Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Arrived around 1030-11AM and the front desk staff let us check in early! Room was neat and clean, beds were super comfy. Location was incredibly convenient and it’s a very near walk to Praca do Commercio and Lisbon Cathedral, with many public transportation options nearby. Would recommend and come back here again when I visit Lisbon!

Good location on the border between historic alfama and baixa. Best of both worlds and easy to make it there from the airport or train to Porto!

The hotel is in a great location, when i booked the room i thought i booked a queen size bedroom for single use (as shown in the picture), but when i receive the room it was a single bed room, which is fine; but if i know that I am getting a single room i would not pay the same amount; so i think the photo was misleading. Apart from that, the hotel is great.

I don’t think the hotel should have 4 stars, the room is very uncomfortable the bed is very small for a couple, the services in the room is so poor!! The floor was with a lot of noise specially for family with a small baby is very noisy! The AC in the room wasn’t working and when I call the reception they said to open the window to get the room refreshed, imagine you open the window a lot of yyynoise from outside which not allowed you to sleep besides we have our daughter which was almost impossible for her to sleep because of the noise coming from outside and the room was hot!! Was a terrible experience for one night… I can’t indicate that hotel!!

The hotel boasts a great location and friendly staff, but the facilities are rather outdated; there aren't even power outlets by the beds, and the hallway carpets are very old. However, it's still good value for money, as all attractions are within walking distance.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly. Their hospitality made my business trip even more enjoyable. The hotel's location felt very good, as there are many good tourist attractions and restaurants nearby. There were a few inconveniences with the room facilities, but overall, I had a good experience.

Great hotel right by the water and on the edge of the old town. Perfectly located. Very good, plentiful breakfast, clean rooms and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Very good hotel, clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping came several times throughout the day as soon as I left the room, which was really appreciated! My room was located right next to the elevator and on the street side, so it was a little noisy, but it wasn't really a problem; someone had to be there. The hotel offers few services; it's mainly a good place to stay, nothing more!

A very well-maintained hotel, centrally located for the city's main attractions. The breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful. The staff is attentive and friendly. The only drawbacks are the small room and the lack of a closet or counter space.

Very good area, friendly staff and good facilities, however, you could hear other guests a little too loudly outside the room.
