"This hotel is extremely convenient and close to two metro stations. It is important for travelers that are looking to travel with public transportation. Also it is close to shopping streets, restaurants and a super market. It feels safe to stay here too."

"Situated at the top of the main Avenue in Lisbon, with plenty of options of public transport and the hop on hop off buses too. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Breakfast buffet was plentiful & included gluten free & dairy free options if you asked for them. My only negative point was the loud noise throughout the night. I assume it was an external fan for the air con system or similar. My husband slept through but unfortunately it kept me awake for the duration of the stay."

"We stayed here for 3 nights for vacation, below are our experience and reviews. Cons: 1. Complimentary Water (only 2 during entire stay): • Complimentary water is only provided on the first day, but this was not communicated at check-in. • The vending machine water is overpriced (4.5x supermarket price). • Clear instructions at check-in would allow guests to plan ahead and buy water elsewhere. 2. Reception Service: • No guidance on how to call the front desk from the room,resulted in us going down to reception for assistance. • Unprofessional receptionist behavior: • A receptionist prioritized personal conversations with other guests over assisting me, even after noticing I needed help. • My query took less than a minute but was delayed unnecessarily, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. 3. Housekeeping Issue: • Despite placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, housekeeping knocked repeatedly and did not respond when asked who was there. • The door lacked a peephole, which raised safety concerns as we couldn’t verify who was outside. 4. Taxi Drop-off: • The hotel’s entrance is on a ramp near a traffic light, making it difficult for taxi to stop directly in front of the door. • Guests with heavy luggage may find it inconvenient as taxis often park farther away. Some Pros: • Excellent location near a park with a charming Christmas market. • Safe area with plenty of nearby restaurants and supermarkets, making it very convenient. • Decent-sized rooms with ample space and a large desk for working. • Good breakfast options."

"Nice and clean hotel room. Beautiful bathroom. The toaster didn't work, but the micro and the hot plates, the fridge and the coffee machine worked. Good air-conditioning and a lot of channels on TV. A little noise from the airplanes that flew low over Lisbon. Good that you could close the blinds, so it was dark when you slept."

"The cheapest in early August. Still, good value for money. The room had its own private shower, but shared toilets were located on each floor. The location is ideal for visiting Lisbon."

"Smart, clean accommodation in a very convenient location. Comfy beds, good shower, and neat kitchen. The only downside is that you get night-time noise from revellers as they go down the street. This didn't stop us from having a fantastic stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly and having a washing machine was a bonus."

"I went for a 2-week trip to Spain and Portugal with 2 friends, and this is the one with the best service. Immediate response to our request, e.g. making up the sofa bed (2 helpers immediately delivered an extra bed with blankets/ pillows and everything) And quite a lot of free refreshment in the room, e.g. pastels, a large bottle of free water, a small bottle of Port wine, coffee, etc...) And there is a kettle in the room (turned out what seems to be essential in most East-Asians hotels are not commonly provided in most hotels in Spain and Portugal, but this one got it!!) Would recommend it!"

"Conveniently located very close to the metro station. A taxi ride to the airport costs only 6 euros, and the old town is easily accessible via the metro. Both the room and bathroom are very spacious. The breakfast spread is excellent and varied daily, offering different options. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's a much better option than staying in the old town, where hauling luggage up and down narrow, cobbled streets can be exhausting. Furthermore, the old town's narrow roads often lead to traffic congestion, especially when traveling to and from the airport."

"일단 위치는 너무 좋습니다. 직원들도 친절하구요. 조식은 10 유로 치고는 가성비로는 좋았고 맛은 평범합니다. 방안은 비니지스 호텔 느낌이에요 침대, 작은 화장대, 옷장 하나 있는 정도에요. 앞에는 바로 다른 건물이라 뷰는 기대하기 어렵구요. 광장에서 들어오는 골목 근처에 많지는 않지만 홈리스랑 불량 학생 같은 애들이 종종 있어요. 포르투갈이 치안도 좋고 누군가에게 시비 걸고 그러는거 같지는 않은데 동양 여자분이면 늦은 시간엔 혼자 들어오실때 살짝 무서울수도 있습니다. 남자 혼자 여행하면서 씻고 자고 중간에 잠깐 쉬는 목적이었는데 위치가 넘 훌륭해서 너무 편하게 이용할 수 있었습니다."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location is excellent — very close to the метро station, with many bus routes nearby that make it easy to get to different attractions. However, there are a few drawbacks worth mentioning. Housekeeping was quite basic: the staff only made the bed and refilled the water. Coffee supplies and towels were not replaced, the floor was not vacuumed, and overall cleaning felt minimal. Another issue is noise. Possibly because there is no carpet, sounds travel easily. You can clearly hear people walking or dragging suitcases upstairs, and when the neighboring room closes their door, the vibration can be felt inside the room. Despite these issues, the hotel has strong points in terms of service, room size, and transportation convenience."
