に人気の28番のトラムの乗り場があり、かなり人が並んでいましたが、便利でした。 帰りは空港までUberで行きましたが、距離も近いので料金は6.5ユーロでした。 朝食はそれなりに種類もあり、まずまず。 ホテルのすぐ近くにアジア料理のフードコートがあり、ヨーロッパ旅行数ヵ所目の都市になるので、そろそろご飯が食べたくなり、滞在中、3回ぐらい行きましたが、料金も手頃目良かったです。
